She looked around her for some time. The rabbit is not near. That is good. She started walking. Having the formless skeleton skill made her body very light and agile. She is walking very fast. She feels like she is flying.

Within few minutes she moved a few kilometres. She is not tired at all. There is no sign of the town or that annoying rabbit. She is finally free.

The night is not dark. A silver light is illuminating the whole road she is walking. That road is manmade. She is confident that if she move following this road she will reach a real town. But she wants to take rest. Not because she is tired but because she want to test her indestructible magic veins.

She moved to near a tree on the side of the road. She sat cross legged and started meditating. Magical energy from the nature is entering her body. She can feel it.

‘My magic power is increasing rapidly. I will breakthrough to intermediate level white mage at any moment. I need to focus.’

She finally breakthrough to intermediate level white mage. Strong magical aura radiated from her body. She is feeling fresh and lively.

She pointed her arm at a tree. Magical energy glowed from her hand. She wished it to turn into wind. And it did. Wind pressure is coming from her hand. Leafs of the tree is moving.

She put her arm near her face. She is feeling fresh air. She then put the wind pressure at her feet. She want to fly. She floated a few feet in the air. But she can’t go up any more. She moved her arms backwards and strong wind came from them. As a result she started moving while she was floating.

‘I am really flying. I can’t go up but what I am experiencing can be called flying.’

She quickly lost her balance and fell down. She got up and started floating again. After a while she fell down. She then sit near a tree.

‘Should I learn another spell? I hope I can learn a fighting skill.’

Her consciousness went inside the pendant. She opened the seventh page of the book. The seventh skill of the book is ‘Compressed energy beam’.

If anyone learn this skill they will be able to compress their energy into a tiny needle like beam. After the beam enters the target it will explode with a terrifying energy. The more energy is compressed the stronger the explosion will be.

‘This skill will be very useful if I can learn it. But if I attack some weak person using this skill they will explode to death.’

She started learning this skill. The method of compressing energy went to her head. She begun to comprehend it. After some time she learned this skill. Then her consciousness went back to her body.

She opened her eyes. It is midnight. She knows she needs some sleep. But she is not feeling sleepy at all.

She looked at her index finger. Focusing intensely, she used the skill. Energy from the nature was compressing near her finger. Gradually a white one inch needle like beam appeared on her finger.

She wants to hit something. She is looking for a living thing. She looked around her. Her senses were keen. She heard a small noise. She looked at the direction of the noise. There was a small rabbit.

Generally she would not kill such a cute little creature. But because of the injustice she suffered from a rabbit her hatred for the whole rabbit race was extreme.

With a cold look on her face she threw the beam at the rabbit. It flew fast and penetrated the rabbit. Then it explodes and a dark red meat juice of the rabbit can be seen. It died a very easy death.

‘Hmm, it is a great assassination skill. But it takes time to prepare one beam. I need to be able to instantly create this beam whenever I want.’

She then opened the eighth page of the book. The eighth skill of the book is ‘Energy manipulation’. If anyone learns this skill they will be able to manipulate energy however they want and how fast or slow they want.

She immediately started learning it. After a while she learned it. She is feeling much better.

She then opened the ninth page of the book. The ninth skill of the book is ‘Compressed invisible barrier’. If she learn this skill she will be able to compress the energy around her to make an invisible barrier.

She learned it in a short time. Then she opened the tenth page of the book. The tenth skill of the book is ‘Instant shadow teleportation’.

It is a movement skill. If anyone learns this skill they will be able to create a shadowy figure who looks like them and teleport to a nearby by place. The range of their teleportation is the same as their visual range.

Getting all these amazing skill one after another she doesn’t even have the energy to be surprise anymore. She started learning it. And as expected after a few moment she learned it.

She then tried to open the next page of the book. But it is not opening.

‘What’s going on? There are still many page left in the book. Why can’t I open them?’

She tried to open it again. But it did not opened.

‘Maybe I need to be on a higher magical level to be able to open the next page. Fine, I will get stronger.’

Her consciousness returned to her body. She opened her eyes. Light is getting brighter. It is already dawn. Sun is rising. She get up and started walking. After some time she stopped walking.

‘Why I am walking? I can just use the ‘Instant shadow teleportation technique’.’

She looked ahead. Then she use this skill. Her body become shadowy and she appeared 100 meters ahead from where she was standing. She felt nausea. She don’t want to do it again. She continued walking.

After walking for a while she heard a noise. She looked at the direction of the noise. There seems to be a fighting going on. And it’s a fight between humans. She is getting excited. For the first time in her journey she is about to see humans.

She activated her stealth condition. She slowly walked near the direction of the noise. She saw three full grown man fighting against a small little girl. She looks younger than her. Despite her small features she is holding her own against the three big men.

All of them are stronger than her. The amount of magic energy involved in this fighting, it seems like they are orange level mage. They are two realm higher than Elsa.

Defending herself against the barrage of attacks from the three man the girl seems exhausted. Blood is coming from her body. She has a heavy sword in her hand which is used for both defending and attacking.

One of the man said,” Give up Mira. How dare you deserted from the sect. After everything the sect has done to you. You owe your life to the sect.”

With a contempt in her eyes the girl named Mira said indifferently,” I owe my life to no one. The sect only wanted to use me. You pathetic rascals should run. Otherwise I will kill you.”

The man replied,” You are the one who looks like losing. Since you will not give up then don’t blame us for what about to happen to you.”

Mira didn’t reply. A terrifying energy surged from her body. It surpassed the combined energy of the three man. Wielding the heavy sword at her hand she charged toward them. She slashed her sword.

All three of the man gave a pitiful yell. All of them were cut into half. Blood started flowing from them like a fountain. They all died.

Mira breathed heavily and sat on the ground. There is a picture of pain in her face. But she is still trying her best to look indifferent and not to cry. She then looked at the direction of Elsa. She said, “Who are you?”

Elsa was first surprised and then she panicked. She just realized that she was no longer in stealth condition. She said, “Hi, my name is Elsa.”

Mira asked, ”Why are you here? Were you spying on me?”

Elsa hurriedly replied, “No, I just heard the noise of fighting. So I came here to watch the fight.”

Mira replied, ”You look weak. You should not get close to this level of fighting.”

Elsa is curious. Mira look like a 12 years old kid. But she is already this strong.

She asked, “How old are you Mira?”

Mira looked annoyed at this question. But she still replied,” I am 16 years old.”
