On receiving a call from Xia Wanyan, Li Qiaosheng immediately rushes back to the villa leaving an important meeting unfinished.

But he is still late. He is only in time to see the doctor put a piece of white cloth over his mother's body.

"Qiaosheng darling, Youyou is crazy!" Once seeing Li, Xia Wanyan jumps into his arms, trembling fiercely, and looking at Mu Ziyou with her eyes full of fear. "I didn't know why she and auntie came into a fight. But when I came in, I saw her raise the scissors and poke them into auntie's heart! How...how terrible! Auntie was killed like that. She died so miserably!"

"Mu! Zi! You!"

Li Qiaosheng has no time to comfort the woman in his arms. With a ferocious face, he strides forward and takes hold of Mu's delicate neck between his fingers. He intensifies the strength and lifts Mu up off the ground by the neck. Mu Ziyou struggles desperately, with her cheeks choked red. She tries to defend herself, but cannot utter even one syllable.

At this moment, the man's killing and merciless eyes like cold and sharp ice knives are killing Mu Ziyou by cutting her into pieces little by little, including her heart.

When she thinks she is about to die this way with a buzzing sound in the ears, the doctor comes and says something to Li Qiaosheng. And abruptly he lets go of Mu Ziyou and leaves with his arm around Xia Wanyan's shoulders who is still weeping aside.

So no one notices that Mu Ziyou falls to the ground with a miserable expression on her face and arches her body. Between her legs comes out a stream of red blood slowly.

When Qin Yang hurries to the scene, he gets hell surprised!

Regardless of the servants' hindrance, Qin Yang picks up Mu Ziyou who is already unconscious and rushes out of the door. He drives so fast that he ignores the red lights several times on the road. Finally he himself rushes her into the operating room within the shortest time possible.

"Don't, don't touch my baby. Don't kill him, please! Don't-"

Mu Ziyou wakes up from her nightmare and jumps to sit up in the bed suddenly, subconsciously reaching out to touch her belly. But this action causes the infusion tube to be pulled up accidentally and blood is seen to trace back into the tube.

Qin Yang has never left because he is so worried about Mu Ziyou. He then comes toward Mu Ziyou and pats her back down, "Be careful! Don't move. Your baby is safe. Don't panic! He is still staying in your belly safely."

"Really? Thank you! Thank you, Brother!" Hearing these words, Mu Ziyou cannot help bursting into tears of joy.

However, Qin Yang's worries are clearly written all over his face. "But Youyou, Mrs. Li... What happened? What conflict did you have? What on earth caused her death?"

"Do you believe me, Brother? I didn't kill her! It wasn't me who killed her. It was she who wanted to kill me with the scissors. But she accidentally fell to the ground and the scissors happened to poke into her heart. I didn't kill her! Believe me, please!"

Mu Ziyou pulls at Qin Yang's white coat at the beginning, but later she puts her hands around her head, with her face wrinkling and her whole body trembling.

Seeing this scene, Qin Yang feels his heart held tight with anxiety and compassion. When he was about to stretch out his hand to comfort her, the mobile phone in his pocket suddenly starts to vibrate.

"Pardon?" Hearing the news from the other end of the phone, Qin Yang slowly turns to look at the weak and fragile woman in bed. And the expression on his face turns from astonishment to seriousness.

Mu Ziyou notices his strange expressions and watches him with tearful eyes, waiting for him to speak first.

After a long moment, Qin Yang manages to organize his words and speaks out the truth carefully, "Youyou, your mom...She killed herself by jumping off the building because-"

On hearing her mother's suicide, Mu Ziyou is stunned at first, and then frantically she rushes out of the ward and goes downstairs!
