《Hearm Jan's Short Stories》The Mark

Cue—of our time, you are; but, mine
Words, you reveal, occur in my mind
I'm pervert—you obey my tease
By then, you've been looking for me
My not set heart; yet, you are bold
Jealous with others, I'll have you
Unsure, afraid, it's our secret
By then, we have secretly met
I've wondered—you know my weakness?
Why are you wearing eyeglasses?
Your hair—are you tired cutting it?
Your fragrance, I'll never forget
Our gifts, we have been holding hands
Those days, the choirs have been singing
We stroll in the park, sightseeing
In bench, clinging arms, we're chatting
Oh lovely, again on this year
You dance, for me, with my request
Your hands run on your face and breast
You sit—lean your back on my chest
Warm of your skin that I embrace
I taste your cheek, I'm wanting more
Your eyes gaze down, showing afraid
I let our lips communicate
How clingy are they, cuddling
as we have been doing the same
What could become on us, you ask
Heaven knows, hereafter, I say
You lie at my arms while you smile
As our hearts speak still each other
My mind thinks like a breadwinner
Prideful, don't care—others could say
Chatting as we recall our past
In tears, angry, and we both laugh
You ask me—my first love; you're not
But you're important than my crush
Under this blanket, you hug me
I'm tasting your neck once again
We extend—forget everything
with this spectacle of our lives
The wonderful plain that I see
My itching hand wants to portray
With this journey, I have a dream,
the adult—immature again
Talent isn't what I pursue
Gadgets are for pass time only
Fame, I haven't give important
But praising beauty is I am
We're in tears, could we agree?
Different principles won't joint

I have thought, you like, all of me
Now we think allover again
Annoying as you could have been;
yet, settled down if I embrace
You murmur yet can't get angry
Typically, I'm in patience
My new request that you obey
I'm portraying your nude body
With this tempting activity
results to this pervertedness
How deep your gaze could be, you say,
I have a dream, can you agree?
Awkward yet we're both speechless
Our heavy shoulders embrace
The day has came; that, we'll decide
How nudely you come and hug me
With this temptation, you success
So relaxing, hands link again
Let's cool off, I say, and we cry
Thanks for everything, you agree
We hug tightly marking our hearts,
embracing this last time, we cry
It's for the better, we chorus
We're still young, we chorus and smile
Maybe, not this time; but, later
Into this paragraph, we part

8 83Eliot Ness for Mayor
An everyman tests his mettle when a Voodoo god, in the guise of a kindly crackpot, thrusts him back in time and into a violent riot. Ironworker Frank O'Brien digs his life: great wife, tight family, and a job he loves, raising skyscrapers for a firm whose owner he respects. Smooth going until his boss, the owner's grandson, stirs racial and labor tensions. Soon, Frank's fighting the good fight, and standing tall seems to work. He even manages a few allies until a Voodoo god mucks up the works, knocking Frank back to 1966 and into the center of Cleveland's Hough riots to test his mettle. Needless to say, getting back to see his little girl's youth orchestra recital's gonna be a bitch. ELIOT NESS FOR MAYOR is a short novel of magical-realist fiction, a stand-alone book in the Shantytown Cycle. Written for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), I will be posting revisions as I complete them and should be done by early 2022, though I am making major changes so the timing may be longer. This book is cross-posted on two websites: Wattpad and Royal Road. Both are reputable, high-quality sites. Do not trust this book on other websites. They "scrape" material from reputable sites, posting the stolen material as an original to lure users in, but contain links that include malicious code.

A fantasy story set in a world after mankind has long passed. Their descendants inhabit the ruins of humanity, barely clinging to survival, plagued by monstrous beasts and blessed with strange powers. Note: Have not edited it at all yet. There will likely be pretty broad changes once I get around to actually reading what I've written.
