The duo walked out the alleyway and regrouped with their other party members who had already come back from whatever they did in the real world. The Party continued the rest of the way to the dungeon. When they reached the dungeon it was determined that Nemesis should stay in the back due to her status as a ‘support’. Nemesis Herself wasn’t mad to be stuck in the back though. Afterall, Something like fighting in close quarters was for the peasants.

With Nemesis comfortably stuck in the back the party continued into the dark, damp dungeon. After walking down a stoned staircase the group Came into a wider cave area with several large Rats ahead of them already rushing to fight her party. Luckas swifty drew his sword and rushed to a Rat. Nemesis lifted her hand and a menu popped up. The menu had tan glowing rings that were located at the tips of her fingers. The ring that was placed in front of her pointer finger was larger than the others and had a more vibrant glow, bordering on gold. In this ring their was text that said:

(Lesser) Weaken I 5Mp Cost and 3 second duration (+7 seconds)

Take 10% of you Intellect stat apply it as a negative to your enemies Hp or Sp

(-3Hp or -3Sp)

Another window opened in front of her Showing her how to cast a spell.

Magic System Tutorial.

To cast Magic you first need to identify your currently locked spells. Locked spells are highlighted in your spell menu when you have the spell menu open. The Highlighted rings of the spell menu is called a spell slot. You can slot any spell you learn into the slots when you are not in combat. To target Creature/Player/Items just focus on it, if done right a Marker will appear and highlight the target in your chosen Mana Color. When you have a Magic you want to cast first you must touch the spell slot with your finger then slide it down the spell menu.

Nemesis swiped the tutorial away after finding everything she needed. She looked at Darwin as he read through the tutorial slowly. Nemesis looked over to Luckas to help him ,but after taking into account that he was already on what seemed to be his third rat she decided against helping him. She looked towards Maline and saw that she was still on her first rat. It had been avoiding her powerful but predictable punches.

‘Even if a beginner Mob is sorta strong how can you be that bad at hitting a rat! It is like you aren't even trying! How can you be so bad Maline?’ Guy was genuinely impressed and disappointed with how bad she was at the game. Nemesis set herself a couple meters behind Maline and targeted the rat.

“Hmph, Be grateful that you shall receive my assistance, Barbarian.” Nemesis yelled as she casted (Lesser) Weaken on the Sp of the rat. It seemed to take notice immediately and let out a horrendous screech stunning both Maline and Nemesis.

The rat squeezed through Maline's legs causing her to jump into the air. The disgusting little thing began a staggered trot over to Nemesis. It bore through her with its sunked, poorly rendered eyes as it came within attack distance and lunged at her.

Nemesis narrowly dodged its ferocious assault. She kept dodging, waiting for Maline to swoop in and bash the rats head in. But after dodging for a solid thirty seconds Nemesis whipped her head around to look at Maline. Maline had run over to Darwin and abandoned the party's support. Guy gritted his teeth and caught the rat with a kick, sending it smashing into the ground. He began to violently curb stomping it to death ,and after ten or so seconds of stomping the rat to death it finally died.

‘The Rat gave me two Experience Bars?’ Guy wondered. ’Is it a glitch? Or perhaps It is some sort of party bonus? That is stupid, it should give the same amout of Experience everytime with or without a party!’

Guy angrily walked over to

Maline, Darwin, and Luckas who had gathered at a staircase lit by torches. As he was about to open his mouth to berate Maline about abandoning him he tripped on air and fell flat on his face. Like a puppet without strings, Guy laid disgracefully on the dirty floor only able to move his head. His face flushed with embarrassment as he looked at the group as they chuckled a bit. He also noticed a smaller window in the top right of his vision.

Status Warning! You have run out of stamina. Doing actions while not haveing a skill for it will cost more stamina.

Luckas walked over to him and put out his hand to help Nemesis up. Guy took Luckas hand and was hoisted onto his feet. He tried to stand on his own but found that his legs were like noodles, luckily Luckas found a nearby rock to set him on.

After being laid on the rock like a wet t-shirt in the sun Luckas began talking to him.

“Why did you collapse Nemesis? Is something wrong?”

‘Of course something is wrong! Your business partners are idiots!’ Guy let out a controlled but frustrated sigh.

“It seems that fighting close quarters is not suited to me, no thanks to that barbarian.” Nemesis announced while glaring daggers at Maline.

“How is it my fault that you are not in shape?” Maline furrowed her eyebrows and aggressively said.

“Oh? Is it also my fault that you abandoned the support in battle? Even for a barbarian such as yourself I would imagine you to use your head for more than smashing monsters skulls in!” Nemesis said.

“Nemesis!” Luckas interrupted the cat fight and pleaded in her ear, ”Can you not insult my business partners?”

‘Insult them?! Please, It would be childish for them to carry their anger over to you!’ Nemesis took a deep breath.

“I apologize for my rude words. It was uncalled for and completely immature for someone like me. I hope that we may become… acquaintances despite the division I caused here.” Nemesis put on her best smile and tried to not grind her teeth together. After all, agitation and adversity causes wrinkles. One as majestic as her could not look like a sales woman...

“I think that is a good idea to but, next time do not blame your short comings on me ok?” Maline reached out for a hand shake and Nemesis reluctantly took it.

‘It is for Luckas. It is for Luckas. It is for Luckas. It is for Luckas. It is for..’ She kept repeating in her head as they shook hands.

“Alright,” Luckas clapped once causing Nemesis to flinch,”Now that little scuffle is over shall we continue?” Luckas led the party down the next set of stairs into a room that was the same as the last except for the many, many rats and even a couple Bats with their red glowing eyes.

“That is disgusting!” Nemesis blurted out loudly causing all the beast to notice them and begin charging.
