《My Enemy Saviour》Chapter 3: The disappearance (3)

Trying different ways to get rid of the annoying robotic voice in my head about 20 minutes already had passed. Whether I distracted myself by surfing the social media, eating my midnight snacks, trying to go to sleep with the voice ringing in my head, chatting with my pretty neighbour from the balcony who is the night owl like me or doing any other thing won't make the flashy screen disappear from my eyes.
Ms. Soo's balcony is conveniently close to mine, it's not in front of my balcony blocking my view but is on the right side of mine. I actually was all dressed up, a white turtle neck sweater and casual body fit pants finishing the look with my black trench coat, brushed my hairs neat just to talk to my pretty neighbour even though it's just a conversation with her from the balcony. I really was embarrassed when she said
-"Why you're all dressed up at home?"
I obviously had to casually reply without showing my embarrassment
-"It's so cold out there besides-" gesturing with my hands from up to down while showing my outfit "this is my home look"
She seemed impressed. A smirk left my lips. But the delightful memories of me and my neighbour were broken by the beep sound.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
It was blinking and flashing constantly, hurting my eyes.
I really think I'm hallucinating. But I didn't even drink!
Just when I was about to jump over to my bouncy soft bed, an alarm rings with a red screen and a timer flashing on my face and the next moment I blinked my eyes, they saw something unbelievable.
THUD!
I fell on my knees and found myself at the entrance of the café. The xxx café, the same one that the quest informed about.
I got back on my feet dusted my clothes hard and sighed heavily.
How did I get here? Did the system do it? Cause I most definitely remember I never got out of the house and was about to jump on my bed. Well, at least I didn't land in my pajamas here.

I glared at the blinking screen as I thought in bewilderment. I shook my head hard to snap myself out of the complicated thoughts
Ah well, whatever let's go home.
I stretched my arms straight in the air. I'm Sleepy. My hands reached my pocket to take out my phone as I wanted to keep track of time so I can get back home and get to bed as soon as possible. But all I found was all my pockets were empty.
Oh yes while the system dragged me here, my phone and wallet both are at home, cause as far as I remember I didn't carry it while I was talking with Ms. Soo.
"This is Bullshit! Hey system, brings me back my phone okay, if you can drag my clothes with me why not my necessary things too huh?" I groaned while curling my fingers into a tight fist and held it against the screen ready to make a hole in it.
Hearing me yell and scream like a mad man people around me were giving me the glare as if I'm some weird person talking to myself. Then it came to my notice that the annoying screen was only visible to me and no one else. I fixed my stance to look normal as I was so close to being thrown out in a mental hospital judging by the glares of people around me.
I decided to go back home as soon as I could. I slowly began walking towards my home and took a turn in the alleyway as it was the shortcut also if I were to be caught in an argument with the noisy system on my way people won't be there to witness it as this area is pretty quiet at night.
Suddenly an electric current run down through my spine causing immense pain in my entire body.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
I fell down with a thud sound as if I had no strength left in my legs. I staggered as I struggled to get myself back up on my feet, but to no avail. I yelled at the top of my voice while realizing why this is happening to me

"Stop it! Stop it! Stop it! What do you want from me huh? Why are you doing this to me you pitiful system ARGHH!- If you want to protect her then do it yourself, YOU COWARD!"
The pain slowly began to rest me loose before I glared at the screen again. I immediately made a run for it but after running a few meters away my legs were paralyzed again this time no pain but my ability to move around was taken away. I now realized that the system was extremely capable of taking my life away as well. Just when I was going to part my lips to agree for the quest, the system gave the sensation of my legs back to me and ringed an alarm.

I saw my hands disappearing in thin air while I was still seated on the ground. I thought I was going to die. Even the mere thought of dying made me scared enough to send shivers down my spine. I closed my eyes wishing for my survival in the situation cause I knew the place where the system was teleporting me to, could very well be the place of my death. As soon as I opened my eyes I felt my head spinning like crazy, also felt a strong urge to throw up.
When I was back to my senses I proceeded to where the system guided me. It was one of the only room which was locked.
"It's locked" I muttered.
I search the area for something useful so that I can break-in, but couldn't find anything useful.
I saw something while coming up on my way here. The image of a bunch of big holes in the ceilings of each floor came to my mind.
I rushed downstairs to find the room right beneath the one the system wanted me to enter.
Yes, there it is in the right spot. Now, I only need to enter the room through that big hole. It's big enough for me to fit in. Good-
Hope they're not a bunch of gangsters, if I'm outnumbered I'm a goner. The location change is bothering me already, might as well have increased the number of people I have to face. It could be anything, be ready Tae-Hyung you've made it this far, you have to survive.
I located an extendable metal ladder lying in the corridor I carried it and placed it to the right place and made sure it's fixed in the position properly. I climbed all the way up, clenching the edges of the ladder tight as I reached its end. Clutching the edges of the broken ceiling I managed to enter the room, trying to not make any kind of sound as I sneaked in. There I saw a half-made wall of bricks. I thought it would be a perfect cover, people won't spot me easily. I tried to take a quick peek of what's across the brick walls, still hiding behind the bricks. I was astonished to see a known face. It was our new professor Mr. Han who is also a scientist, was hired for a few days to fill in while Mr. Bang is back. But I was bothered more when my vision shifted to the left of Mr. Han. There was a huge tank filled with water with a bunch of connecting wires with strange flat metal heads stuck into different parts of a human body. The actual thing that bothered me was not the tank but the human inside the tank

My fiance is an alien
Please note that this is a Redux of the Original two novels, with better writing and artwork, I hope you all like it! After finding a girl surrounded and harassed hoodlums on his way home from work jack did what any man should do, and beat the shit out of them. But how was he supposed to know that a random act of kindness would lead to a misunderstanding that would get him engaged to the girl? Oh, and there is the fact that she is an alien. The question now is will he be able to survive his soon to be in-laws, and the rest of the galaxy he never knew existed? Author's note: this is going to be my take on the standard ecchi harem like To Love Ru, except there will be more action, and the male main wont be a pussy who doesn't know it when the girls are coming on to him. So expect the Main to be a man who can stand up for himself and those he loves, also sex, probably lots and lots of sex.

Up In Space
New chapter every other day Iain Compton never planned to be abducted by an alien spaceship. It just… happened. And now he’s been awakened 22,000 years in the future and half a galaxy away by a pair of oddly human seeming beak nosed aliens and a space ship A.I. that seems to have more than a few screws loose. Oh, and then there's this gorgeous alien woman who he probably shouldn’t trust at all. His plan is to find a way home to Earth, even if its unlikely to be remotely the same; to find a better class of companions among an often strange and inexplicable galactic community, at least one who won’t use him or sell him out at the first opportunity; and to do something about the parasites in his brain who are supposed to connect him to a library the size of the galaxy, but seem to only be telling him that almost everyone and everything he comes across wants to kill him. But at least he can still send tweets.
