(Prionsa POV)

We spent some times together over the past few weeks and now I'm so excited, nervous and happy! There is this big 'Nightmare Before Christmas' event in the local amusement park. I invited Gloom there since he would fit right in with his skeleton mask. He never put it off in front of me for some reason... Well not since halloween... I try my best to make him feel confortable, but he never even though tof maybe pulling it off.

So here we are, him dressed has Jack Skellington and I'm a genderbend Sally. Everyone love our costumes and we are having a really good time together. And then we hear a young child crying and screaming. We looked around and spot two little kids, most likely a brother and a sister. Gloom goes to kneel in front of them, to get to their level ''Hey kiddos. Did you lost your parents?'' the two kids nodded ''Do you know their phone number so we can call them?'' The girl, which looked the oldest, nodded again. ''What is your name, sweety?''

''Mary...And... and... My brother is William'' Gloom looks at me and I take m yphone out of my pocket and I dial their parent's number ''Hi, hum, are you Mary and William's parent?... Yes we found them... We are by the ferris wheel... Okay, take your time, we will wait for you... Do you want me to stay on the phone while you walk here? Okay, yeah it's fine with me.''

I turn around to tell Gloom that the parents are coming and my heart melt at the view. Gloom is doing some little magic tricks in front of the kids. They are not crying anymore. Actually, they are smiling and laughing at all what Gloom is doing. I am really amazed too. When the parents finally arrive, they is a small crowd around us, everyone is watching Gloom making magically appear cards, scarf, pieces of money and little flames out of his hands. Before the kids leave with their parents, Gloom give them both a yellow rose that magically popped out of his hands ''Yellow rose for friendship! Be more careful in the future kiddos, okay?'' The two kids nods, give him a big hug and walk away with their parents. Everyone claps at him and they also walk away, leaving us both alone together ''You did amazingly with the kids! I didn't know you were amagician!'' Gloom laugh lightly and says something, but he talked in a whisper so I couldn't really hear what he said.

(Gloom POV)

''There is a lot of things you don't know about me...'' I say to myself.

''I'm sorry, What did you say?''

''Oh..no nothing...''

Pri look at me with a worrying look. I assure him again that I am fine''I was only saying that I like to intertain kids.''

He smiles again and lightly push my shoulder ''You never gave me a rose... I might get a little jealous now!''

I look down at my shoes and scratch the back of my neck nervously ''Do you... Do you want me to give you one?''

''If you still have one hidden under your sleeve, yes!''

I laugh and litterally make a flower appear in my hand. Long story short here, my father is the God of Death and my mother is... The Goddess of Life or something like that so... I can create life and flowers and stuffs like that. And don't ask me how my parents met, because I don't know!

I give him this yellow, blue and lavander rose. He looks at the flower with wide eyes ''Wow! It's amazing! Thank you!''

''Do... Do you know what it means?'' I ask him, full of hopes.

''No.. Should I?''

''Oh...well I noticed a book on flower's meaning in your bookshelf so I thought...''

''I never took the time to actually read it... Why? Does this flower means something?''

''No!...Not really... Oh look the line for the roller coaster is almost empty now. Let's go!''

He reluctantly follow me as I change the subject of the conversation. I feel so stupid now. I don't know what I thought. Not a lot of people know or care about all the signification of flowers. What was I thinking?

We jump in the roller coaster and he was glued to my arm to whole time. It was adorable and nice to feel him so close to me. As we leave the roller coaster, my mask flash to show me my next task. Why now? I decide to ignore it, but Pri noticed the light ''Did your mask flashed?''

''I...don't know what you're talking about. Probably the lights all around us that reflected on it...''

''Oh okay.''

I feel really bad to lie to him, but I can't tell him the truth. He will run away from me if he ever learn that I'm a... creature of the underworld...

We keep walking around the park, but after the fifth flash, Pri asks me again ''There is no light effect here, Gloom. Tell me what is happening!''

I start to panic, what can I say to him!? I look around and then I think of something... stupid. I look at my phone and goes ''Oh, how time flies! I really have to go. I would really love to explain everything, but I really have to get going!'' I give him a quick hug and walk away, almost running away actually. I can hear him calling my name and following me. I walk behind a wall and snap my fingers tol eave as quickly as possible.

(Prionsa POV)

I follow him, I have enough of this. This is not the first time I see his mask flash. And everytime it happens, he get nervous and sometimes he even leaves in a hurry... Like right now ''GLOOM! Stop running away from me! Whatever it is I will... understand...'' There is no one behind this wall. I defintly saw him run behind it and now... Now he is gone. How can he do that!? I look up at the flower in my hand. Atleast I know what I have to do now. I head back home and pick my flower book and starts to read.

So yellow means friendship, but also lies... I wonder which one he meant when he gave me this rose... Blue means something that is impossibleto achieve, like unttainable love... Does it means that he loves me? For the last color, I think it's lavander... Or I hope it is, because it means love at first sight. Did he just confess to me? With a rose ?I look at the flower with this stupid smile. My heart is beating so fast, but at the same time... He said it didn't mean anything. But why would he ask if I knew the meaning of it? Urrgh, it's so frustrating that he always wears a mask! I can't see his face or facial expressions when he talks. I couldn't tell if he wa sdisappointed or not... I will have to ask him... But how? And when?
