A dream: you look up and find yourself standing in a march well rather slightly above it, the place looks familiar if not for the fact that everything looks to be in shades of white and grey and things seem to be shifting as if moving in an unfelt breeze. There is your party just ahead of you, they are walking towards you, they are not too far away now there they are all 4 of them. Wait. You count again, the tiefling glowing slightly red, the armored paladin, and you walking two steps behind, you can see yourself walking with them glowing a brilliant white, then the forth figure it’s Jin. It must be. traveling with all of you. Even as the group moves closer you cannot see clearly the features of Jin’s face. Your remember this moment. At the moment of this realization a tree seems to spring to life and try to crush your paladin friend. This is the battle you fought just a few days ago. It goes exactly as you remember it step for step. As the first awakened bush is destroyed a small flame appears above it as if the light of a candle and as the others fall so too above them. Then finally when the awakened tree is felled a light like the others appears, small tongues of flame flickering in this ephemeral wind in the shifting world of whites and greys. As the paladin goes in search of his sword you look around. Not 10 feet from where you seem to be is another figure. You don’t remember anyone else being there after that fight. You look closer. The figures stand unmoving for a time as the party goes about its doings. It’s white cloak fluttering in the wind.

It reaches out, a single boney hand wrapped in a pale light. The 6 dancing tongues of flame seem to drift slowly to it till they rest in the palm of the hand. It slowly closes the hand and pushes the hand under the white cloak. The other hand picks the sythe up and seems to rest it on the creatures shoulder. It turns away and begins to move away. It stops. It turns and looks at you, not you praying over your party. But the you floating, watching all this happen, again.
