Note:
I’m really sorry about this but I am officially ending this fiction. It’s been a short one, but I really enjoyed writing this one down in my notepad. I am ending this for I work is stressing me out for a while and I cannot just upload this in the nick of time, I just can’t create it for I do not have enough spare time in my hands, again, sorry for ending this early. Also sorry for the rushed ending.
Rock on and enjoy!

“Fasten your seatbelts. We’ve arrived at Kingstown, expect media.”
Media huh, my first taste of fame in person. After hours of sitting around, daydreaming and talking to others we finally arrived. A bigger lab, which mean more tools to help speed up the process, another step up from our little lab, so we are in the main game.
The back door opened, revealing the huge crowd scattered around the plane. I never expected this much in such short time.
The general of the military at Kingstown greeted us.
“So this is the one that could stop all of this? Nice to meet you Saturn!”
“How do you know my name? We just met.”
“Don’t be silly, you are all around the media right now.”
“Oh right, that modified virus I made.”
“Just bring it to the lab, we need to make it stronger, faster than the Incandescent”
“Also don’t wander too far from us, the media might overwhelm you.”
I stick around the two generals. The media here is like the ocean, wander too far, you might get lost.
We went through the doors of the laboratory. So this is the main taskforce?
“Here we are, your new home. Your room is in sector C, room 23. Just take a walk to there.”

I walked to my room, I really had trouble finding it. This thing is just too big of a place. I finally found my room after a minute worth of walking. I opened the door…
This is just luxurious! Better than my apartment, finally I can rest for a moment. I took off my shoe and headed straight to bed. Just a little nap can’t hurt.

Moments later
That was a really good nap, a first at work. I remembered that they need my modified virus. I walked to the lab, like earlier I had a hard time locating it. I asked people who worked there and finally I located it, the laboratory.
I saw the general, I walked to him and gave him the virus.
“To the victor goes the spoils, your virus is magnificent.”
“What did you say? I haven’t done anything yet.”
“Your virus had saved lives already. Your first batch actually worked!”
“What?”
Did the general said the truth, worked? My first batch worked?
“The media’s here as well”

I been hailed as a hero of this generation, one of the most influential person of this millennium. To think my journey started in a virus development site.
Thanks for a roller coaster ride on this site,
Life just catch up to me sometimes,
I can't just have fun.

Spell Bound
“It wouldn’t be a lie to say that many of us want to change our lives for one reason or another. Power, money, lust, love, acceptance… loneliness. Empty endless screaming loneliness; that was my reason. Loneliness that just didn’t go away no matter what I did or how hard I tried. Maybe some of you can imagine how I felt, perhaps even felt it yourself or still do. It is a terrible feeling isn’t it? It can be maddening beyond belief. I remember sitting on the floor in the corner of my room staring at the endless white walls hating myself. The loneliness had gotten so bad I would just sit there and cry. I felt so alone, so isolated, so inadequate. Would you run away from it all if this was your life? Would you try to change things? What my dear reader would you do? This is the story of how I ran, how I lived, how I tried to change things and how I finally died. Dear reader this book is the story of my life and those around me. The knowledge I’ve gained, the wisdom I have acquired, my triumphs, my failures, those I loved and those I hated. This book is all that I am and hoped to be. It is yours now, may it serve you well and guide you to a happier future than mine.” Excerpt taken from the journal of Kaden Vos also known as, “The Butcher of Rakan” -- I have been a long time reader and have always wanted to create something myself. I hope you all find this world I am creating fun and enjoyable. As I am new to this, any advice or feedback you have will be greatly appreciated and I will do my best to improve. My goal is a chapter a week, but sometimes it can be a bit tough with work and taking care of the family. Thank you all for reading. -- PS: I take no credit for the new cover, you are an amazing artist whoever you are. I am only using it for a temp cover till I can make something myself.
