"What are you saying Kite! Quickly kneel down and apologize! That's Severus the Serpent, the strongest swordsman of Purple Moon", Vanessa quickly said. She was afraid Severus might get angry at Kite's behavior and directly kill him.
Kite looked at her and realize why she is panicking. "I guess I forgot to tell you"
"Forgot what?" Vanessa blinked cutely.
"This old man is my master. Although he is completely useless", Kite blatantly said. It was scarier when he said that without any emotion at all.
"What!?" Vanessa was shocked. To think that Kite's master is none other than the legendary snake swordsman.
"Hey stop flirting around. I said kneel!" Severus' voice thundered the whole villa.
"Just stop your facade. Are you trying to establish dominance here? You didn't even tell me how this class work", Kite yelled
"But I did help you know."
Kite was silent. Severus fid helps him escaped another calamity.
"Thanks!" Kite thanked his master shamelessly.
"That's what I like to hear. Now kneel", Severus laughed
"Are you a retard? You keep telling me to kneel. You are not qualified to be kneeled by me", Kite rant. To be honest, Kite felt more comfortable with Severus more. It's like he was talking to his Dad back on Earth.
While Severus didn't really mind their relationship. His system automatically reacted towards Kite, so there must be fate between them.
Seeing the exchange between the two all the maids and Vanessa were silent. The man sitting on the throne was a legendary swordsman. To think he was currently arguing with a kid.
"Ok fine. You don't have to kneel." Severus finally stop their fight. But then he continued, "For one condition..."
Before he could continue, Kite interrupted him. "No. Nope. Deny. No thanks"

"Hey, I just save your butt remember?", Severus frowned.
"I accept whatever you throw at me, Master", Kite shamelessly accepted. Since this old guy helped him earlier, this will be his sign if thanks. He just doesn't want to be indebted to someone in this world. So he baited this idiot to say that sentence.
"Good disciple! Just help my nephew on his dungeon quest. You're already Level 11, right? You level up fast. But I'm faster when I was in your age." Severus was saying the truth. Since he was the son of the creation of the guild, he had a lot of lackeys to help him level up.
The system's friend option always showed the current level of your friends. That's why adding someone as a friend was a show of sincerity.
"What will I do? Escort him? Or help him kill some monster", Kite inquired.
Severus lowered his head for a while. After that, he raised his head and replied, "Just escort him. But if there is danger, help him. Understand?" He really sounded serious.
Seeing his master's serious face he nodded. "Understood master!"
"Ansel! Come and greet your uncle's disciple! He is the same age as you. Better befriend each other, alright?" Severus shouted.
After that, a thin boy walked out the corner. He was thin as a stick but his armor was big. He held a shield and a short sword.
"I'm Ansel, 15 years old. Level 5 Grade 0 Shield Bearer!" He really sounded cute. Add his comical look and his thin frame he really looked like a child rather than a warrior.
He moved in front of Kite and fidgeted. After a second he bowed and spoke meekly, "Please protect me while I'm training in the dungeons."

Kite really liked this boy. He was not arrogant compared to what he was thinking earlier. People who grew up while in the environment of being rich tended to be an arrogant brat.
Kite looked at his hazel eyes and was quite happy. Those eyes showed innocence and honesty. He nodded and replied, "We'll do my best. I'm Kite and this is Vanessa."
Kite included Vanessa at the party. Since traveling with a kid alone was really too boring. He needed some company at the same age as him.
Of course, Vanessa was happy. It seemed Kite was acknowledging her.
Severus was observing them from his throne. He just set up this throne to make fun of Kite but to think he'll bring the daughter of the guild leader of Savior's Guild. He suddenly laughed and all of the people below him stop what they were doing.
"Okay! You can now go to this place", he threw a map towards Kite's face. It was to fast that Kite couldn't dodge or catch it. He was hit by it and a slight red mark appeared in his face.
"Damn you old man! You can just hand ut to me nicely", Kite was embarrassed. Being shamed in public was shameful enough but to think Severus will shame him in front of a lot of girls.
Severus ignored him and spoke, " This is a secret dungeon located in the South Area. It is in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. You'll see your destination there. Put the map near the area you going to and a gate will open". He slowly spoke his instructions word by word.
"Come back before evening. You have six hours to complete the dungeon." It was currently 11 am so they still have a lot of time to explore the area.
One of the maids step out and gave Kite a ring. The ring looked ordinary and some strange lines are engraved at it.
"That ring has a space of 5 by 5 meters area. It contained a lot of food and tools. The ring is my gift for you so take it", Severus waved out hid hands signaling them to head out.
Kite nodded. "Let's go to the Rocky Mountains". He too was excited on his next adventure. Hopefully, no danger will happen while on the way and inside dungeon.
After they left, a shadow behind Severus appeared. "Shall I follow them?" The shadow said.
"Obviously. Danger is everywhere. Don't let them know you are following them. Go!" Severus stood up from his throne and flickered. His speed was fast that no ordinary naked eye could track his movements.

The creator of the Primordial Evolution Scripture, Jing Guanyu! The Primordial Emperor! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The inspiration for Book (brackets say roughly what I got inspiration from) Do note: I do completely copy anything from any books. All of this book is original and all the books mentioned below are simply inspiration that gave me the ideas in regards to whats in the brackets. It may seem similar (like with MW I also use the E-E-D cultivation but my definitions and cultivation realms are different from the inspirations) > Martial World (Cultivation Paths) > Lord Xue Ying (Non-Generic Plot) > Stellar Transformations (Unique Cultivation Technique) > Consuming Earth, Devouring Skies (Character Development) > Ancient Godly Monarch + Invincible (Martial Spirits + Own touch to this idea) > The Storm King + Lament of the Fallen (The Soul Realm/Soul Domain) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Final words: Ok, I will just say that there are several reasons why the MC's cultivation speed is so mediocre despite how "talented" he is. There are logical reasons and they will be explained when necessary. Just remember that cultivation speed isn't everything. Hope you enjoy. I will take constructive feedback and logical criticism. However, I will not even reply to illogical criticism, rants or salty people who got pissed off because the main character didn't get "that divine medicine" or "this divine sword" or whatever. Note: I have marked all 4 of the content warning boxes due to a uncertainty in how dark, gory, descriptive or traumatizing my story will get. Btw, the cover isn't my property but was gotten from a website on mythology (greek I think). IF they ask me to take it down, then I shall. IF NOT, then IDGAF. LOL
