“You going early again, Jason?”
He turned around and found Ron smiling at him, “You know me haha”
“Sure do, but today you seem a lot happier than usual. Did something good happen?”
He shook his head and walked towards the kid’s desk, “It’s not that something good happened but I feel good about today.”
“Oh, I wish that I had your happy attitude haha, well good luck then.”
Jason nodded and turned around to walk out the door, “Tell those two to leave a note of where they are going to be after they accept a request."
“You got it.”
As Jason walked the trail that he had walked so many times before he began thinking about the past weeks. It’s been about 50 days since he came to this new world and began living on his own. At first, he was worried about actually making it, he had read numerous mangas about situations like his but it was still scary as hell.
‘Fortunately, those two behaved and now their loyalty score is somewhere in the 80s. After working together for nearly 2 months we've been able to make a good sum of money. With the money, they earned Tristain and Jack became adventurers after paying the guild card fees. While they worked on requests that mainly had to do with construction I go to the forest and collect fruits.’
While he was walking he suddenly started hearing loud yelling coming from behind, he couldn’t help but smile bitterly.
‘More people are following, looks like people can’t make a decent living because greedy people like them always try to bring you back down.’
After collecting large quantities of Sky Fruits for so long, he had gathered a lot of unwanted attention. People had tried to follow him and find his secret of getting so many fruits. Luckily the Sunlight Monkeys sensed that something was up and they have been helping him get away from all the troubles.

Jason knew how profitable collecting the Sky Fruits was, the problem was that he always ended up covered in fruit juice. Thankfully after a few tries, he was able to develop a deal.
One day while he waited for the monkeys to start throwing fruits at him, he ate blood berries which he had found on some bushes. The monkeys seemed to take interest in the fruit and the next thing he knew they had formed some kind of agreement.
While the racket was occurring behind him he removed his cloak and white mask. The treetops of a nearby tree began shaking and a Sunlight monkey climbed down. It grabbed him with one of its hands and it began climbing back up. Once they were above the treetops he let go and sat him on one of the branches.
The yelling from below began to quiet down and not much time passed before the monkeys began gathering around him holding Sky Fruits. Jason smiled and he brought out the tree sacks and one by one they began placing the fruits inside. When the three bags were full he brought out three large wooden containers of red berries.
The Sunlight Monkeys quickly grabbed them and began eating, when the containers were gone they looked at him with a sad expression. Jason couldn’t help but laugh, the monkeys acted like little kids at times, and yet they were incredibly smart.
He placed the fruits that were on the bags into his storage, the moment that the monkeys saw the empty sack they began cheering loudly and gathering more fruits. Once the sacks were full he filled the containers back up and they once again began eating.
While he waited for them to finish he opened up his status window

‘I finally have enough points for another roll, I've been saving up all these weeks for this day. Our next move will depend on what I roll today.’
((Gacha Roll))
Once again Jason found himself in the pitch-black space with the two Gacha Machines in front of him. This time he had decided ahead of time and he walked towards the Gacha with the white and gold wings.
He pressed the button in front of the machine and waited as the particles of light entered the machine. It wasn’t long till a blue gacha ball, which seemed to be wrapped in a pair of wings, rolled through the spiral tray.
Jason opened it and found a piece of paper like last time.

It took Jason a fat minute before he could process what he had just read. After watching the small paper disintegrate he couldn’t help but jump from joy.
“Hell yeah! I just got a Yondu skill!”
He quickly pulled one out from his storage space and an 8-inch long feather appeared out of thin air. It was beautiful and all but there was a small problem, it looked just like a normal feather.
‘Where is the fire?’
After a few minutes, he figured out that he could make them flame up on command. Since he was in the dark space he was able to appreciate the golden flame that surrounded the feather.
When he touched the feather he found out that it was as hard as metal if not harder but it also seemed to be flexible. He practiced moving it for a bit but he almost impaled himself by accident.
‘This is going to take a while to get used to but at least now I have a magic and range attack. Those damn Grimores cost a fortune, 10 gold for basic fireball magic! Those nobels can screw themselves.’
When he left the space he found that one of the baby monkeys had grabbed his mask and was playing around with it. He didn’t like having to wear a mask but not that long ago he had spotted some of the soldiers from the Runeguard family. There were several people wearing masks so he decided that it’s something that he would like to try. He hated people staring at him with disgust everywhere he went so it helped somewhat.
He felt bad but he had to take it away, now that the monkeys had finished the blood berries and delivered the Sky Fruits he could go and start his plan.

Gods of Arkanoth
The hunter has been betrayed, left alone in the streets of a lugubrious district. Only one goal appears in his eyes: to avenge himself. In his quest to avenge himself, he'll encounter an enigmatic scientist who seems to hide his true nature, a savior pretending to be a God, and the terrible truth of those words, bringing him against something he'd never thought he'd have to affront. This is the odyssey of the hunter, in a quest to put a long overdue end to a war between two worlds. // What to expect:The beginning will surely be intriguing, most of what's happeing won't be directly explained, although there will be some hints about their true roles, but do not worry about some subjects never leaving that misty fog that is unanswered questions! The novel is divided in two parts, the first focusing on uncovering the well-hidden secrets the city of Arkanoth hides, be it concerning its making or its inhabitants. As for the second part, it will be an expedition into the unknown, we could, in a way, say the true start of the journey our three heroes will undertake! I won't say anything more about the second part or else I might tell you an important detail without realizing... As for magic, because yes, there is magic! Although you might not see the shadow of a spell in the first chapters, it will appear in later chapters and will be one of the main subjects of volume 2. There are three heroes, yes, but they will not appear directly. While the first two protagonists appear in quite the beginning, the third will take his time, taking some stroll in the Districts of Arkanoth while we focus on the story of the hunter. But that does not lessen his importance in the story a bit, trust me. What about these three heroes, you say? Well, they all have their own issues, from their character to their torments, and as the story progresses they will have to come clean with their past (character development is to be expected) and will find their reason for fighting, braving all odds. I draw my inspiration from mythology, more precisely Aztec mythology. I want to stay true to a certain extent about it and all the relations between the gods and their role, however I will still change some things to my liking, so do not expect for all of the mythology to be respected to the letter. Finally! I have to say English is a foreign langage for me, so I might not choose the best words or straight-up miswrite something, if it bothers your experience, just tell me in the comments and I'll look into it! It is also my first time writing a book, so some parts might seem sloppy, but I hope I will be able to improve throughout this journey so as to give the most enjoyable reading experience to you. // Who might enjoy this story: Firstly, if you like deep lore and stories in which past plays a big role, you will like how everything unravels to show the hidden truths of the world. However if you do not appreciate not instantly understanding what's happening or who - or even what - this person might be, then you might not appreciate the story. There will be disturbing and gore descriptions, so if you're sensitive, don't like reading about someone being beheaded and such, you should probably pass this one. There is strong langage, although I won't abuse it, I won't be lying saying no insults will appear. Finally, the heroes will not always win, they will sometime lose battles, be it important ones or unimportant, and they will, most of the time, not come out unscathed from those. // Time Schedule : once every two sundays at 7:pm Ps : feel free to tell me if something is bad, or feel wrong with the book, it really helps me. I've written till' chapter 4 (in my mother tongue, so I'll still have to translate), however I'll make some minor and major changes, thus it will take some time to post them. Schedule will probably not change after releasing chapter 4, so don't worry, it won't take even longer to post a chapter than it already is. Enjoy the ride :)
