The day before the tournament started every participant got their invitation for participation and the venue and other details of the matches. Everyone including Maya was a bit excited for this upcoming event. Smita who had an extremely competitive spirit could not calm down after she saw Rudra’s Lord tire contract but the final nail in the coffin was when she saw Maya’s Lord tire contract. After that event she worked twice as hard and combined with her father’s connections and wealth she was able to push herself and her contract to evolve into Lord tire. She was extremely pleased at herself and her confidence was at an all-time high. Maya also after her defeat could not keep calm. She trained very hard, harder than ever and as a result she was able to make her Dark elf evolve into Lord tire and also pushed Eragon to the later part of Lord tire, She would have evolved Eragon into Supreme level but her soul space was still not strong enough to handle two supreme level entities. So, she stopped at lord tire last phase and meditated to strengthen her Soul space slowly.

The only exception to this Excitement was Rudra. He was now in the forests present in the Western Ghats of the Indian subcontinent which was now 4 times the size it was before Armageddon. This was the area outside of the govt. protection and monsters and demons rule this place. Many adventurers and Yodha would always come to the forests for experience or to find treasures of nature. Many would also come to catch the monsters or demons to make a contract with but only the strong yodhas would go inside the deep forest. Rudra was sitting on a giant spider like mecha that people used for transportation in forest. Sitting beside him was Abdul.

Abdul: Master The emperor level spider monkey is just ahead. We will make contact with the entity in about 10 minutes. You should be prepared.

Rudra: All right. Protect yourself Abdul. Lucifer and Garuda come out.

Abdul: Bride of death come out.

After Rudra’s command Lucifer appeared instantly. After that came out Garuda in his entirety. Being an emperor level existence, it was a sight to behold. Garuda was almost as big as two airbus 350. The wingspan was even longer. Garuda had golden metallic feathers with eyes of golden pupil. Its beak was sharp enough to cut down mountain. Just looking at it would give one the feeling of being cut down. The talons of this giant creature would give nightmare to even the bravest of hearts. And this entire creature was shrouded in a golden flame. As soon as Garuda came out It screeched towards the front direction as if issuing a challenge to an opponent. Then Garuda saw Lucifer. He then looked at Rudra and said, “Master I don’t need any help I can take care of this monkey myself”

Rudra: He is not here to help you. He is also here to fight an opponent.

After this almost a 40 ft skeleton with a red, western, bridal outfit appeared behind. Its eye socket had two red orbs like thing. The aura of this skeleton was extremely scary. Another peculiarity was this huge skeleton was not white but seems to be made of like a black obsidian. The hair of this skeleton was made up of black and blue flame that were dancing like a snake. It held a bouquet of red and black flower. This monster was not just any monster but also an emperor level existence.

Abdul: skeleton bride covers me with red shield and cancel my aura and presence. Then carry me to make me invisible with you.

The bride Then proceeded to do some hand movement and a energy shield appeared out of thin air around Abdul. Then a dark mist covered Abdul and he became almost invisible. After that the skeleton lowered its hand so that he could stand on its palm. After that the skeleton covered Abdul in a prison like structure in her hand formed with its finger bones. Then the bride along with Abdul disappeared from there.

Rudra: Now we are ready.

Garuda: Master that filthy primate is coming. Huh… Master there are some other creature following him It looks like they are here to support this ape.

Rudra: Concentrate on the Monkey rest of them will be taken care of by Lucifer.

Garuda: All right master.

Rudra: Lucifer out of those runts following the monkey, three are lord tire. I think this is the perfect time to level up for you. These three should have enough energy to Support your evolution.

Lucifer simply bowed and looked towards the oncoming pack.

The spider Monkey was furious when it sensed the presence of two Emperor level Existence near its territory. But suddenly one of them vanished. The monkey thought either they fought and one of them either fled or died. Whatever it might be It was not going to let them leave after entering its territory. With the monkey were its underling A fire centipede, a lord tire stones serpent, and a ghost hound that was also a lord tire, there was also a Teran butterfly and a poison boar.

Suddenly the Monkey also saw a lord tire Demon with the emperor level demon. It was extremely furious at this lowly creature that tried to trespass into its territory. It ordered its underling to takedown the Lord tire monster.

Rudra: Lucifer Lead these Underlings away from the main battle.

Lucifer simply nodded and made a taunting move towards the pack of monsters and started flying away from there. The Spier monkey was a bit stunned seeing the human but when he got to know what was happening, he was even more furious. These fucking humans had trespass into its territory before to kill monsters and take their energy core. But never had once they tried to attack him. He was furious at the gall of this human who was standing in front of him with his demon.

Now the battlefield was extremely still. There was not a single creature in their vicinity except Rudra, Garuda, and the monkey. After attending Monster and demons become sentient species and can communicate with anyone without there being any need of a contract.

Spider Monkey: Human how dare you stand…

Before it could finish it sentence there was a huge energy blast to its face. This caught him off guard. He was not prepared for this. He was even more furious at this shameless human.

Garuda: You are not worthy to talk to my master.

The monkey went mad after hearing this. The monkey was just as big as Garuda. It went bananas on Garuda after that. It jumped into the sky and like A meteorite jumped straight at Garuda, leg first. It was beyond Rudra’s imagination how such a heavy being could jump so high. It denied logic, this again strengthen his view that this was another world, a new world. Garuda after seeing the monkey incoming went straight at the Monkey, Headfirst. But the monkey was far more cunning than Garuda thought. It summersaulted in mid-air and dodged Garuda with a hair’s length. Then before Garuda could figure out what happened the monkey that had crossed the bird halfway brought its hand down and held onto Garuda neck with its hands, gravity did rest of the work. The monkey smashed Garuda’s head into the ground. Then without giving the opponent any chance to recover it pummelled it with kicks and fists. After venting its anger on the now impaled opponent. It went forward to tear off each of the wings of the Bird. After sometimes the Bird did not move at all. During the fight the bird did try to blast the monkey off with another energy blast, but the monkey was Faster than Garuda imagined, it dodged it quite easily. The monkey wasn’t in any better shape. It was ridden with scars and pecking marks with deep wounds bleeding in its hands and chest. Still it won and was standing as victorious.

As soon as the monkey smashed Garuda into the ground. Rudra was a little bit shocked but when the monkey started beating Garuda black and blue. Rudra didn’t hesitate to call him back. To his surprise he could not call him back. He started panicking. He couldn’t understand how his soul connection was not responding to his call. Then from the corner of his eyes he saw the ghost hound. The ghost hound was severely injured but was still there looking at him. It meant only one thing; Lucifer has fallen. The impending doom started to bring fright into his heart. Suddenly he realised something. This monkey wasn’t simple. It wasn’t a Spider monkey. It was a parasite Monkey. A monster monkey that allows a parasite to live in its body and in return gain strength from it. The parasite is actually quite small only as big as a fist. But the parasite has 6 long spider like leg that it keeps out of the host body to help the host. And these spider legs can adjust to the host size. The host and the parasite share a single nervous system hence a single mind. No wonder Garuda lost. It wasn’t fighting a single Emperor level monster but two.

His lack of observation and overconfidence brought this doom upon him. Even when he commanded Garuda during the fight to use Sanmohanastra it didn’t work. He was now looking for a way to flee but the ghost hound was stopping him from leaving. That is when he received an acknowledgement in his soul place. Garuda and lucifer are dead.

After the fight was over the monkey immediately turned its head towards Rudra who was now clearly panicking like a mad dog. His previous confidence and vigour were gone now. His pretentious smile was now gone. He was in utter and complete fear of the coming doom, when suddenly he found himself being held in a giant hand and being raised from the ground. He found himself hanging from a huge height with the monkey holding both his leg in both its hand. Rudra immediately knew, what it was going to do.

Rudra: No, stop…stop…

The monkey with a mocking smile tore him up from his ass like a child tear a piece of paper. In a fraction of second Rudra’s was gone. Gone like a nobody in a god forsaken place inside the forest. Never to be found again. Someone who had heaven defying dreams, died like a piece of rag.
