Once they were on the ship, Adala couldn’t help but worry about Karis.

“Vori, do you think the Sith worked alone?” asked Adala. Vori pondered for a moment.

“No. Like Master Turi says, there’s always 2 Sith,” said Vori. “I think I locked on to their signature.” Adala looked off at the room of the ship. In silence.

“It’s been three years now, hasn’t it?” said Adala. Vori was silent.

“Do you ever think….” started Adala, but she held it back. Vori didn’t want to talk. Suddenly, she felt a jolt in her leg.

“What the…” she said before two blue head tails appeared.

“Tama! What are you doing here?” asked Vori, surprised. Tama Kapp was just recently crowned the rank of jedi.

“Master Turi sensed you guys leaving and sent me here to spy on you,” she said proudly.

“Typical newbie, always doing the Master’s work,” said Adala.

“Hey! She’d give you more bonuses if you actually respected her. Master Turi is one of the best jedi to ever be alive!” said Tama. “I’m honored every time I’m in her presence!”

“Okay, let me get one thing straight: we’re on an urgent mission. We can’t be babysitting you, okay? This isn’t a game, Tama,” said Vori. Tama pouted.

“I’m under direct orders from Master Turi,” she said. “I won’t let you do anything suspicious.”

“Tama, you have to listen to us. We need you to cooperate on this mission now that you’re here,” said Adala.

“I won’t disobey Master Turi,” said Tama, smugly.

“Forget Master Turi already! Master Turi does nothing all day! She just sits and ‘senses’ disturbances and oversees the jedi temple. Okay? She’s not as good as you make her out to be,” said Vori, getting slightly frustrated.

“I am appalled! I will have to report this to Master Turi,” said Tama, shocked. Adala and Vori rolled their eyes.

“You don’t know anything about a stealth mission, do you? All communications have been blocked for the next week since we’re incognito. That means you can’t contact anyone until we’re off our mission,” said Adala. Tama’s head tails drooped.

“So will you help us or not,” said Vori quietly. Tama sat in silence for 5 minutes.

“Fine,” she sighed. All three of them sat in silence.
