On the other side of the open area, as soon Shin reached the area where Jigsaw was located. Jigsaw was standing still with buffs already within him while holding his puzzle designed Halberd.

Jigsaw looked at Shin calmly.

“Say, how come that you were be able to find a way to counterattack against me?”

“You said yourself, you’re my best friend. So as your so-called best friend. I have to know your habits especially your eye towards Philuffy.”

“Maaan… even here. I can see the big boss within you…”

“Then, go tell your big boss that he is next on my list.”

Shin prepared his battle pose as he raised his red claw with his Scrapblade behind him, back handed.

“Don’t get carried away, Specter!”

He form his mocking battle stance back then but with the halberd in his arm it was changed a bit. He raised held his halberd in the same length as his waist with his right arm then he raised his left arm.

The two quickly clashed their swords one another. As the fight is in stalemate, due to his intelligence stats he was able to cover the other stats.

The fight was very intense as they fly to the sky and clashes their swords. Every clash brings a huge force that can be seen by human eyes but their speed can’t be seen in a naked eye. And it was appearing like a fireworks display.

Jigsaw swipe his card to his Breakdriver.

BREAKER SKILL! PERFECT!

Power surges through his halberd as he slices through the air, producing slash-shaped energy blast.

Shin reinsert his cartridge as well as his reaction speeds up and easily dodges every projectiles and counters Jigsaw with a simple blow from his blunt blade but was easily blocked as well.

Jigsaw found Shin that he is now being serious from the fight but he felt dissatisfied from the sudden outcome earlier.

“Tell me… I know that girl will be dead from the Nightmare Corrosion but how come she was alive!?”

“…To be honest, I don’t really know myself but what I do know is that the Insulator cancelled that effect before she was take down while I was in berserk state.”

“That annoying negation skill…”

Jigsaw smirked and laughed a bit.

“Well, we can fight as long as we want but what about that elegant bitch?”

“You think I didn’t know about it? Do you wanna know how I finally recovered from the Poison Paralysis that fast?”

Jigsaw suddenly realized that he didn’t expect and suddenly remembered someone.

“Don’t tell me… That obsessed woman was here as well!?”

“That’s right, she even did manage to changed Specter’s appearance as well while making Anna’s Senbonzakura and this time around... I did say Anna will fight the Nightmare alone. You can say, she is my personal back-up if things won't be in favor for Anna and that is something, she doesn’t know yet. But I believe, Anna can beat that Nightmare.”

Jigsaw suddenly felt annoyed from every unexpected moments that he didnt expect.

“No… No! This isn’t what is supposed to happen! Now I have to erase everything.”

Jigsaw swiped his card to his Breakdriver and once again, power surges from the halberd and made a strong force to push Shin away from him all the way to the ground as Shin repositioned himself, quickly noticing Jigsaw charges towards him.

Shin quickly reinsert his cartridge and power surges through his scrapblade and as he timed Jigsaw’s strike. The two ended up clashed with their gathered powered weapons, which result of the explosion.

Meanwhile.

Anna started to dance. She sway her arms left and right then she spins around. The petals was produced more from the kimono and goes around her. Nightmare Mosquito instantly stabs Anna but it was easily deflected by the petals as it was tough as steel. Anna didn’t hesitate and she kept dancing. The Nightmare simultaneously stabs her but all of it just deflected by the petals. It tried to charge through the petals but as soon it got closer. It was sliced by the petals, and was forced to stayed back.

From its perspective. Anna’s petals floating around her was like her personal shield. The Nightmare noticed Philuffy lying to the nearby tree and was only away from her. It thinks that if it attacks Philuffy then Anna would be forced to stop dancing.

It quickly went towards Philuffy. Philuffy began to panic in fear for being defenseless but it only see the result didn’t change and Anna just kept dancing. The Nightmare just went to kill Philuffy until its wings were sliced to pieces and its enhanced speed is gone for good but its performance was still the same. The Nightmare noticed Philuffy was also surrounded by the petals.

Anna summoned two swords and it strikes the Nightmare. The Nightmare faces the swords but as their sword clashed. Anna has a follow up attack which is invisible. A one move, multiple slashes.The Nightmare Mosquito was annoyed as it activates its skill. He became a swarm of mosquitoes as it easily dodges the petals that were attacking them. Anna then pressed the cartridge.

BREAKERSKILL! ELEGANCE!

“Petal Mines.”

Petals started to explode simultaneously as it annihilates the swarms while Anna was being shielded by the petals as well. Leaving a hole infront of her but a small mosquito went through it.

The Nightmare grew to normal infront of Anna, which left her wide open. It successfully stabbed Anna from the stomach and this time. She felt a piercing injury from it’s needle.

“…J-just as I thought… you might… fell to my… gamble…”

Anna pressed the button then reinserts the cartridge.

FINAL BREAKER OVERDRIVE!

“I-I know… it’s stupid of me to use this kind of skill when I am near dead… but since I can’t move… I have to make you come to me…”

…!?!?

Anna trapped the Nightmare with her petals and forms a sphere through the air. It tried to become a swarm to escape from small gaps but instead, the swarms found no gaps and were easily killed which forced it to went back to its normal form. Anna resist the pain to dance a little bit further to activate the skill.

“Mangetsu!”

The petals started to glow as it forms to a full moon then Anna made a heavy swing of her arms downward vertical. Causing the moon cut in half along with the Nightmare. In order to survive, it used its skill one more time to become a swarm but the petals that was cut in half suddenly went slashing the swarms, ending the Nightmare’s life as the Breakdriver chant's its real name.

SUNDER MOON!

The Nightmare returns to a cartridge and Anna returned back to normal and fell down from the injury and the numbness of her body. Suddenly a woman wearing an business suit appeared and catches Anna.

“Still need more adjustment, huh? She did a good job despite of not being aware from the side effects of using this power…”

Dice was finally back on his feet but wasn’t fully recovered from his battle against Jigsaw. He went towards Anna with a smile.

“I'm starting to like this girl, she really packs a punch if she was able to defeat a Nightmare alone for the first time.”

The woman glares at Dice but he just made a poker face as he was already used to her.

“Your face alone really pisses me off. How about you just go back to those trees and stay dead?”

“Come on… can’t you cut me some slack? I am injured here after all.”

“You fail to protect these girls despite being so-called real man. Only Shin is the real man who was able to protect us, fragile women. Unlike someone who does nothing but solve everything through brute force. Such barbaric!”

“…Fragile… yeah…”

Dice was annoyed by her attitude until they both felt the heavy pressure of Battle Instinct coming from Shin’s fight.

Meanwhile.

The intense speed of their weapons clashing to each other. There were no signs of backing down from the two. They jumped away from each other as they activate their personal Breaker Skill. Jigsaw summons endless puzzle piece projectile as it went towards Shin. With Shin’s speed, he was able to outrun and defend some of the projectile. He felt damage from the projectiles as his INT was higher than his. Jigsaw enjoyed shooting Shin down as he was laughing at him.

“What’s wrong? You can’t get close? I know you a lot, Specter! Your weakness is range attacks.”

Shin was able to withstand its onslaught as he felt the Poison Paralysis is starting to act up again.

“Tch! Looks like I’m running out of time…”

Jigsaw activates his skill once again and shoots Shin down with his projectiles again but Shin knew he can’t keep the fight any longer.

“Your powers alone can’t beat my Puzzle powers!”

Shin just smirked while withstanding the weak effect of the Paralysis venom effect.

“Who said, I was fighting alone?”

Shin took out another cartridge in his pocket. It was Philuffy's cartridge with a button, The Aramasa. He pressed it and formed to the same blunt sword that Philuffy used. Shin switch the way he holds the Two-handed blunt swords to mid-air as he quickly activates his Special Breaker skill by reinserting the cartridge twice from his Breakdriver.

FINAL BREAKER OVERDRIVE: SHADE IMPULSE!

He catches both of them at the same time then the Scrapblade was being held under his red claw and the Aramasa was at his left arm being held backhanded. Under his skill, he can now deflect all of the incoming projectiles with his speed he possesses which shocked Jigsaw.

“Did he… deflect them all!?”

In Jigsaw’s eyes, Shin’s movement earlier was faster that won’t catch by the naked eye but he saw Shin was getting closer to him while his arms disappear from the speed of swinging his swords.

“S-stay away! I won’t die here! Not until my wish on putting that bitch to hell for killing my family!”

“Then I will grant your wish by sending YOU to hell instead and hope you can see them there!”

Shin was already close to Jigsaw’s scared face.

“Don’t ever… harm my beloved ever again!!!”

Shin swings his Scrapblade to end Jigsaw. As Jigsaw didn’t expect that he will die now as his time around him stops for a moment and closed his eyes with regret.

“…This can’t be… I… fail to save my… family, again.”

But that attack didn’t happen. It’s like Shin stopped attacking.

Jigsaw opened his eyes and saw the same black coated man, similar to Shin but his hair is half black and half white. He was wearing a mask with a wide smile and his eyes were red and blue. That masked man, just simply stopped the scrapblade while under the Special Breaker skill with his bare right hand. Shin’s eyes widen and felt the intense pressure of his Battle Instinct. It’s like a unstoppable monster just appeared out of nowhere.

“…Who… who the hell are you!?”

The masked man closed his eyes and looked away.

“I am… Philuffy’s personal grim reaper. It’s finally good to meet you… Status Breaker Specter…”

“Are you another person who wants to kill her too!? What exactly is wrong with you guys!? Fussing over a harmless girl?”

“Bit, let’s get this over with.”

Shin was now facing a new threat who was far more powerful than Jigsaw. With Philuffy out of the game. He wasn’t able to find out how strong the masked man was.

The Masked man just summon an unbelievable weapon or more like an inhuman weapon that no normal man can lift it. The appearance was almost similar to Shin’s Scrapblade but the sword’s length was unexpectedly long, it was seven-footed long and the handle was extended more enough to hold with two hands. He poses to his battle stance similar to a Te Ura Gasumi no Kamae katana stance.

Philuffy suddenly felt fear and began shouting. Dice and the woman came to calm her down but the sudden heavy pressure became even heavier which gave them goosebumps as they look at Shin facing another enemy with a very long heavy blade. With Shin’s stats returns to level 1 after using his Finisher skill. He felt he is cornered once again but he is ready to risk his life to face them alone with a limited time before his Poison Paralysis act once again.
