The Hierarchy-

Tiers and ranks:

Low tier : rank 0.1 - 2.4

Mid tier : rank 2.5 - 3.4

Elite tier : rank 3.5 - 4.9

High tier : rank 5+

God tier : rank 7.5+

Low tiers are not respected, they are bullied for their low ranks and poor qualitied quirks.

Mid tiers are commonly seen, they respect those who are in a higher level and bullies those who are lower.

Elite tiers challenges each other to raise their places in school, they assist those who are in a higher level and are respected.

High tier are highly respected, they manage the school and punishes those who breaks rules.

God tiers, though rarely seen, they are highly respected and manages the school.
