CHAPTER 5: LOOKING BACK

Several days passed, Neil, Lily White, Faye and Leah are walking to the long road, following Eliah who serves as their guide, they are on a trip to the location of Pristine river clan desolated palace, to discover their mother Eliah's past, they crossed the ruin stair case covered in snow and look to the two old pillars with an insignia of the Pristineriver Clan was hanging still, the shape of insignia is a full bloom lotus in a lily pad.

At the back of the group, numerous rank F level threat Voids are lying dead in form of mutated wolf and wild beast, they were killed by the five, leaded by Eliah herself, gathering their energy essence to increase their power levels, Neil already break through to the Newbie-Class Battle Sage level, he also studying the knowledge he accumulated from his Null realm to guide him in absorbing the essence energy and refine it into his.

Faye is very closed to breakthrough to the level of Intermediate-Class Battle Sage, but the power to reach Leah's level is still far from her grasp, for Eliah, she need more energy power to breakthrough to the General Battle Sage level, for Lily White, she is about to breakthrough to the Newbie-Class Battle Sage, it requires more energy power accumulation to reach the such realm.

Their eyes shifted to everywhere, ruins of once living small community is covered now in snow, for years it was long a grave that Eliah expected, but now, Eliah once more give a visit here and to pay respect to her fallen clan, a noble purpose for one last time.

They saw the fallen palace, the lively colors of this castle in the past mind of Eliah is now rotten and crumbling in her eyes in the present, Faye touches her mother's left arm to comfort her as Eliah felt her eldest daughter warmth.

Even the clan is small, the buildings and houses that build here are numerous, too bad, all of it are now desolated by the winds of changes, they venture the buildings and streets of the said ruin community, as they give a proper respect for the people who fall during the Void Giant attack, nothing seems important here when Lily White detect a presence of Magic seal to the palace mansion of the Pristineriver clan in their front.

“I can feel its presence, its weakening, hurry! Madame Eliah, its your clan legacy, left buried underneath within this mansion” Lily White said with urgent tone, she use her energy power to lift the heavy ruins of the mansion that piled up and blocking their path.

“I can’t believe it, they have their legacy here? When I was a young girl till I reach the age of Leah, they never mention about it to me, even though I’m the direct descendant of the family” Eliah said in surprised expression, she didn’t expect that her clan hiding such important treasure, she thought all of the treasures and important things was already burn to crisp by the monster and after years pass, it was being looted by the people who passed by here after the incident.

“To sense the presence of magic, one must reach the General Battle Sage to locate the magic energy residue that mix with the nature force, but lady Lily White already figure it out! Amazing!” Leah praised with deep astonishment and admiration for Lily White.

“Its nothing much, power levels is not important, experience is the best teacher, miss Leah” Lily White replied with calm tone as she finish removing the obstacles and revealed a sealed metal trap door with numerous unlocked seal chains and one orb lock mechanism.

“By my own insights in many various events in my past, that orb lock on the legacy treasury based on my predictions, needs an essence of the family members” Neil cuts in as he remember in various games about lock doors that require something codes, evidences or presence to be unlock. “Just a wild guess, Mrs. Iceberg, if you may please press your hand in the lock orb”

Eliah nods in agreement of Neil’s suggestion as she put her right hand to the orb and the insignia of Pristineriver family glows within the orb, recognizing Eliah's deep attachment root to the clan, the metallic trap door open and everyone was flabbergasted on the development, Neil’s prediction is really right.

“I stay here with Milady, go on, claim your clans final gift and good luck!” Neil's message as he and Lily White guard the trapdoor.

“We will never forget your huge contributions, once again, you have my heartfelt thanks” Eliah's voice with sincerity echoed to the two's ears as she give her outmost thanks, her two daughters follow her as they made their last gaze to the two above the stairs they crossed.

“Since they are gone, wanna have some hot chocolate drink, master?” Lily White revealed her soft side to Neil as she summon two chairs, one small, tables, a kettle with hot chocolate inside and two mugs, these things are brought by Neil and hid it to Lily White's Pagoda of Ancient Ice Divinity space and preserved well.

“Once a lady made a request, how would I dare to decline such offer, although I don’t want to be a simp” Neil replied with a cheerful smile as he sit on the chair and Lily White pour the hot chocolate to Neil's mug and hers too, she then sit and face her gentle master.

“Once I reach the level of Fighter Battle Sage, I will sacrifice my five hundred power level to “Null Ascension - Creation Pact” to summon Tsukiyume Kurumi, that loli shadow ninja is one kind hell of an assassin, we need a swift intel gatherer without being detected” Neil begin his conversation with Lily White as his sharp eyes meet the lovely winter night eyes of her first servant.

“That means you will demote back to High-Class Battle Sage master,,,” Lily White said with a caring expression, base take sip of her mug and felt the sweetness of the chocolate drink.

“Yes milady, some people needs to sacrifice a few to gain big, its only a matter of time, that’s why, when the spring has begun, I will made a few preparations to join a school or institute, to access knowledge” Neil replied with a serious tone, as he take a sip of hot chocolate drink. “Teach big sister Faye in secrecy and don’t let yourself spotted by anyone else”

“As you command master, I will take it to heart as per order” Lily White answered with an obedient tone.

“I want to stay low profile and will not participate in any special events of the school I committed to join” Neil added as he focus on planning that running to his mind. “I will just venture the dangers with you in some dungeons or runic caves and earn more nice stuff rather than making enemies at school”

“As you wish master, I will always follow” Lily White respond with a charming smile, she will do anything for Neil as long as it possible to reach because she is indebted to him on bringing her back to life and given a second chance to live.

It was a locked vault, surrounded by runic statues that guards the vault from intruders, but due to years have passed and no longer conducting enough energy to operate, these statues are no longer functioning like it used before, only the forbiddance of the vault is remaining functioning, they pass these dusty and old runic statues and proceed into the vault, Eliah saw another lock orb and she know what to do, she put her hand on it and the same back at the trap door happen as the vault opens.

It was truly a treasury to be called, countless gold coins, numerous gemstone, several runic weapons of low tier up to mid tier, few are high tiers, they are piled up everywhere, Eliah and her daughters shock to extent that they never expected that their mother’s clan hold such treasury, they continue to survey the whole vault and at the end of the vault, another lock orb forbiddance.

“How many years it has been, to hide such thing from me, this is truly wasted if not for lady Lily White's powerful magic detection” Eliah told to herself in quiet grief, as she proceed to the lock orb at the end of the vault.

The three continue to approach the lock orb, Eliah takes a deep breath and press her hand on the lock orb, as the insignia of her family crest appears once again and detected her legitimacy as one direct descendant, the forbiddance removed and the special lock doors reveal and open, inside it, numerous powerful tome, scroll, books, are pile in every side of a small room.

In the middle of the small room, a fountain of clear water with rich and pure energy power is placed, there are numerous colorful Lotus Lilies floating with a strong essence that make the three women's body react to it as if these Lotus lilies are calling for them, as if these rainbow colored Lotus is connected to them, to their clan's blood line.

“Stay here, I’ll take a look” Eliah ordered as she approached the mysterious fountain.

“Mother, be careful,,,” Faye said in concern tone as her eyes remain vigilant.

“I’ll check the books here, there might be useful information about this fountain” Leah said as she move to the side and check the every books with speed as she flipped from one page to another.

As Eliah approach the fountain, her energy power becomes to surging abrnormaly, she already confirm its connection to her family blood line when she dip her hands to the water and her skin absorb it like a vacuum for a short moment, Eliah felt some powerful energy power are overflowing to her consciousness, she felt her energy power extremely grows.

“A fountain of elixir, a centuries of nurturing runic water, exclusive only to direct descendants of the Pristine River Clan, this water contains the rich essence of an ancient Divine water and primordial Rainbow Lotus that the ancestors of the clan carefully nurtured through the years with great caution and well refining, this fountain's name is “Fountain of Pristine Legacy”!”

Leah speak those words loud enough to hear by Eliah and Faye, she then flipped the next page of the book and her eyes suddenly shrunk into dot in deep bewilderment and indescribable shock, her hands are trembling as she lower the book and look to Eliah then to Faye.

“We must soaked to that water and condense its energy to elevate our power, the Lotus lilies is called “Key Of River”, we consume it by eating it raw, first consume will make us to unlock our hidden potential and the next consume will enhance our unique potential, Mother, truly your clan hid the most precious treasure, with deep security through ages”

Leah excitedly drop the book and removing her clothing very fast, Eliah and Faye did the same too as they revealed their whole nude glory that is bewitching to see, if there is a man present to witness their firm and delicate body stature, it will drive that man go crazy and have a taste of their otherworldly sexiness, the three entered the fountain pool and they felt the water entering their skin.

Faye and Leah pluck too, and they took a small bite, as they feel the same sweetness of this petals, inside the fountain, there is ten “Key of River” Lotuses floating from lilies, the mother and daughter trio decided that their mother will have the four rainbow lotus and Faye and Leah will have each other three, few moments later, the three unlocked their potential and feel the boost of it down to their veins.

Eliah name her unlock ability “Healing Pristine”, she learn her water ability can heal any wounds instantaneously fast and removes any poison and curses that has a probability power lower than her Energy Power, Leah name her unlocked ability “Cloaking Waters”, as long as she dip her whole body in different kinds of water, she become one of it, invisible and unable to detect unless she attacks.

For Faye, her eyes developed a rainbow colored Iris upon her activation of her hidden ability, when she stared at Leah, Leah's energy power flow suppressed as if it was freezing inside, Faye immediately deactivated her scary ability and let Eliah heal her daughter Leah with “Healing Pristine”, Leah was shocked in her sister's freezing gaze unique ability, so Faye name her ability as “Cursed Eyes”.

The three remain soaked for an hour until the fountain are fully emptied as the water automatically turn into essence energy and being absorb by the direct descendants of Pristineriver Clan, Eliah finally breakthrough to General Battle Sage Rank with 5475 total energy power, Faye breakthrough to Intermediate-Class Battle with 297 energy Power Level, for Leah she have 367 power Level, few steps to the High-Class Battle Sage.

Since Eliah has the very pure blood of Pristineriver, she almost accumulated the half portion of the essence energy waters inside the pool, the three arise from the empty fountain pool as they felt not only their power rose, but their bodies has a very big improvements, much more younger looking, more slender and proportionate, the suppleness was quiet firmer than before, their complexion even grew beautiful and lovelier.

If Mark was with them all along, he will surely gulp an amount of saliva in witnessing her lovely wife and precious daughter body proportion that can drive any men go wildly, the three wiped their bodies with a clean towel that they brought along in this journey, and they starting to wear their under garments to cover their exposed rift and well develop and plump twin peaks.

After that, they wear their winter dresses and suits, Eliah then reveal her special space rings that she hid long time ago, she then distributed the other two to Faye and Leah, these rings are the only things that stay with Eliah upon Mark found her lying unconsciously on the ground and rescued her.

Using one of her rings, Eliah put every important books, tomes, scrolls and documents about her clan's information within it, this is one of the most precious left behind treasure of her wiped out clan, the three made their way to the treasury, as they used all their rings to collect all these precious treasures that their ancestor left before they died, this treasure is enough to elevate Iceberg family status and start a new great way of life.

Upon finishing collecting all the treasures, the ladies give their prayers, thanks and guide to the fallen souls of Pristine River Clan, Eliah can’t help to be emotional as Leah comforts her mother, waving their last goodbyes as Eliah locked the vault via orb lock, closing this empty vault and they leave as they went to the narrow corridor, few minutes of walking, they reach the marble stairs and Eliah made her one last gaze to the dark alley of the corridor.

“Father, mother, uncle George, uncle Ace, aunt May, miss Erina, Kendrick and everyone, goodbye and thank you for being with me till you give all your last breath, Thank you!” Eliah spoke her last words and followed her daughters going upstairs.

Upon the three arrive at the trap door and made it to the surface, their eyes was truly shocked once again, in their front perspective views, a countless bodies of Rank F and E Voids are laying dead and start to melt and decomposed fast, they saw Neil standing at the top of the pile of dead bodies of Voids, pants and shirt are damaged and ripped, his body is full of wounds and as he hold his low tier runic spear and stare to the falling snow of wide skies.

“Young one!”

“Lil' Neil!”

“Neil!”

Both the three rush very fast to the side of Neil, Neil is not responding at all, he stood there like a statue without moving even an inch, the blood reeks from his mouth continue to flow, he looks like he is bathing on his own blood, Eliah use her water element magic to heal Neil, applying her unique ability “Healing Pristine” to closed all open and exposed wounds around Neil’s body.

“Where is great teacher?” Faye ask Neil as she faced the bloodbathed Neil. “Lil' Neil,,, oh my god! Lil' Neil!”

Faye eyes widen in shock as she witness Neil’s lifeless eyes, Leah took a glance too as they saw that Neil lost his consciousness while standing, Eliah then heal Neil's head to reduce the battle trauma that the young man gone through after Eliah successfully heal and closed all his wounds, after healing his consciousness, Neil regain his consciousness as he dropped his spear and suddenly faint.

“Milady,,, I’m sorry…” his last words before he falls into darkness and saw blurred imaged of three person in front of him.

Neil's body fall as Eliah catches him, the last words that Neil muttered gives Faye a shivering of terror, something really bad happen to her teacher that made Neil begging for forgiveness, Eliah carried Neil in her arms, the three travel through the numerous pile of dead voids of Rank F Level threat few slain Rank E too, the three was quiet amazed by fighting such huge swarm of Voids, they manage to hold for long.

But the fate of Lily White is been judged, Faye is quiet the tensed mood as she hopes that her master was still alive, hoping that somehow she manage through even if she lost, for a Newbie-Class Battle Sage already level power master, Lily White show already a monstrosity power back at the Void Giant incident several days ago, where she solely display a quiet terrifying power that even the Millennium Crystal Palace ladies can’t comprehend.

Leah calming Faye as the three surveyed the battlefield, numerous Voids died encaging in deep blue ices, or being pierced by deep blue colored Icicles to their body in a brutal fashion, some are died being a frozen statues, others are being dismantled into pieces by such powerful blast as their blood spilled everywhere, this show how powerful Lily White when she engaged in outnumbered situation.

Little the mother and daughter trio don’t know, Lily White was retired back to Neil’s Null Realm, resting and healing from her first death in battle, Neil soul suddenly enter the Null Realm and meet with Lily White, in there, no one knows how to enter that realm, only Neil and his servants bound to him are the only one who can access there.

“Milady! Are you fine? Is everything OK?” Neil ask in hurriedly tone as he approach the recovering Lily White.

“Oh master, no need to be nervous, its just my first death, I only need rest till I’m ready to be summon, thank you for such concern for me” Lily White replied, Neil finally rest assured upon hearing her lovely voice.

“Oh great, welp, never expected those creeps attacking us in every direction, luckily I manage to hold on, thank you for your best effort, milady” Neil said bitterly and thanked Lily White.

“I’m deeply sorry for my incompetence, even I mustered to serve master to best of my abilities, my death is insignificant if I let you be killed by these” Lily White replied with apologetic tone, although she perform well to defend Neil, there is too much of them of to handle by the two alone and their power levels are still not enough to hold for long.

But somehow by miracle, Neil pushes himself again to surpass his limit to battle the Void’s wave by wave swarm attack, but it results to his battle coma after he survived the slaughter and stood remain victorious on the pile of Void's corpses.

Back to the real world, Neil is being taking care of Faye and Leah at the back seat of rented snow cart pulled by four snow deer and driven by their Mother Eliah, Neil is breathing now steadily as he starting to recover, Faye sigh with a relief breath when she saw such innocence and defenseless expression of Neil, this young man makes Faye heartbeat to throb faster than it should.

“Elder sister, please refrain from such dirty expression you make as if you want to devour Little Neil” Leah interrupted with a disgust expression to her elder sister.

“Oh, opps, my bad, my bad, sorry for such unsightly appearance that I make” Faye apologize as she scratches her head.

“So cute! I want him to cuddle so much! Oh! Stop it Faye, focus! You need to stop your urging desire, you must protect him!” Faye's battling thought as she monitored the condition of sleeping Neil.

They travelled for an hour, as they passed again to the rebuilding Smoke Bone Village, there are huge group of construction workers diligently do their jobs despite the cold winter blows, their arrival caught the attention of the whole group, and being captivated by their bewitching beauty and grace, all eyes of these men scan the whole body firmament from being covered by their snow dress and suit.

Returning now to the settlement, everyone surprise in the sudden big change of the mother and daughter trio, they look younger and lovelier, their fellow villager can't even compare their old looks to their new and grandeur complexion, Eliah's complexion is very breath taking, her matured looks and mother like complexion reverted back to her younger past prime, while her body becomes more curvaceous and sexy to the point that she never entered maternal period of life at all, except for her huge twin peaks that are rather too big for such body size she have, giving an otherworldly allure and charm.
