There was a blood trail it began from the cracked door where there was a puddle of green ooze, the trail was leading to a corner of a storage where Nikos was crying. He was crying not from the extreme pain coming from the cuts on the leg raising his head . Raising himself up from the corner he screamed starting walking using the wall as support.

Passing through the hall he stopped and looked at the two doors that lead into the grandparents’ rooms, the one that leads into his grandpa room there was a not so recognizable beetle head, to the contract his grandma’s door is us nothing changed looking away he gets into his room.

Looking around he picks up his backpack, taking a seat on the chair to rest his good leg he pulled the luggage near him. He opens it and put two changes of clothes taking his empty phone and charger, picking himself up he use the wall to go to the kitchen.

Reaching the kitchen he gets to the fridge taking a bottle of 1.5 liters and put in the pack, taking his keys and wallet he gets outside. But stop himself thinking that maybe they will be more bugs and with the heart leg he couldn’t probably run away from them, opening a little he looks around, seeing nothing he heads out checking the perimeter still there was nothing, straining his ears for sounds of bugs but again nothing.

feeling the scorching heat he headed to the gardens storage double checking around, Nikos opens the door to search for the wood cutting axe, if he had to fight with it, he maybe could defend himself, find it he heads to his home to get the bicycle to use it as support like a crutch, getting to the outside door.

slapping his face to wake up, getting pump shaking his body releasing some jolts of pain in the leg. Opening the door Nikos began the journey.
