Adia ran to Flara and hugged her. Tarot watched the reunion. He looked at Flara as she stared at him, he could feel Flara’s energy and a strange power emanating from her, she looked calm and focused. Flara turned to Nova and kneeled down in front of her. Flara met Nova's gaze, giving her a look of thankfulness. Nova spoke. “Flara, you will now have the most difficult task, but the most rewarding one. If you succeed, you will not only change this world, but you will connect it with Sinister’s world and change his spirit as well. You will impact all worlds, transforming them for the greater good. However, this will not come easy for you. Tarot and Adia will take you to the chamber, but from there you will have to go alone. Finally, there will be a form you must take. This energy and power is within you. You are now the balance of both worlds.” Tarot held on to Flara’s arm, very concerned. His thoughts raced as he was listening to Nova. He wasn’t here to protect Flara anymore. Flara squeezed Tarot's arm, reassuring him. Nova looked at Tarot and asked, “Tarot, Do you have the object?” Tarot remembered the compass that he took from the ambassador. He pulled it out of the satchel and showed her. She nodded her head. “Flara, this compass will lead you to Sinister’s chamber. The slates are clear except for one. The most important one that is the heart of that world.“ They all stood quietly.
Adia stepped forward. “Nova? Is it true that I am the ambassador's granddaughter?“ She asked, looking for answers. Flara looked at Adia, then at Tarot. “Is this true?“ Flara whispered to him. Tarot nodded his head. “Adia, your grandfather was good, but his actions were selfish. Because of this, it caused chaos throughout your world and we have to fix it before the worlds merge into one.“ Adia bowed her head and Flara grabbed her paw. Adia felt a jolt of power from her. She looked into her Flara's eyes for hope. Flara squeezed her paw for reassurance.
Flara was overwhelmed by Nova’s words. She looked at Tarot. She had planned on him being with her, to give her strength, but she had a passion inside of her that burned. It burned far past her feelings and went to a consideration for all worlds to have love and freedom. She knew what she had to do and knew that she could not live with herself until she did. She felt Nova’s power upon her, she felt it giving her strength but also giving her purpose of perhaps her greatest mission she would ever complete. She knew now that this was clearly what she had existed for.

Tarot touched her shoulder and looked into her eyes, handing her the satchel with the objects. She dropped it and kissed him on the lips. Flara did not know if she was going to come back, but she knew she wanted Tarot to know how much he meant to her. Tarot grabbed her and pulled her close. When they stopped Flara was weakened by her emotions and looked up at Tarot with a shy smile. He shot a warm smile back and pulled her up. The smile told her that she was going to see him again and Tarot was looking forward to it. Flara picked up the satchel and they all walked together to the cross over. Nova floated above them. ”Flara, the key to getting in is knowing your true purpose. You will be guided by your feelings and energy and keep it simple.” Nova said before she disappeared.
They gathered in a circle and Tarot put the orb in Flara’s hand. “Are you ready? “ He asked, looking at Flara and Adia. They nodded and Flara tapped the orb. They were transported to in front of the ruins. Everything was quiet, the world was quiet, no winds, no screaming or crying. It was like the world was frozen in time. They went inside. Blue light moved across the walls like tendrils. The notes shown brightly, guiding them to the chamber door. Tarot noticed the blue light pulsing when Flara walked passed each note. She stopped at the entrance of the chamber, then looked at Tarot. She embraced him and held on to him for a long time. He caressed her long locks of hair, feeling her energy flow through him. She let go, turning to Adia and hugging her. Flara whispered, “ Protect each other.” She pulled away and gave her a half smile. Adia nodded and walk toward Tarot and stood next to him. Flara took a deep breath and stepped through the chamber. The blue light brightened and it swirled through the doorway. There was no going back.
The chamber was quiet and the blue light flowed and hummed under each slate. She walked towards them and touched her paw against the smooth stone. She noticed the ambassador slumped over and touched his paw, feeling remorse for him. She thought of what Nova said, that he was good but his selfish act changed the world. She walked up to the first slate and pulled out the chisel and hammer. She pressed the chisel against it, closing her eyes, ‘Know your purpose.’ She thought. She felt her energy around her, glowing a bright red that swirled through the chamber changing the the whole room. She opened her eyes and saw the whole room filled with books.

All the books seemed to be about rules and laws. She started to look through them and most made sense at first, then as she read more books they started conflicting with the other books. The more she read the more confused she got. She thought, ‘If I have more knowledge I will be able to figure out why I am confused’. She kept reading, but the more she read the more confused she became. The rules and laws where choking her and her spirit. “I don’t want anymore rules!” She shouted out loud. The books in the room burst into pages falling to the floor and disappearing. She was back into the chamber and was confused. ‘Why did I say I did not need more rules.’ She thought, then she realized, 'anymore rules'. That was the mistake in the past. The ambassador tried to add new rules and remove the old ones causing a riff in the world. Flara had learned that one must know the truth and keep it simple. As she chiseled, Flara had now learned that the rules had to be something that were not forced but what the world wanted willingly. She started by working in making rules a choice. A choice that would be naturally chosen because it was fair and just.
Flara’s energy flowed through the room as she chiseled. When she finished the first slate the ground shook and the blue light turned to red and started to pulse. When she finished the last slate, the room ignited in a red glow. Flara's energy intertwined with the the worlds energy. She felt the power in her spirit, she knew she did the right thing. Now it was time to complete the next step and that meant facing Sinister. She looked toward the doorway that was now swirling red and thought about Tarot. She knew she had to do this alone, but she really wanted him by her side. She pulled out the compass and looked at it. It was copper in color and she noticed the needle slowly moving back and forth. The needle was red and inside, instead of pointing to the 'N' for north it was pointing to the word 'Discovery'. It kept swaying slowly. Flara took a deep breath and focused on her energy. She felt a thumping coming from her chest. The crescent symbol on her chest glowed red, as spirals of energy engulfed the compass. The needle started spinning, faster and faster creating energy all around Flara, lifting her body into the air. She closed her eyes tight and then disappeared.
Tarot was pacing and Adia was leaning against the stone wall watching her friend with a concerned look on her face. Tarot felt like it was an eternity since Flara went inside. “Tarot, Flara has a lot of power, I felt it, you felt it .” Adia said, placing her paw on his shoulder. Tarot flinched. “I want to be there to protect her.” Tarot said frustrated, he couldn’t feel her energy and he was worried. Adia faced him. “Tarot, this is her task, alone. We have to have faith that she will complete it.” At that moment the doorway dissolved and the room was opened. Tarot and Adia ran into the room and saw the slates were pulsating red. Tarot looked around for Flara. Adia ran behind the slates and saw that her grandfather was gone. Tarot was frantic checking around the room. Tarot eyes were glazed over with tears. “Flara is gone.” he said in desperation, looking at Adia. “The ambassador is gone too.”
