At night they were in the building thinking about how to find the way out. While Simon stayed quite. Carlson said “Something is weird about this place. I felt as if someone else is with us here”. “I don’t sense any living creatures around the area even if you feel weird” Joe said as he cloud smell even slightest stains of blood.
Millet said “We don’t have anything to fear about as we have got ammunition. Even if someone tries to attack us we will be safe”.
Simon remembered about the incident that happened a day before. Simon said “There is nothing to fear about I’ll take care of guarding the place”. “I think I’ll be staying up with you” Carlson said by looking the worried expression on Simon’s face.
As it was almost midnight they all went to sleep except for Carlson and Simon.
Carlson and Simon were sitting alone in dining hall when Carlson asked Simon “Did something happen last night that you refuse to tell us”. Simon still said resisting “Nothing”. “I’ll see for myself what you saw yesterday night that worries you” Carlson said.
It was midnight and Carlson heard something heading towards their building. Simon was holding a gun and soon his hand grip tightened. The door was knocked over and over again so Carlson opened the door only to see a zombie rushing toward him. Simon saw the zombie and shot its head. Soon it stopped. “Close the door Carlson or you’ll be dead”. Soon Carlson closed the door and he started to shiver though he did not seem to be afraid of the fact that he saw a zombie.
The sound of the bullet was so loud that rest everyone woke up and rushed towards them. “Listen everyone we are in a pinch here” said Carlson after he calmed himself. “Why did you shoot Simon” asked Joe and soon Simon replied “See out and you’ll come to know yourself”. Both Joe and Millet were surprised by seeing the Zombies all around and soon Millet asked with some fear “What should we do”. “I have only got one idea now but I don’t know if it might work” said Carlson. “What might it be” questioned Simon. “There is a library where I and Joe went. Opening that would help us a lot” replied Carlson.

“Is there a lock for it” asked Millet. “Yes there is one but it has only one clue and that is Let your fear be the key” said Carlson. “It means fear is the key to open the door” said Millet while thinking about the keyword. “Zombie….” Murmured Simon while Carlson felt as if he heard something so he asked “Did you say something Simon”. “I might be wrong but I got a rough idea on what the keyword is. It might be zombie as it is the only thing that would bring fear” replied Simon. “Let’s try it out but first we got to make way to reach there” said Carlson while seeing out of the door. “Yeah we got to get out of here before we can reach the location and open the library” said Joe. Carlson said “Everyone carry at least two guns with you. We will now head toward the library”.
All picked up at least two guns and some bullets and got ready to head out while Carlson commanded opening the door “Let’s go”.
