THIRD PERSON POV: OUTFIT- pinterest.co.uk/phoebenock2/tourney-b/
Audrey and Ben walked out of the double doors leading to the lockers when they noticed at least a dozen girls on the grass below playing with each other's hair. Mal walked out not long after walking towards her own locker before the girls called out to her. "Hey Mal, I love my hair!" Mal, seemingly startled by the attention, waved at the girls before turning to her locker and opening it to put her books inside.
Jay walked over to her and leaned against Evie's locker. "Are you feeling kinda weird about this?" He asked. "I mean, it's not that bad here."
Mal turned to him, shocked. "Are you insane?" She whisper-yelled. "Long Live Evil! You're mean, You're evil, You're bad news!" She added exasperated. "Snap out of it!" She practically yelled snapping her fingers in front of his nose.
"Thanks, Mal." He smiled after a moment. "I needed that." Mal nodded in approval before turning back to her locker as Jay walked towards the balcony, getting the girls below to notice him. "Hey there." He said causing the girls to giggle and squeal a bit as they ran forward to him.
Mal rolled her eyes at Jay and looked to her right seeing Ben and Audrey talking. "Look Audre-" Ben started before she stopped him.
"I have to go to a dress fitting. I'll see you at the game." She pretended to kiss his cheek before she walked away. "Bye Bennyboo!" She called over her shoulder.
"Bye..." He weakly responded. Seeing the opportunity, Mal quickly slammed her locker shut.
"Hey, Bennyboo." Mal mocked Audrey's nickname as Ben turned around.
"Hey," Ben said, his mood seemingly lifted.
"I just made a batch of cookies, chocolate chip. Want one?" Mal asked seemingly innocent.
"Oh no." Ben declined with a sad face. "I can't eat before a big game." Mal looked disappointed. "Sorry, but maybe next time." He added, turning away.
"No, I get it," Mal called out causing him to stop. "'Don't take threats made by villains'. You're cautious, that's smart!"
"No that's no-" Ben started before getting cut off again.
"Oh well, more for me I guess," Mal said going to take a bite out of the cookie only for it to be taken out of her hand as Ben quickly bit into it.
The other villains, seeing that he had eaten it, advanced forwards to the duo. Jay went beside Ben and threw his arm over his shoulder "How are you feeling, man?" He asked.

"I feel- I feel like... SINGING YOUR NAME!" Ben exclaimed. "MAALLLL. MAA-" He started before she covered his mouth with her hand, shoving the cookies into Jay's arms in the process.

Briar, in her cheerleading uniform, was cheering for the team along with the other cheerleaders. Audrey had introduced them all and she easily got along with them. They weren't too bothered that she came to form the Isle and accepted her gladly into the group.
The announcer was stood with a microphone by the side of the field. "This is a nail-biter folk! Forty-seven seconds left on the clock and we're all tied up. Sherwood Falcons '2', Fighting Knights '2'. What a game between Auradon fiercest rivals." His sounded sort of bland.
Chad, who was stood by Jay, was finishing his bottle of water. He glanced over at Briar and shot her a wink, to which she turned a bright shade of red. He smirked before he ran back into the game. "Go get 'em Chad!" Jay encouraged his teammate, only to receive a small nod in gratitude before he ran into action.
The coach looked down at his clipboard and called one of the players off the field. "Jay, you're up." He called holding up the bat for Jay to take.
Carlos gave Jay a supportive pat on the shoulder, but Jay looked as if he was having an inner fight before he sighed and picked up Carlos off the bench and held him in front of the coach. "What about my buddy here?" Jay asked putting his arm around Carlos.
"Oh no." Carlos declined to attempt to get out of Jay's grasp.
"Not so sure about that..." the coach said reluctantly to let him play.
"But he's been practicing coach. He's getting good, I've seen it." Jay said with a confident smile at his friend. "And you said yourself, a team is made up of many parts," Jay added.
Carlos tried to protest. "But Jay I'm not even that goo-" Then Jay elbowed him in his side, successfully stopping him from talking.
"Well, he's kinda my brain." Jay finished with a smile and a ruffle of Carlos' hair much to the teen's protest.
The coach seemed to be considering the options before he sighed and turned to the field. "Amir!" He yelled out causing a boy on the field to turn and run back towards them. "You heard 'em." He said to Carlos.
"Don't worry bro," Jay said patting his back. "I got your back" He reassured, smiling at him.

"What about my front?" Carlos asked him causing Jay to roll his eyes before running onto the field.
"They're bringing out that hothead Jay, from the Isle Of Lost and that little one Carlos who can barely hold his shield." The announcer narrated as the game went on. The cheerleaders started to chant again jumping around and calling out their support to the team, Briar seemingly the loudest as she cheered for Carlos who had blocked an attack and was now dancing in his opponent's face for extra effect. The announcer continued to narrate the game as it continued. "Jay gets the ball. Jay hurtling maneuver mid-field. Jay makes a pass to Ben through the kill zone. Prince Ben moves over a wide, semester it to Jay. He's in the clear. Shoot! OH! What a save by Phillip the Falcons' goalkeeper!" Briar was really getting into the game as she kept cheering for her friends.
"Twenty-three seconds left and you could cut the tension with a sword. The long ball is played into Jay. Jay, great jump, great leap. Great move by Jay, thanks to a block by Chad. Jay dashes off to Prince Ben, then Carlos, with a big block, goes down. Jay through the kill zone picks up Carlos. He's being hammered by dragon fire but still going. Jay, hurtling over at mid-field again, he's in the clear. The ball goes back to Jay, he passes it to Prince Ben. He shoots! HE SCORES!!!!!" The entire student body of Auradon bursts into cheers over the win, Briar and Audrey being one of the loudest. "Prince Ben won for us. With an unselfish move by Jay! Incredible teamwork, it was the new guys Carlos and Jay who set the Prince up for the win! Here they come the winners of the-"
The announcer stopped when the microphone was taken out of his hands by Ben. "Excuse me... Excuse me! Can I have your attention please?" Everyone fell silent as they waited for what the future king had to say. He stood upon a podium and looked around, seemingly hesitating. "There's something I'd like to say," he announced looking around before smiling. "Give me an M!" He yelled as everyone copied. "Give me an A!"
"A!" He continued as everyone followed. Briar watched in horror as realization spread across Audrey's face and she quickly ran off. "Give me a beat," Ben yelled bringing himself back down.
Doug called out. "Uno, Dos, Tres, Cuatro!" Before the band started up with an extremely catchy tune.

Briar ran after Audrey to the changing rooms to find her crying into her arms, curled up on the floor. "Audrey!" She hollered, making the girl lookup. "Don't cry, Ben's an arse but he doesn't deserve the satisfaction of knowing he made you cry. It's not worth it, he's a future king but he's still human."
Audrey scoffed. "What do you know, you've never been in a relationship before!" Her face dropped from a scowl as Briar sighed and sat beside her. "I'm sorry, I-"
Briar cut her off with a sad smile. "It's okay, you're right." She shook her head. "But sometimes I have dreams about Auradon, Ben and his parents, in those dreams, there's a boy, with bright blue eyes and curly blonde hair. Whenever I dream of him I only ever feel happy and my heart swells with what I can only assume to be love." She placed a hand over her heart.
Audrey watched her friend with a soft smile. "You love someone."
Briar shook her head. "It's just a dream."
"It's not!" Audrey exclaimed. "You're Ben's sister Briar, I know you are. You look just like his mom and you're nothing like the others from the Isle. You're the most princess-like person I have ever met and I knew you when we were little, I remember you."
Briar looked down at her soft hands and sighed. "I don't know what I am anymore, one person says one thing and another person completely disagrees." She took a deep breath and looked at her friend with a soft smile. "One thing I do know is you don't need Ben to be happy and there is no point getting upset over him. If he didn't like you enough to stay loyal then he isn't the man we thought he was, he doesn't deserve you."
Audrey grinned. "You're right." She stood and fixed her make-up in the mirror. "I'll show him what he's missing." She gave Briar a hug, pulling her up from the floor. "Thank you, you're the best friend I could ask for."
Briar waved as she left but it fell to a frown as she caught sight of herself in the mirror. She needed to talk to Mal about this and fast. She needed to know the truth about who she was, who she is.

If so, what horrors might be staring us in the face even now that no one has the foresight to prevent? Drawn from thousands of interviews, as well as uncorrupted contemporary recordings and source documentation dating back to the early 2000s; Points of Light is a definative look at the last half century of upheaval, prosperity and carnage.
