《The Sister In The Forest(Cancelled)》22: School Activity And Sneaky Usage of Speed

Awkwardness and paranoia were the most felt human emotions throughout the whole day following the moment of the chaos I conflicted with the forest, but, fortunately, Lia accepted this powerful being in her life and still liked me in her eyes because her parents were a part of The Supernatural Outcasts. Which was something I recently learned about and was invested in, the association was dated back to World War 2, in 1943 where some unknown, mysterious being that the association still can't track till to this day granted the strengths of pubs weaknesses; everyone inside the pub, on the outskirts of southeast London, all thirty of them, were joking around with the being thinking it's a cosplayer but didn't feel shame telling their weaknesses - to wake up in the morning and experience these powers firsthand, most had super strength, telekinesis and powers beneficial to The British Empire at the time to survive bankruptcy.

Nobody knew about them, and the majority of the world still doesn't, unless they are being hidden for the fear of spy experiments. Until a jealous man named Franklin Oscar, short ginger with short hair and laid-back casual wearing clothes with brown eyes was envious of the leader of the Supernatural Outcasts, Ryan Goblin, a well-suited man with golden blonde hair and blue eyes, and wanted to take control. Their arguments led to each other fighting and revealing their powers to the world as they flew through buildings set in 1960. The British Empire, crumbling at the time, had to restrict them and remove every news article about them and waited for all the protests and notices to stop. As luck ran thin with the British Empire, so did their compression on The Supernatural Outcasts, which had around one thousand, six hundred and fifty-three members at the end of 1980, run out. A cranky young teenager felt like he was being controlled by the government and went on government-owned buildings destroying sprees, his rage became worldwide and positives and negatives were seen in the Supernatural association.

The Supernatural Outcasts unexpectedly was faced with requests from hundreds of countries begging for them to join the association, the membership spiked up to three hundred thousand, four hundred and forty-three members in just a year. This prompted the association to change its identity to "Reign Of The Gifted Naturals Organisation", and the membership didn't stop accumulating until it reached its peak, which was one-hundred million, eight hundred and seventy-six thousand and three hundred in 2001. Unfortunately, the world saw these gifted individuals as monsters and despised their well-being to the point the association was split into two in 1990 from the names of Jadon Heather, a man who formed the evilest organisation ever. Criminals and warlords that had powers all joined this association dubbed "The Red Barrier Organisation". It ignited a war between the two groups that each had fifty million on both sides and at least one thousand members die weekly and are still happening at this moment.

"What were your parent's roles?" I asked Lia, sitting under the tent, keeping as quiet as possible.

"They were the medics until retiring when I was born. The only reason I'm smart is because of this Enhanced Intelligent power, it's the only power I have access to." Lia answered, tapping her fingers against each other repeatedly as she reluctantly scooped closer to me to have her knees touching mine, I caressed her knees as she flinched back a little and smiled at her.

"I understand I am a monster, but please don't be scared of me," I pleaded peacefully.

"I'm not scared of your capabilities, I'm nervously second-guessing if I should peck you on the lips…" Lia mumbled, stretching her forced smile even more to avoid blushing entirely. It failed, the moment she said that her face exploded in redness and Lia's cheeks expanded as she tried forcing her heart to relax.

"Oh...that's what you were worrying about. It's, um, okay, you can take your time," I responded unsteadily. I'm not used to romance so my lonely gamer self flashed out there to avoid any more mess-ups, I did inform her that I was going to train, which I promised myself and carried on my intense training.

My body kept on shifting as the fat became too fatigued while muscles took up the opportunity to fully expose themselves as it flicked into the 100% area, it was unbelievable at first for me since I am sixteen but I grew closer to this new ideal of mine and started to enjoy the exciting fact that I only had muscles. Yes, maybe due to intensified high speeds I lost more fat tissue than I would normally do, yes, I do have to eat a lot of calories to not pass out due to health problems. I only learnt that issue when I passed out once and was tested for low calories even though I ate at least ten thousand calories a week. Maybe something was calculated wrong because massive crowds tried escaping the forest the first hour of the storm stopping, all the students and teachers rushed away, stomping on each other in a panic moment to get as far as they could from this forever cursed forest. Three hundred and one went missing that night and the investigators are still on the lookout, worrying that the serial killer has murdered every single one of them.

To pass time and calm everyone down, students that agreed to join this tag activity were divided into four teams, red, green, yellow and blue. I was in the green group while Lia and George were in the yellow team, we were assigned a task where we needed the most colours of other terms to win. Playful tugging and takedowns were legal to a restricted length, eyes focused on the yellow side facing me, the whistle blew and forty students charged to other bases while three of my teammates and I ran directly to the yellow and took four of their tags and began running back to our base. Just when we were about to earn ourselves three points, I saw myself shoved to the ground in a quick second, my body scraping across the ground, wounding my skin as I fumbled around to see who charged me down. There he was, the fatty George, snickering at me as I groaned loudly, he straddled down to grab my yellow lead but I reacted quickly and slapped my foot on the yellow lead.

George grunted, forcing himself to use all of his existing muscles to drag the yellow lead out underneath my foot, which he struggled to achieve as I pressed all my weight on this one thing that would reach my team the victory. Then, knackering enough, Lia showed up and grabbed hold of the yellow lead, making it five times harder for me to keep control of this yellow lead.

"You...ain't having it!" I disputed sign language, landing my other foot on the lead to survive this moment.

"Yes...we…are!" They both yelled back, gritting their teeth harder to strengthen their victory.

"Aaron! I'm coming!" Lewis's voice was heard coming from the west, I quickly glanced at him in all white clothing with a green headband and followed him as he heavily placed all his weight on the fight; the greens were starting to win the fight as a drastic change, Lia's and George's fingers were slipping down the lead as they eventually flung backwards. I quickly zapped my hand over to the lead and gripped it hard as I barged through thick battling lines of multi-coloured sections, smelling their sweat combined to fulfil the air with a strong snappy reflex. I looked behind me and found Lia and George were chasing right behind our tails, Lewis remained behind me and made sure nobody was charging at me.

Clipping my feet around, I winked at Lewis. He immediately understood what I was going to do. I rolled the three yellow leads in a big ball engulfed by my dry hands as I ran backwards, waiting for the perfect moment. I redirected my guidance, shifted my feet in a different gear and ran towards Lewis, reaching closer to him as I hugged him tightly, confusing Lia and George. Before having an inch of my hair in their grip, I shoved the three yellow lines down Lewis's side pockets and threw myself at Lia and George. Their eyebrows went different ways as their eyes widened anxiously as to what to do from me flying directly at them.

"Get out of the way!" George demanded, pushing Lia out of the way strongly as he just got out of the way from my destructive move. I flew past him, eyeing him down, getting all the distractions I needed and fading into a slowed time of the universe. I used the loss of gravity in my slowed-down perspective and gently spun myself around until I could perfectly float onto my feet, as I did what I acted on, I sped up time and skidded across the dusty dirt that shot up dirt to form a tiny tornado around me for a second before perishing. George was jaw-dropped on what he saw in surprise as I saw Lia chase Lewis full speed head-on as she possibly can.

"Since when can you do that?" George asked, amazed, pointing his finger at me like he was popping my comfort.

"Practice," I signed, I mean practice as in every time I entered in my slowed time down standpoint I always, without doubt, went flying in the air from loss of gravity and ended up always hurting myself. It wasn't a permanent injury, it quickly healed up right afterwards to have no interference of virus bacteria.

"Green has scored a triple point hat trick! The scores are now Green: Seven, Yellow: Five, Red: Four, and Blue: Two." The teacher announced with a microphone. I grinned at George and took advantage of the overflowing faction of passionate teenagers struggling past me to disappear into the air and watch George look around confused while I robbed the last two points from Blue and sneaked my way over to my box.

Tip-toeing to my box sheepishly, about to jump the green's score count up to even higher levels of dominance while groups struggled to get more leads from scattered dropped bags, I heard a long deep groan getting louder and more disturbing to my right. Quickly snipping my head over to the direction, I felt a massive burnt run down my neck, diverting me away from whoever was running at me as I rubbed the back of the neck trying to stop it from lasting for a long time. I clamped my fist as the pain was getting more intense until I felt a large weight push me through the sky.

Feeling pain all over my body, I opened my eyes one step by step and looked around to see where I was. It took me a second to adjust to the fact I was skipping through the air while the front half of my body became a hurricane of pain. I made sure I had the two blue leads tucked tightly in my palms and embraced the collision. Once I differed onto the misty ground, I stretched out my body wide from reacting to the speed to get a glance of who had this enormous strength to knock me far. Am I seeing things or am I seeing a tall, shredded up eighteen-year-old striding towards my direction, palms clenched, chest exploding and imploding as every breath he exhaled bellowed? I'm not seeing things, my eyes straightened in vision and made it even more clear that this guy was immense in comparison to me.

Steroids…?

The muscled boy, wearing a tight red school uniform with a white buttoned-up shirt that was slapped around by a red tie, petitioned his strength as a scruffy black moustache, complimented by his black flat messy mohawk, dangled from the top lip as he sluggishly walked at me maliciously, showing no backing down with his strong personality and body. His gigantic hands wrapped around my hands, sucking them in like the black hole as gently, yet roughly, pulled my hands apart to bend my fingers backwards to grab hold of the two blue leads. From what I can tell, he was in the red team and drank lots of protein from his bulky breathing, and he wasn't giving up on taking these two leads away from me. He didn't stare at me once, he settled his target and only focused on that. I struggled to keep my hands closed but he just peacefully lugged them apart like nothing.

Although he was bigger, I probably had more muscle than him. As I was flung around, dragged around, pushed around, slapped around, trembling in every corner of my body from this serious bodybuilder, I finally took this seriously and started, slowly but painfully, directing my hands to cover the leads. The muscled man was speechless and shocked to see I was overpowering him. He took a glance at me as I glared at him, using the full extent of my strength, not super strength, to block off this guy's entrance to seal the victory. We both struggled as I was flung on my feet by this bodybuilder's intent to throw me off-guard but I held my grip and continued to rebel. Only using one of my hands, I threw my other hand on top of his second hand covering his first hand, slipped my fingers between his finger, tightened my grip on his palm and started to rend his hand back until his fingers were falling into a bright yellow look as red rings formed at the bottom of the fingers. Giving me a clear answer to his fingers that his fingers are burning up from the stretch.

Puzzled and shaken up, the bodybuilder quickly lost his manpower as I yanked one more time to loosen his grip and throw him away from me as I ducked past his vision and sprinted near my box - noticing Lia was watching every single bit of that as I saw her speechlessly gawking at me from the corner of my eyes. Dropping the leads in, the round ended and the Green team, the one I was in, won the round with twenty-three points, Lia won second by nineteen points. After everything was cleaned up, I and George showered together, keeping our privacy safe as we chatted about the match and now my team cheated.

"Don't be a sore loser," I teased with my sign language, scuffing his hair up.

"Loser?! Pfft, you can't admit your team cheated," George snapped back, splashing water at me, which led to us having a water fight until one of the male teachers told us to piss off and stop wasting the water supply.

"Great fight," Lia smiled gently at me as I switched on my phone inside the tent to see if I had any messages sent by my parents. None, it was empty, too empty and spacious.

"You did well yourself. By the way, do I have your phone number?" I signed.

"No, you don't, why?" Lia responded on edge as she fiddled with her fingers.

"Here, that's my phone number," I signed, chucking my phone at Lia in which she caught and quickly tapped my phone number into her phone with a bright smile.

"Did you enjoy my fight?"

"Yes, I did, it was amazing. You've grown well, what other powers do you have?

"All the elements; Pyrokinesis, Hydrokinesis, Cryokinesis, Aerokinesis, Geokinesis and superstrength." I lied, I didn't want to mention that I had super speed because after searching around the government's data I learnt Superspeed was assigned to Red, meaning they are lethal and need to be killed on sight. I didn't want her to panic about this problem because all the elements are only Yellow, which is Kill When Threatened. Her Intelligent Power is ranked Stay On Guard. It did shock me that the power ability users' threat levels are based on their powers and some could get killed over it.

Let's hope I do not die from the government.
