CHAPTER 4: NULL ASCENCION – CREATION PACT

The huge predator are coming towards the huge group of evacuees, everyone is scared and panicking, the living disaster is coming for them, and they thinking that they will be its food for a midnight snack, it moving faster as its mini tentacles form and grab the weak and no longer resisting Ana, showing it to their juniors as a trophy of triumph and toy that the monster can mess with.

“Shit! Its coming!” Neil abruptly said as he stare to the floating giant while doing indecent things to the two ladies on its grasp.

Light beams are forming in some other of its tentacles and point it on the evacuees direction, its eyes are now releasing a numerous lightning sparks that will charged to the skies and hit randomly the escaping villagers, Eliah is trembling, she knew that even she fight, her power was not enough to damaged the monster, she blame herself for being weak and helpless.

She is about to stand when she was grabbed by Mark and hugged tightly, she was stopped for a moment as she feel the tears of Mark falling to her neck and shoulder, Eliah become more sorrowful for this moment, but she need to act before everything’s turn into messy massacre, but suddenly, the couple saw Neil coming towards to the direction of the abomination.

“I don’t care anymore, if its become my death bed or last stand, then fuck it! I don’t know who the hell are you messing with my life to arrange a place like this!” Neil quiet pissed tone as he move forward closer to the behemoth. “If I gonna die here, I’ll make it in cool fashion.

His will, his reason, his purpose, everything he holds, Neil is ready to pour it all, within his energy core, deep in his soul, a very strange energy essence was released and exploding abnormally, the strange array of power are flowing very fast to every layer of his body, until it burst out of his body and fall into the snowy road, that energy shines and become a runic letters and magic symbols.

From the healing Mari, the group of Liza, to Eliah and her two daughters, to Mark and the evacuees, they saw Neils body bath in magic sparks as the numerous runic runes sprouts out of nowhere behind him, they feel a powerful presence around him, as for Neil, he feel the time was stopped and everything turn grey.

He saw his past, his hobbies and routine during his neet days, his friends and family, his colorful and downfall days, he remember it, he smile once again as he saw his past self standing in front of him, black spiky hair, clear brown eyes with spectacles, normal face and body stature, wearing an anime shirt and black pants and rubber shoes.

“Null Ascension – Creation Pact” Neil reads and mutters when the floor shines suddenly upon hearing Neil’s words.

When the light come in contact with Neil, Neil discover how to use this floor, his eyes suddenly grew wide in amazement, he can’t believe it at all, this floor of this shrine temple is a summoning circle of servants, light flows in his body, exploding like a fireworks in his vessel, making his muscles and innards shine, Neil’s vision became hazy, he feels dizzy as the world is spinning around him in very fast pace, he gritted his teeth, clenching his fist, he won’t lose, not now, not today, he need to live, his heartbeat throbs faster, his breath became heavier, but he focus his will power to hold on, fighting back the pain as it reaches to his brain.

He suddenly gained insights, knowledge and what’s more? A little blessing, a power, as Neil gauge it, it was special, although he expected some god or powerful spirit might will have a conversation with him, as he gaining power just like the manga he reads or anime he watch back when he was on his real earth, but for now, he need to harness his new found power.

“I-I'm already yours and bind to your will, no need to ask, I will always be by your side, I am your power and property after all” Lily White replied softly as she blushed when she look directly to the fair face of her summoner, such a good hearted young man.

“I see,,, my assumptions that I will meet a very aloof and ice cold hearted Lily White but this was truly unexpected” Neil chuckled as still look directly to the lovely face of Lily White. “But if this gonna be this way, then it shall be”

“My heart and soul are connected to yours, thus the only remaining that belongs to me is my memories and experienced of mastering my chosen magic, used me wisely and diligently” Lily White smiled as she pat Neil’s head and felt his warmth. “Just summon me if you really needed, our conscious are connected as well”

“I’ll keep that in mind, uhhh,,, your clothes please,,,” Neil embarrassing said as he try to shift his face from huge and exposed twin perks of Lily White and free her as he stood back from her with a flustered face.

“Master, its fine now, you can now look at me once again” Lily White spoke with soft and charming tone, Neil then shifted his gaze back to Lily White and saw how wondrous the snow lady in her majestic outfit, without further ado, he walks towards again to the lovely heroic lady.

“We have no time to waste milady, there is a tentacle monster that needed to slay and people to be saved” Neil said suddenly in serious tone as he touched Lily White’s delicate hands.

“Null Ascension – Energy Transfer!” Neil boldly announce his magic command and three fourths of his energy are suddenly transferred to Lily White in a flash.

“Uhmm~ this warmth,,, so hot yet I don’t dislike it” Lily white spoke with soft tone as she felt numbness as the power circulate to all her body, her once weaken state jumps suddenly to almost full energy life.

“We shall move and crush that bastard!” Neil finishes as he guide Lily White to the portal at the downside of the floating island. “Also pretend that you just jump in while I’m about to go on full suicide and saw you as you stop me from my decisive move.

“As you wish master!” Lily White obediently replied as she soothing the warmth feeling that circulates around her, this warmth that she yearn for more.

They arrive at the portal, both two entered it and disappeared in a flash, in brief of a second, they are back to the reality world where Neil found himself standing again at the cold snowy ground, at his front Lily White majestically appeared, everyone at that time while watching Neil imbued in light suddenly burst with radiance and when the light diminished, Neil appeared again like there is nothing else happen.

But in his front, a strange lady with in white suit appeared, she looks gallant and majestic is such outstanding attire, Neil is back from his step and go back again to the side of the evacuees like there is nothing happen while laughing.

“About to go and die like a idiot hero, who would expect someone has jump in from hiding” Neil smirk as he leave behind the scene to Lily White, the lovely woman just smile and get along with Neil's plan.

“Young man, although I was amazed by your heroic last stand but please value your life, don’t waste it” Lily White speak with act of admiring and caring tone. “Leave this embodiment of evil to me”

“Ok, ok, that funny one is already yours, miss hidden expert!” Neil just walk aside as he pass the ladies of Millennium Crystal Palace without looking at them with straight face. “And besides I’m not yours or that thing's opponent”

His world are reasonable, there is no need to jump on such terrible situation with a reckless attitude, Neil once then look back Lily White, while his eyes fixated on the charming and alluring figure of the gallant and heroic lady. “Yah right, is miss hidden expert got a name”

“My name is not important” Lily White replied with serious tone, putting a decent act of being cold, as she saw the Void Giant are preparing to launch a powerful projectile at them. “Besides, there is a headache that I must cease to exist”

“And there goes my luck with ladies again” Neil just chuckled as the powerful projectiles release, countless light beams and thunder strikes are going to gobble up the Evacuees and him alone in this cold weather.

“My heart of ice is the core of eternal blizzard!” Lily White begin her chant as a surge of thick layer of magic essence is overflowing through her body. “Shield Of Absolute Zero!”

She raised her hands in a powerful move as many glyphs, marks and seals appeared below her, forming into a snow flake symbol below her feet and glow, the magic spell she summon appears as a very fortified barrier with many layers, everyone surprise to witness such powerful Ice Arts skill.

The projectiles land on the barrier as it destroy the barrier layer by layer, but it also weaken the power force of the projectile thus the lighting strikes and light beams ended up disappeared at second final layer, Lily White again cast another spell before the enemy can procure another attack, she used her energy power to allow herself to levitate, and she summon an array of Ice spears.

Her target was the ridiculous tentacles that helding two seniors of Millennium Crystal Palace as hostage and being stripped and toying with their body, with a deep breath, she input an amount of power within those spears and launch it at a very incredible speed like a bullet fired from a gun in a flash.

The spears were quiet sharp and fierce as it rip and tear apart the tentacle with high accuracy, freeing the two girls who are cursing the shameless and pervert monster who abused their body while at being in weak state, luckily for the two, just in a nick of time that they are being freed by the ice spears projectiles when one of the tentacles are about to invade their important lower part and claim their virginity.

The two fall from the grasp of those lascivious tentacles, Rosette, with a remaining energy power, utilize it for flying spell to save Ana and flew away as fast as she can to the direction of Mari and the juniors, the mutated Void is quiet enraged in the sudden outcome, it never accepted the sudden turn of the tables, it thought that it has already emerge victorious when another puny human appeared to destroy its fun time.

“And now this is your end!”

Lily White voice echoed to the ears of everyone, as she conjure one of her topmost spell, it forms into a huge trident of ice, but the color of that ice particles are deep blue compare to the color light-blue of ice magic of Millennium Crystal Palace ladies, this trident spear is very refine and powerful just looking at its appearance, Lily White is investing all of her remaining power on this final attack.

The Behemoth can’t believe it, its start to summon lighting charges again and particle beams in its tentacles, as it eyes witness a huge trident that pointing at its direction, Lily White descend down to ground because her energy power can no longer support her levitation as she redirect all remaining energy power to that last trump card she has to end this battle once and for all.

“True Ice: Snow Piercer!”

She launch the huge trident with all of her might, the trident speed up to the direction of the slow Void Giant jellyfish, before the behemoth can release its deadly projectile, it was pierced by the trident deep to its core, the impact is so strong that the wind direction blows divert to the back of the behemoth and cleared the pile of snow in such tremendous pressure force on impact, revealing a cold dry land at its back.

The trident, although its very powerful, its not very deadly at that attack impact, but what it makes scary, is the power of intent behind it, the True Ice element of colored deep blue is spreading to the body in very fast speed, it froze the regenerating tissues and muscle of the behemoth, suppressing its healing factor, the spreading is unstoppable, it freezes everything, from head to every tip of every tentacles it has.

The behemoth falls like an ice statue to the cold dry land, its falling impact from above breaks it whole body like a fragile glass, all tissues, muscle and every single cell it have are already turn into a fragile ice, thus the recovery are merely impossible, ending the life of a catastrophic Rank A Void threat, everyone is silenced for a moment, and then cheered up finally, the peace that they wanted has come and the dangers are over.

Eliah was so happy, a justice was served for the death of Pristineriver clan, tears of joy are flowing from her cheeks, Mark just hug his beloved wife and give a passionate kiss, the two indulge themselves in such a lovely manner, finally, all nightmares, vision and flashbacks that terrorizing Eliah will no longer bothering her anymore.

As for Neil, he just waved a hi to Faye, Leah and Michael, remain calm and collected as ever as he suddenly hug by Faye while being lectured by Leah due to his recklessness, but Neil didn’t mind the two, he just need to relax and proceed what will be his plans for himself and Lily White.

Lily White on the other hand finally let a deep sigh as the fight was over, she saw the two seniors of Millennium Crystal Palace passing nearby to her with their shocked complexion, Rosette and Ana are already change to their other clothes while in air when they saw a powerful trident launch in an incredible force and speed and claimed the life of that pervert monster.

Few moments later, the evacuees arrive at the Crystal Clear Village and made a temporary settlement there, Lily White remain on guard while watching the morning skies as the clouds continue to rain of snow, a sheer cold embrace of the winter, a bitter past to remember, Lily White was truly thanking Neil for giving her a second chance to live and make things right.

Suddenly, Lily White detect a nine presence of Ice element Battle sage, it was the Millennium Crystal Palace ladies, they are going to meet their savior and want to introduce themselves, Lily White just welcome the nine well refine ladies, Ana, among of them is very curious about such strange yet powerful Ice Arts skill that Lily White conjure on the final stand of her.

“That trident, is made of true ice, lady Ana” Lili White said with a sincere tone as she invoke a small crystals in the palm of her hands. “On my left is the normal ice element and on my right, you see, the power of True Ice intent”

This Ice art is incredible, everyone knew that this Ice arts are not hailed from their Institute, meaning that Lily White is not a member of Millennium Crystal Palace, Liza was so amazed when she saw the intent of True Ice, this ice arts are truly unimaginable powerful, if the higher ups of their institute will caught a wind of this, they will plead to Lily White and will do anything to please her in order to bestow that intent for them to learn and wield.

“Senior Expert Lily, we, the Battle Sages of Millennium Crystal Palace are truly thankful for saving us from the brink of death” Ana voice with sincerity as she made a respectful bow, the others follow as well.

“We thank Senior Expert Lily from the bottom of our hearts!”

“Senior Expert Lily, this is the exclusive pass card of Millennium Crystal Palace, if you want to pay a visit, just show it to the gate guardian sisters and they will allow you to enter and will treat you with outmost care and importance” Ana said as she invoke the pass card and give it to Lily White. “We also wish to Senior Expert Lily to join us in our institute, it will be a great honor if it doesn’t bother you.

“I'll keep that in mind, for now I shall tend to watch over the people here” Lily White calmly replied as she shifted her gaze to the feasting people and specially to her master who is sleeping at the corner and doesn’t give a damn on what’s going on around him.

“Then we, ladies of Millennium Crystal Palace will take our leave, please consider our request and excuse us” Ana spoke with sincerity as she open the crystalline portal and all of the are entered the portal, the crystalline portal suddenly vanished without a trace, leaving Lily White alone in the snowy meadow.

Neil suddenly awaken and move toward to the direction of Lily White, he was awaken by Lily in his sleep via her connection to his consciousness, Neil thank Lily for her great service in saving the people of Smoke Bone Village and secure their safety to have a temporary settlement in here, nearby to the Crystal Clear Village, after that Neil introduces Lily White to the Iceberg Family.

“Big sister Faye, she will be your exclusive teacher, please greet Senior sister Lily White” Neil said with calm tone, looking on shocked face of Faye.

“M-my exclusive,,, i-instructor,,, I-I can’t believe it,,,” Faye said in nervous tone, her face is full of indescribable happiness, she can’t believe all these years that she want to learn more about her super rare elemental affinity despite her and her mother lack of knowledge about Ice arts thenn suddenly they will meet a powerful expert like Lily White.

“I’ve confess to her your current situation and she accepted it willingly” Neil added as he saw Faye having a tears of joy in such amazing development. “She also said, don’t ever slack in her lesson or else there will be a punishment”

“Gods gracious, my eldest daughter finally can learn such magnificent elemental Affinity without entering that forsaken institute” Eliah said in delightful tone as she hugged Leah. “Leah, your elder sister will finally can catch up to you, I’m so proud of my blessed daughters!”

“Well mom and big sister, be thankful for Neil in making this effort possible” Leah said as she recognize Neil has to be credited for such twist of fate.

“Young one, thank you for all of this, you didn’t just save our lives there, but you also give a way for a brighter future of my first born daughter” Eliah heartfelt thanking Neil, the young man replied with a simplistic smile.

“Michael, be happy now, your big sister Faye will have her own personal teacher, she will become a strong Ice elemental affinity Battle Sage” Mark jumps in as he hug his youngest son.

“Yeah dad, I’m happy for both of us, we jus made it alive and we got a big blessings now” Michael spoke cheerfully as he look to Neil. “Neil, thank you for your efforts, thank you for being a blessing and brother for us”

“Lil' Neil, I don’t know how you manage to pull this, but,,,” Faye speak with soft voice as she gain her composure after such joy, her eyes are now open and her pale grey Iris is revealed to Neil, that hidden beauty she his for a long time are now exposed to be seen and really captivating. "Thank you, big sister will rain you hugs and baked you some goodies”
