ROUTE 2: INTERMISSION 1 PART 1: AXIS AND RHUN, SISTER AND BROTHER MOON
Two moons nestled close together, mirror images of each other, as the music of the spheres allowed them to stay close in their divine connection.
On the surface of each sphere, a city, and in each city two towers reaching up towards the heavens, the conceptual space that divided the Animus from the dark realms of the Nightlands above.
In one of those crystalline towers, a construction created from the ancient power entailed in the process of the admina, a brother and sister held court.
(AXIS: Do you know of him? This man/monster/construct/deviancy?)
(Rhun: I have been aware/ignorant, just as you dear/beloved brother.)
(AXIS: He has taken one of mine... my arbiter/servant/lover.)
(Rhun: Unexpected but not unthinkable, did you not know that this was a viable fate when you sent him?)
(AXIS: I did not think so/fathom it. It… wounds/degrades me to feel this loss. I did not think such a thing could be possible/allowed. It's been a long reign of safety and order.)
(Rhun: Well then… You will do what you must brother. And I will abide by you decisions. Take comfort, once he reaches the Eternal battlefield/Endless war, surely he will experience his end/demise/absolution.)
(AXIS: That is what upsets/disturbs me. I do not want this troublemaker to break any of the things that belong to me.)
(Rhun: Brother… you are of the divine/administrators. Such banal worries are beneath you. These are ants beneath our feet, pawns to be played. Choose yours, however wisely, and the game will inevitable be won. We do not show concern for the lives of these creations/people. We manage their fates, keep the order of things intact, and we enjoy.)
(Rhun: Anyhow, I will keep a close watch on this one with my network of weavers.)
(AXIS: You are right as always sister... let the games begin.)

Of Men and Dragons, Book 1
Book 1 is now available on Kindle, or in paperback/hardcover! You can buy it here! Jack crash-landed on a planet where the natives are seven-foot-tall carnivorous cat-lizards currently somewhere between stone and bronze age. The good news is the natives think the ship that crashed into their mountain is a dragon and are steering clear of it. The bad news is they just left one of their own as a sacrifice to appease the beast. No matter what Jack and his AI co-pilot decide, his life just got a lot more complicated... ATTENTION: This is soft sci-fi rather than hard sci-fi, hence why I chose that tag. For those of you unfamiliar with the distinction, here's what Wikipedia had to say. 1. It explores the "soft" sciences, and especially the social sciences (for example, anthropology, sociology, or psychology), rather than engineering or the "hard" sciences (for example, physics, astronomy, or chemistry). 2. It is not scientifically accurate or plausible; the opposite of hard science fiction. Soft science fiction of either type is often more concerned with character and speculative societies, rather than speculative science or engineering. The term first appeared in the late 1970s and is attributed to Australian literary scholar Peter Nicholls.

The Ruins of Magincia
They say all things end in time, but the exalted City of Magi would’ve begged to differ. Yet when an attempted coup goes wrong, the city finds itself brought to the very brink of destruction. In the wake of the calamity that left no survivors, the autonomous infrastructure still operating the ruined city seeks to restore what was lost. Luckily for it, the Mana-devoid Universe it awoke in holds an unexpected surprise: a planet full of sentient life forms. All capable—with a little help—to become the next generation of Magi. Back on Earth, Millie McArthur is a pregnant out-of-work mechanic struggling with the prospect of moving back in with her parents after leaving her unfaithful fiancé. That is until she finds herself just one of the hundreds that have been shanghaied by the callous artificial constructs still manning the ruins of Magincia. Now, she must struggle to learn magic, compete for resources, get good 'grades,' and fulfill the seemingly arbitrary requirements for her future job in this broken city. All while keeping herself, and her son, alive. Is the miracle of magic really enough to make up for all the pain? The Ruins of Magincia is a dark fantasy that's heavy on the drama (LitRPG aspects are very light). Chapter lengths can be anywhere from 7k-12k and there's no current release schedule as I'm focusing on wrapping up volume one.
