In the streets of Uzumaki city there is an underground world that is blind to those that wish not to see it. Not for me though, I dove into this world with only one thing on my mind. My wife Junko. My name is Makida Yamato, and this is my hell.
“Yama-kun, Yama-kun… I’m hungry.”
That beautiful paled skin goddess with the fire red hair is my wife Makida Junko. She’s the only thing in this world that matters to me. If she asked me to, I would beat down the devil himself for her.
“Hold on Junko-san, it’s almost ready.”
That’s me, Yamato, and that shiner is from another day at the office.
“You’re hurt.”
“It’s fine… really, besides you should see the other guy.”
Junko looks at me with beautiful hazel eyes. She touches my face lightly sending a shockwave of pain to my skull. I grab her hand and kiss it lightly.
“Yamato… I wish you wouldn’t put yourself through this, not for me.”
“Junko you’re my world my everything and if it means I got to take a few beatings, I’ll gladly do so to see you well and healthy.”
Junko smiles at me and gives me a kiss, I immediately returned the gesture.
“Besides nobody in this city can end me, some say I fight like a monster, like a demon.”
“Well you maybe a demon to them, but you’re my angel.”
Junko and I cuddle up close on the couch and fell asleep. Tomorrow I go back to work…

The Blood Queen
The rain fell from the sky with ferocity and smashed into the pavement filling the air with the sound of a stampede. The noise was deafening as I struggled to stand up. The blood from my wound was covering the ground beneath me and I covered it with my hand as I pushed off the pavement. On my feet now I struggled to step towards the grass. Through the howling wind and pounding raindrops I could hear what sounded like a chant, calling me and drawing me towards the cliffs edge. "Vienna, my Queen, my blood Queen" I started to move my feet faster until I could run towards the edge. Only when I was at the edge did I turn and look back one last time at the castle behind me. I could see him standing on the balcony, he was screaming my name. I could just hear it over the rain. I unclipped my red cape and whispered goodbye to him. As he jumped off the balcony to run towards me I leaned backwards and let my body fall with the rushing water to the river far down below. I carried her whispers with me to the dark edge until they vanished.
