《The Diamond Of Eve》Chapter 2: Resurfacing The Air

I can see a very beautiful sea, everything was clear as day and it seemed like there had been a girl by my side.
I felt like I was underwater but warm at the same time, it was odd.
I looked around to see where I was but I couldn’t get up.I felt heavy.
Instead of focusing on what was around me I decided to look at the girl. And she was a gorgeous babe that had a beautiful body, I tried moving my hand, I was able to but I didn’t have any control of it..
Well my hands went in a bouncy area so much that I feel a nice [CENSORED CONTENT] and yet I never expected that type of feeling either now have I?
“UGH!”
I felt a strong rush of pain around my lower stomach, so much that I covered it out of the pain, and opened my eyes… This wasn’t the beach that I was on.
“Where the hell is the beach?”
And there was no girl either.
“Where the heck is the girl?”
I have to say, I was rather disappointed, I at the very least didn’t have enough time to enjoy the beautiful beach… as much as the girl either, but if I were to be accurate on the bust size on that babe I would think it would be-
“Dumbass, next time you touch my shit I’ll tear your fingers off and stick them up your ass!”
Reading the few sentences above this particular sentence helped me to figure out that I happened to be dreaming I suppose.
No wonder I feel like crap now.
I got up slowly and steady just as I woke myself up from the *cough* sexy *cough* dream I just had.
“Well now that I am awake…. Where the hell are we?”
“Beats me” She responded rather quick and curtly, probably because of what had happened, I can see that she is very slightly blushing.
Anyways, looking around where we are, I can describe this place as the inside of an abandoned castle that seemed ancient, it was a large room that seemed like a study. The rubble on the ground simply screams out that this place was forcefully destroyed as well as the idea of it being ruins of ancient days.
She and I were still wearing our school uniforms, so I don’t think much about us changed, the biggest deal of change was in the place location, and probably even time if I think about it.
I walked off around looking for anything of interest that can help us find out where we are, of course Alissa followed me around.

I could see pests like rats, torn off tarp from the walls which probably lead to beautiful decorations on this once beautiful but now abandoned castle.
I saw lots of debris as I made myself around this large room, the only thing that seemed left out were some old books that look like if you touch it, it’d turn to dust.
“Hey, look over there”.
Alissa’s voice echoed throughout the rubbled and cold room, and as I turned to look at her, she pointed to her left where there had actually been something of unique interest.
It was a large page of paper, the paper seemed thick like papyrus but it wasn’t old, in fact it seemed like it was only a few days old.
Looking around a bit more and I found a book near here.
“Alissa, come over here” while facing the book I spoke like I was in control.
“The hell? Why should I? You’re not planning on touching me again are you? Goddamn pervert..” As adamant as she usually is of course she wouldn’t listen to me for no reason.
“Would you kindly just come, it looks important enough that I think you should read this thing too”
She paused for a moment with an annoyed expression, but then later sighed in defeat.
“Whatever”.
Her steps were easily heard as she made her way over to where I was exactly. She didn’t seem to care about what she did, though she seems way too careless.
I opened the book, and started to read exactly word for word what it had said, the surprising thing is that it was in english.
“Hollow moon of the 5th: Under the night.
I have finally been able to succeed in regaining the materials for the rebirth of Vesther. However, the difference in power may be a problem if anything goes wrong.
I had been doing this for the last of 142 years of my life, and failure of this ritual was not something I would take into account, even if I have to shed blood, I shall For the return of Vesther.”
“Who the fuck is Vesther?” Out of the blue asking a question without an answer yet was Alissa.
“I don’t know, but whatever it could be, I feel like we might be able to find out if we finish reading”
“In the dire straights of the kingdom of Halberth, I hope I don’t die before the king overtakes the throne, if anyone needs to lead, that foolish idiot is not meant to be the king, the real leader should be Vesther.
Yet of course any leads of why he would ever be king would only be a mystery because of that demon child that resides in that castle.”

I tuned the page over only to reveal the rest of the words but there were only 3 sentences left, and the other pages seemed to be charred, ripped, or stolen.
“At all ends, If I die trying to make this ritual happen, please.. Whoever reads this, I am Nather Orethest a Grandmaster mage, please do not forget that name.. And look under for the 4th Key”
. . . . .
After I read out loud the rest of the sentence, both me and Alissa stood quiet.
“I guess, this isn’t earth anymore”
I said breaking the silence of our long ass pause.
Alissa was more quiet then usual, she didn’t say a single word for a moment.
“If anything we have to get out of here, I don’t think keeping quiet like that will help Alissa”
She turned me facing me, and looked at me sternly, rather she was serious, she didn’t look mad at all though, and ever since we had appeared here, she wasn’t that rough with me which is odd.
“I guess you’re right, but you lead and don’t run away now or else I’ll break those legs of yours”
Hahahah Nope she’s still the same bitchy character she always is.
“Whatever you say, princess”
She scowled at me after my last remark.
“You know, it’s still surprising about how much you have changed..”
“Like you would know, you wouldn’t be able to remember jack shit if you even tried” a strong remark, although she’s not wrong, but she definitely ain’t right about that either.
With those last words, I quickly grabbed the book and reread a few parts of the book, if there wasn’t any reason for the last few words on the only last page of the book then there’d be no point in trying to look for anything important.
Of course though, this room is big enough to hold up a house party in it, and even if someone did have such a big room, I don’t think the neighbours would be complaining about the sound since the walls look strong enough to hold back all the sound that would pass through it.
So this “4th key” and this special word “under”, what kind of significant meaning would it have to do in a room like this.
I had to think for a bit, but the only one to be awake before anything was Alissa. If anyone should know how we got here, I’m betting she’d know what exactly happened.
“Alissa”
It took a bland moment till I heard her respond.
“What the hell do you want?”
“I want to know what exactly happened, how did we get here?”
“Why the hell should I tell you?” She curtly questioned again, I didn’t want to drag this game of 21 questions on, it would be a drag…. Hehe get it? I’m funny.
“Because if you don’t tell me I think we might die in soon”
“Are you fucking serious?!”
“...... Yeah, in fact you have to tell me, quick!” It was a joke but I think it’d be fun to mess with her for a bit…
“Ugh crap, alright, Um.. when you walked into that um… thing… I uh… uhh-”
“You better hurry up quick before you and I start filling the ground with our red bodily fluids as our skin turns pale and we end up suffocating because of the intense atmosphere that is currently being created as we talk...”
“I’m trying!!.. Uhh, Okay shit, after you stupidly touched that fucking weird looking thing, you almost dived into it headfirst, I attempted to grab you and pull you back into the classroom, but it was too much and I fell with you!!
After that we were stuck in some kind of dark emptiness and then appeared here!!
Then we both fell onto that thing over there, although you hit your head and got knocked off your ass, I had to try waking you up!!”
She seemed to be a bit red, for some reason, if I were any stupid I’d think she tried to do something to me while I was knocked out, good thing I know better to know that she wouldn’t do anything except punch me in the face or kick me.
“Way to spill the beans, now I know what to do”
“Eh?”
She mentioned two main key points;
One: that we landed on a hidden wooden board although all of this room’s floor is made of stone and messed up with rubble.
Second: That before we came here she defined it as a dark space, which means something of the sort but I don’t know yet.
I quickly got up and walked to the spot where we had landed to check it out, as she said it was a wooden board, what was a miracle was that I didn’t hit the handle on my back since I landed on it completely.
Anyways, let's hope this 4th key is something special, after this I want to leave this place.

Makemake
"Makemake—a planet that is found in the far edges of the system known as Sol—was once a metropolis, like all of the other planets that populate the system. Now, like all of the others, it lies as a Sleeping City, forever dormant. No one lives there anymore—it has been vacant for years. In one of the massive cities that used to have a population that was in high numbers a sound could be heard. A distant sound. A beep, or a call, a message—whatever it was, it was an electronic noise. It echoed through the dust cloud filled landscape. The sound went on for a long time. It sat in a sea of quiet; no other noise rolled over the hills and bounced off the ground—only that noise. Only that beep."
