After the bell rang I was back at my desk only to find out that all the books were already kept in my backpack.

Since young I was all alone, hence I did my work on my own and this was the first time someone kept them in my backpack for me.

As a child, I didn't want anyone to touch my belongings but this time it was really a different feeling, I was not able to refute this help and I held back, contrarily, I would have yelled at the person who was trying to help me and would have kicked him already.

I just simply asked, "Why did you pack my things up?"

She explained, "I was just helping you and didn't steal anything!! , I saw from the morning you are not learning what the teacher was teaching and there is only one class left before the dismissal so it's better to be ready."

I nodded and thanked her "Thanks for the help".

And the class passed simply like that and in the end it was dismissal and when the bell for the dismissal rang we simply made a queue and boarded our bus. Since we both boarded the bus together, we sat together with me being on the window side.

During the entire journey back to our home I was simply looking outside the window lost in my own realm, thus I didn't speak a single word while everyone was talking loudly with their comrades, even fairy was talking to her friend who was sitting behind us by turning around.

Finally, the bus stop arrived and I got off the bus with other children but then I was surprised to see my father and mother waiting for me in the car.

I was elated and even without turning back to greet other students I ran forward towards the car and get in.

I was thinking that this was my best day since I got to taste such a divine feast and now my parents were here to pick me up, so today I'll not have to eat my lunch alone.

Our car started and went away from the bus stop, towards my home and before other students can even notice that I was not along with them, I was gone.

The car stopped at my house' door and we went into the house. Today was my first day of school so even my parents were excited about my classes and my experience, I told them everything about my experience today from dropping off from the bus steps to 'Ian' helping me. The thing I left out was only that I ate food from a stranger and it tasted like a divine feast. This was to not make them worried, since very young, I always have very weak digestion and hence this might make them worried.

My mother believed that I haven't eaten anything during lunch and she apologized to me for not preparing lunch. I was very happy to know that she still loves me and cares about me.

We sat at the dining table and finished our lunch after that both of my parents went to their offices. I was again alone today. Even though they were here for a brief time, it was like a lifetime of happiness to me.

I went to my room and completed my homework that was still the same grade 2 work that was too easy for me. By the time I completed my work, it was already 5 pm and the sun was about to set, I glanced through my window to see the stunning nature and oranges of the sky.

Life in the sky was silent and still, just like my life but there's something uncommon between us that is love. In the sky, there were hordes of birds returning to their nests before the night arrives so that their loved ones or children aren't alone in the darkness but to me, this wasn't possible I'll still be in the dark for two hours more before my parents arrive. I'll still be alone and empty even after the moon rises.

Amidst my thoughts, the moon was high in the sky I was still viewing through my window, up high in the sky there hangs a white ball with a face of melancholy seeing straight in my eyes.

In a room full of darkness, like it's hell for humans where souls are trapped, they are crying for their revival and pleading the soul reaper to release them but no one hears their voice all they can feel is the coldness of void. A man sitting on a chair viewing through the window towards the white ball of melancholy in the hope to get the answers of some unknown questions.

"I, Alex, am waiting for your contact, have you forgotten me?"

The man sighed.

The man in tears, who is sitting in the void is me, the present me. Sofia, Ian is no more with me, I have survived without them for 9 years and my life is still moving. It's better to tell it's just moving in a straight and nothing else.
