Hello and thank you to everyone that still cares about this story, or simply just clicked this out of curiosity. It's been a while! I'd hoped for this to happen sooner, but unfortunately the times since I last posted haven't been kind to me. That being said, the recent years haven't been kind to anyone. So, suffice it to say, I have a few new chronic illnesses that have gotten in the way of my writing and daily life. Thankfully, I am doing much better, enough to finally fulfil my promise. I'm sure you've noticed the title of this fictions is changed to have [OLD] at the end. I've decided the best way to post a second draft of the story is just to make it separate, especially since I plan to finish the story this time around. I have no plans for a third draft until after I've finished. Even then, it will likely be minor changes to things like prose, dialogue, and descriptions, the plot is already figured out to my liking. For anyone interested, the first chapter of the second draft is up under a fiction of the same name(without the OLD), which you can find on my profile or just by searching. I want to rip off the band-aid fast, though, and say my posting schedule will still be pretty slow—but hopefully consistent. I will be posting the second and third chapters a week from each other, and every chapter after that will be after a month. It's my hopes that in a month I can produce enough writing at a good enough quality to make the wait worth while.

Thank you so much to anyone that has given my writing a chance, it really mean a lot. I may not seem like it, but I'm passionate to the point of obsession. I really hope you can give my second draft a chance too!
