《Dearest O'Malley》Chapter 6

It was an annual car show downtown in 2014 and Nathan was having tummy troubles. I had taken his young nephew, and his mom to be displayed in the show. Suddenly this girl with brunette hair around 5'6 walked up to me and took a picture of me. Nathan spotted her as she was walking along. I imagined these two together and it seemed right...whatever her name was. She was shy and tended to mind her business. Oh well then, I thought I'd never seen her again. Then, the jerk-wad next to me, revved his engine and just about set off a car fight with me because he was obnoxious. I didn't like obnoxious people.
In 2015, I saw that same girl again. It was at another car show at the park. Now I had seen something inside her that would make Nathan happy. This time, I took Joe and Nathan to the car show at the park. They got hot dogs for lunch while they sat down. She took a picture of cars she liked, including me. She might have not noticed that I had my picture once and now twice. I was still the same, but as soon as she moved on, I wouldn't see her again. There was a person that was busy being stupid by cleaning his car with polish at the beginning. I almost went full on Texas-ape crazy for taking my spot. It was an Oldsmobile owner and the idiot which was next to me, slipped and bashed the door in me. The guy fell back and hit my side door with no apology. But I was still going to kick that 4-4-2 car's prat and that's exactly what he deserved. So it started as shouting at me, then, that's when I starting biting him to defend myself and finally it all ended up in a fight. Biting, kicking, swearing, ramming, and beating. I weakened my opponent by biting him and making wounds hurt deeper until the fight was broken up. I was once again the winner and I was almost disqualified. The judges told Nathan and Joe if I wasn't under control, I'd get kicked out. Nathan threatened me if I didn't knock it off, I'd get castrated. What was wrong with this dumb town? It was a pain in the prat and none of them had a sense of manners, defending was bad and constantly full of jerk-maggots, brutes, dolts, and butt-heads. None of those had a sense of decency. The law was suppose to defend Americans that lived in New Mexico, but it was illegal to criticize the race of people. No one gave a care.

I didn't see that same brunette girl after 2015. Things turned on chaos because Randy went to the hospital and was having heart problems. He had trouble surviving it. He still couldn't stop smoking not even if it made him feel better. Randy couldn't stop the habit when he was in the hospital. The family had taken the van while I stayed home, dreading to deal with the crowd. It was like that a lot each time they visited Randy. Then later, I discovered Randy was put into insane care over at the hospital with a tube sand wire, all around him. Randy was there a week and a half of November 2016. I was depressed that I didn't feel like having visitors. It took me an hour to grieve and get started. It was a true fact that love is a powerful weapon when it comes to depression. I was beginning to pull through the depression without giving up. I realized, I was no longer sad and was full of energy in my schedule in my days of waking up early, getting breakfast, and dashing into town. When I heard Randy passed away, I was prepared for changes around the house. At least, he was out of his misery. He had been disabled for 15 years and got to be on SSI for a change. My cousin from down the street, came over to see how I was doing. He had heard the news. He and LaSalle had heard the news. I told him the good times I had with Randy like the time when Randy was there to comfort me when he and I were at car shows and knew what to say when I was nervous. My cousin opened up a beer he had brought over with him and drank it. He gave me his sympathy and belched. He had brought over a sympathy card to share his feelings. It was a nice card with a mountain view and the green meadow. I thanked him and told him about the one time, Randy and I had a gas contest and I grossed him out so bad, he fell off his chair. Jan had to open the windows because it smelled like 13 hundred rotten eggs. All those memories that I got to spend time with Randy were the best moments I ever had with Randy. If I had the powers to change time, I'd change Randy's health and when he wasn't a smoker, drinker, nor a drug abuser. I'd also change the bad stuff when Erik moved back in the house and when he sneaked his new wife inside when Randy didn't allow it. Things however, happen for a reason and they continue to happen to everyone.

Randy's slip in the paper was published in the newspaper from the Daily Times. He was cremated and put on the fireplace inside an urn along with a wreath. Fred however had to be greedy and he thought he would get something when he was a bad person to Randy. Nathan told Fred off by saying Fred wasn't his uncle anymore and didn't ever want to see or hear from him again. It was time for Fred to get lost and flap his crummy little wings. If he fell flat, then that was that. No one would give him mercy. It was the right thing to say to Fred because he was selfish and stressful man. I remembered him when I had my picture taken with him with my award presenting a "Mister Muffler" plate. It was way back in 2013 from a car show. Fred ruined the picture by not smiling and that day just threw itself out the window. I didn't ever wanted to see Fred ever again after he went back to Texas. Fred was soon dating a 23 year old girl that helped him so much and he didn't even appreciate it. He had been divorced shortly after that because of the same pattern Fred laid out. As for Randy's bichuary slip, it took weeks for it to hit the papers because everything was on chaos. I stayed under the carport again at Joe and Carol's house until further notice. Nathan was upset and was having a hard time coping with the loss. The one who was the most distraught was Jan. She had been working to the bone at "Just Us Kids" in Aztec 5 days a week.
By the time 2017 arrived, things started to be better. Nathan met a girl in the middle of March. I didn't see or meet her until Nathan took her to come see me up at Joe's house. Suddenly, I realized it was her! That Brunette I saw in 2014 and 2015. there was a random strangeness of silence swooping over me as the two got to sit inside of me. I could see that she was having flashbacks on where she had seen me. I learned her name was Natalie and she lived in Durango Colorado. I hoped she would be better than the other two girls that Nathan's been with. I kept my eyes on her just to protect Nathan of harm's way or manipulation. The two of them met in person after a few days of chatting online and it had happened that Natalie was just visiting in town and was at her mother's house. She had taken interest in Nathan's cars. As of April 2nd, Natalie realized she had been looking for a perfect match and Nathan was the one. I found a great success that Natalie already liked me and there was nothing bad about her that would alienate Nathan. I liked Natalie too and I would tighten the seat belt to hold her in as the three of us took a ride down the street...on purpose because I liked her spunk. Natalie vaped but it was a lot better than smoking cigarettes or drinking liquor. The first date was a great day. the more I got to be driven, the more I wanted to spend time with Natalie. Nathan was already opening up into old interests that he used to do before. He didn't used to watch movies by himself and now he does. Nathan didn't used to like driving me by himself much but that all changed. Natalie brought out the best of him. I was so proud.

The Last Journey
A slice of life litrpg story... or is it? It's burning slow, though. Moving on: War comes with a great cost. Lives and time wasted for most part. One could either be run with sword, be poisoned, be bowed, and sometimes meet their end with just a tiny speck of wood. With magic, it becomes even more colorful. From lightning, to worse poison, to hovering rocks, to weird bladed leaves, to whipping roots, and to a lot more odd things easily reasoned with magic. A wonderful creation. But once used to something more than wonder, more than tricks to gather laughs, it becomes worse. War becomes worse. For there is not only blood to be spilled. A particular town almost met the same end. Soldiers geared with swrords and bows came with mounts. Horses burning lush grasses as it cracked boulders and the soil alike with every step. The kind that only war ones could ever do. Even strange wheeled creations that oozed danger were towed, loaded with something meant to destroy. But not once had they acted upon what such devices should've done, nor what an an army is supposed to do. Siege never occurred, as much as a command to war. No. Magic existed so a simple little fire is all the worth the town has. No sword drawn, no arrows nocked, nothing. Just some mana spent and through the ash they march. That was how Nudius saw her end. It came not even as a surprise. She didn't have the moment to fully register what occurred before she found herself in an empty dark space. Life lost, time spent. All from a fire that had not even touched her. But she knew very well that it was magic. Something she wished to have and strived for to have. Yet it seemed that none of it would matter now. Nudius was well aware of what the color around meant, of the odd situation, of the unfeeling state of her being. It was death and that was it. She didn't have to worry or dream further. Although there wasn't what she truly wanted in what death to her is, but at least, Nudius was comforted to what she believed death is. Rest. But little did she know there's something more than that empty space. It wasn't only the promise of rest, but was also more than she could ever hope for. Another chance at life. Another chance to dream. ***Tags are there just in case. You never know! Umm... HI-MI-TSU. Story blurb+: This is slow burn, quite slice of life story about a girl learning magic. All the while as she fatten herself up. So yeah, progression fantasy. But there's Litrpg! Numbers! Magic! Spells! And of course! There's something more. But read on ahead, please. Oh yes. Plot! There is, too. Disclaimer: The cover isn't made by me. Just layered it with a text. I got it from a free website, if I correctly recall. I'll see to it. (Haven't worked on it.)
