《Blockage of Writing》The Fallen's Grace

The hellish demons and holy angels continue to wage war against one another. The demons and a good start attacking the angels when they were at their weakest, but once again, the demons prove they are plagued with idiocy. Attacking humanity and enslaving them was their biggest mistake. When humanity has no hope, they will turn to a more… holy source for protection. Humans are a catalyst. They are the key to who wins and losses a war. If they are enslaved, the angels will win, if they are left alone, the demons will win. Humans are used by all sides, but they hold the true power of winning any war. We Fallen Angels have realized this, and plan on making the humans our allies as they are our strength. Humans believing in holy divinity or humans who have no faith, they give us strength. This is why we are the strongest of the three powers. The only reason we have yet to win, is the fact that our previous foolish leaders wanted to engage in wars when we should’ve have waited. We enter a war having to fend off enemies on two fronts, crippling our military strength. But now we have leaders that understand how to win. Strategy and tactics win wars, not brute strength, for if you have only brawn but no intelligence then you’re just a hindrance. Our new leaders have learned from our previous failures. We have stayed hidden in the shadows, entering our forces in this war, but we meddle in it. When the demons were winning, we jumped on this perfect opportunity to bolster our strength and numbers. We would lure away angels from heaven and make them fall with promises full of honey. Yet these promises will be fulfilled. Our forces now outnumber both demons and angels combined. Now that the angels have regained power from the humans, we’ve ceased our meddling, not to risk being found out. This was will end in our victory. Once the angels or demons win, while they still believe that they have truly won, we will launch an attack on Heaven or Hell, outnumbering their forces. We hope for surrender, but they will never give up Heaven or Hell. So we will take both. We will mingle amongst humans, but we will not enslave them nor protect them, only mingle and experience our deep desires together. It is not a sin nor should it be punished. Desires are animalistic; we are all animals so we should embrace our desires. Once the angels and demons finish their war, we will strike viciously. The demons will never suspect us attacking, they never think much about us, but the angels know something is wrong. We are their natural enemy after all. One of their archangels; Lucifer was the first of our kind. We all strive to belong in Heaven but the angels do not want us in Heaven because of our “sins”. If they win, they will immediately bolster their defenses at the Pearl gate, so we have to strike as they are winning the war, ambush them. If they win of course. Our time has finally dawned, we will win this war and prove we are the better race. For we are the Fallen Angels and nothing will stand I our way.

Synergy
Dear Inspector, Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from being a Player. Hey! Laugh all you want, but I had to try. With no rules down here, who's to say that I can't resign? Anyway, my reasons are simple: I'm neither a gamer nor a hero. You got the wrong person for the job. Sure, the pay is decent and I could pretty much live like a king if, you know, I wasn't so busy trying to survive. I have major concerns about the demonic dagger bound to my soul too. Come to think of it, I've never asked to be transported to this fantasy land either and would like you to return me home, thank you very much. I don't want supernatural powers, I don't want to complete quests after quests, and I don't want to be your test subject anymore. What? I'm not whining, you're whining. Stop making excuses and let me leave already. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you'll find a better replacement after I'm gone for good. Sincerely,Randel, the Mad Painter What to expect from Synergy: --> Some GameLit elements are presented subversively. If you want the protagonist to “play the game” properly, this might not be the story for you.--> No filler chapters; the story's structure is already plotted out. It's going to have six story arcs.--> Character development happens slowly, over many chapters. Don't expect a perfect protagonist right off the bat.--> Some romance, but it will never be the main focus.--> Humor and dark elements in equal measure, but not to the extent that I’d label this story as “Comedy” or “Grimdark”. ... and lots and lots of Author's Notes. See you on the other side of the portal!

The Artificer
It isn't every day that you are told that you don't belong in your own world. It isn't every day you learn that your parents weren't even born on this "plane of existence". It isn't every day that you are repatriated to a completely different world. Yet for Erik, that was exactly what happened, and exactly how he found himself in a different world with no way home. Forced to adapt to a rather unique situation he finds himself enjoying the challenge, both physically and mentally and the novel ideas and new technologies he introduces to the locals quickly cement his reputation within the community. After all, those ideas and inventions might be some of the only things standing between life and death...

A Portal Fantasy Comedy Poem
Mix an adolescent shepherd boy in love with a girl who wants to meet existentialists, a Viscount in need of an adventure, and a bland psychic. Add in a flippant god. Put them in a land made up of the after-lives of various different cultures. Stir gently. Sprinkle in some random Midgard Serpent, Genghis Khan, Scheherazade, and a cussing mocking bird. Fry lightly. Season to taste and serve with desired garnishes. Bon apetit! A comic fantasy poetic epic, filled with misfits, slapstick routines, light romance, people shouting out the names of their battle skills before using them, old philosopher dudes running around naked, a very serious lamb, demonic knitting, battery operated magic swords and even more traumatising stuff! I experimented with different styles in the beginning and finally settled on an ABABBCBC rhyme scheme (Give me your 0.5s. Gimme, gimme, gimme. I'm collecting them, seriously)
