During the break - Jeff was handed a type of rice and vegetable dish. He watched as the others would grab the food in their hands and ate it.
He followed suit despite the unfamiliartiy. It tasted starchy but he was super hungry by then and scarfed it down. It was slightly spicy but certainly flavorful.
Jess coughed in his direction - at his appetite. He looked around and noticed that he'd eaten more than the share that the other villagers had taken. He set down the plate and despite still behin hungry- stopped himself from eating more.
After another ten or so minutes - they got back into working. It felt good to have the time off- his muscled were already very sore- and he wasn't sure how much he'd be able to push himself- but he would try regardless.
This time Jennifer directed them to plant the seeds above the holes that held the as well as organizing the line for the drip irrigation system they had set up.
It seemed to be a working system- but would still require the initial water- so he wondered how they would fare if there wasn't rain collected in the next few months. Regardles he followed suit. This time. They used a specific type of mulch rather than plain dirt to pack into the holes that spread over the field.
"Simama," Jennifer stopped everyone after they'd finished a portion of the project- he'd already exhausted a lot of the excess water in his body to the point where the sweat was no longer coming out. He'd certainly have to replenish and he wondered how the villagers would fair.
He realized however, that he'd had no need to use the bathroom- because he'd sweat all of the water out instead- so that was kind of interesting.

Jennifer actually came up to him and handed him a dry towel.
After finishing - it seemed like the villagers seemed very happy with what they'd accomplished.
"Good job," Jennifer spoke. But before Jeffery could respond she already walked away and was checking up on some of the villager kids.
-
Around the time that he noticed the sun beginning to set Sarah and Seth finally returned. It just began to set on him how exhausted he felt- he could hardly help lift any of the items they brought to the village. Jennifer gave him a pathetic look as picked an item that he almost dropped.
Sarah chuckled a bit.
Jeffery found that he was extremely tired and decided to sit in the back of the jeep while Sarah and Seth played and chatted with a couple villagers for a bit.
He shut his eyes for a moment.
He wasn't sure how long it had been - but he was jolted awake by the jeep door closing.
The ride back was silent, but satisfying. He looked out onto the landscape. Despite the drought - it was still a very beautiful land.
-
Seth dropped the girls at their homestay and jeffery took the front seat.
-
"we're here," Seth spoke and gave Jeff a pat on the back as they walked home.
Jeff ate a nice homecooked meal that had been prepared for the two- took a quick bath where he scrubbed off all the dirt- dumped his old clothes into the sink to rinse off and placed them to dry.
He stayed in the common room with Seth and the family for a bit, but couldn't keep his eyes open for long. Seth shook his shoulder.
"Hey," Seth spoke, "you should get some sleep, man."
Jeffery nodded and left them to chat while he went to the room and crashed immediately in his pillow.

Again from Scratch Saga: Izmittor Unchained
If someone precious to you needed your help, would you extend it? Would you still do it if it costs you your peace and perhaps even your life? For Tercius, a man mysteriously reborn nearly thirteen years ago, there was only one answer to both questions. Feeling compelled, he sets out to journey to the northern Sogea and its infamous Western Izmittor mountain range, a natural stronghold of sky tearing mountains and deep canyons. Legends about the place abounded, but he knew without a doubt that the hidden valleys, rushing rivers, thick forests, and desolate landscapes hid powerful predators, the likes of which stalk the harsh terrains for an easy source of meat and bones. The many natural dangers of Western Izmittor would be hard enough to navigate safely for a lone traveler, but to make matters worse Tercius had enemies in the heights of Western Izmittor, humans and spirits who would see him dead if they ever learned of his true connection to the Pyramid of Tergaron and the Society of the Magi. To make things even more difficult, he also had to ensure that the true extent of his own Innate Skills remained hidden, for if the prying eyes of the world fell on him and his many secrets came to light, then he would never again know a day of peace. Can one reborn man manage to keep his secrets and still succeed in doing what his conscience compels him to? Will he have to choose one over the other? And can he do any of it without reigniting the sparks of a planetary war the likes of which had not been seen in millennia? Follow Tercius’ story and find out! *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** This story is a continuation of Again from Scratch, a story of mine also posted on RR. I hate my (new) life. Who the hell sticks a man in a tunnel with flesh eating insects an unknown amount of distance beneath the ground with the nerve to say they're offering you a 'better chance in a second life' with no further explanation. If I ever find the HR department responsible for this ridiculous relocation I will simply punch all of them in the face multiple times- actually screw that. If I ever find any of these idiots i'm not just gonna punch them in their face, I'm gonna head-but them in their soon to be bloody, crooked as can be noses.

Now, Koala must overcome her trauma if she wants to get Sabo out before it's too late.*Basically, it's my theory for what happened at the Reverie, since Oda is intent on keeping us in suspense.Disclaimer: Not mine, I do not own One Piece.

He had trapped me, his scent overwhelming my senses. I closed my eyes as he got closer and turned my head away. His lips connected with my jawbone instead, he made the most of it and trailed tiny butterfly kisses down my neck and collarbone. He smiled faintly at my gasp of reaction, he lowered the other one to my face and gently pulled my face to face him. He skillfully closed the gap between us devouring my lips and stealing all my ability to think. Without giving a second thought to what I was doing I arched my body into his and kissed him back.He let go of my trapped hands so his could go other places n i pulled him closer."I love you my angel",he said in between the kiss...."what !" ,i asked!.."I SAID I LOVE YOU ANGEL",he replied.I pushed him with all my force..."Angel Please...just please",he said weakly......"Leave Aadi , NOW", i shouted and turned back..through the side window i could see he had tears in his eyes!!*********#32 in general fiction on 10-11-15
