《Celestial Journey》164] - [Power Struggle, Strange Saint Hall]

Interrupting their fight once again, all parties halted. Behind Estia and Xania, coming from the horizon, a group of shadows.
The closer they got, the more imposing the air became.
'Seriously..?' Clicking his tongue, Alexander saw Azvon frown with cold sweats.
Before long, in front of them both, a group of five powerhouses stood tall in the sky.
'So annoyingly persistent...'
°Brother, I know them. Apart from Estia Manalur and Xania Yrtom, there are three well known saints. The guy fully covered in weird veils of darkness should be Ghnol Deltom, Saint of Death. The other one with short blonde hair playing with a miniature star most likely is Jean Lumos, the Saint of Light.°
°The last one, the green haired lady, might be Marga Estiom, Saintess of Life...°
°What a pain...° Exhaling his worries, Alexander still asked.
°Are they troublesome? How powerful inside the Saint Hall?°
°This...° Scratching his head, Azvon was at a loss.
°Honeslty... I have no idea. I always thought the saints were all below this so called Dream Dominion Realm... But now... seems like they all hid their real strength. But logically speaking, I would bet the Saintess of Life, Saintess of the Undead, Saint of... actually, apart from Xania, they are all big shots we should be careful about...°
Feeling a needle prick her heart, Xania, without knowing why, clenched her teeth in anger.
'I feel insulted somehow...'
°I see...° Discussing back and forth, they realized themselves to be in a very difficult position.
°In that case, we should focus on one at a time and see... Or...°
Turning his head around, Azvon's anticipation flinched.
°Or what?°
To answer him, Alexander smiled up to his ears. Waving his arm, a portal formed in front of his Dantian.
"Or what? Just watch." Causing all saints to furrow their brows, a small army of clones organized itself.
"Let the hunt begin!"
Following his words as if an order, all clones mercilessly struck their acupoints in unison.
"Against you strong people, this Alexander won't hold back! Enjoy!!"
The entire army turning red, steam escaped their rampaging auras. The surrounding energies converged on them while gravity seemed to become multiple folds stronger.
Even the saints could not keep a steady flight.
"Enjoy a taste of one of the most stupidly broken techniques I have ever seen in my entire life!"
"[Wrath State]!"
Without the ability to even move, Ghnol Deltom had a red skinned fist crash onto his covered face without mercy. The punch caused his head to explode into a black bloody mist of darkness as his body wobbled.
Against suicidal clones pushing their limits without worry, the saints were left asunder.
Each clone was now ten times stronger than they originally were. Each of them enough to most likely contend with any of the sages further into their realms.
Unfortunately, each move costed a life. Just the one who punched the Saint of Death was already crumbling to dust. Yet, it did not matter.
However, Alexander was still somewhat unhappy about the result.
'I guess the saints aren't just trash I can dispose of. I expected it but still...' He looked on as Ghnol Deltom's head reformed.

'Death Dao, this bastard is nearing immortality. Similar even to the Heavens' protection. Even his soul is like a bug escaping at the last minute! It keeps regenerating...' Gazing to the side, he saw a green light, like the breath of life itself, revive the Saintess of Life with ease.
'Her too... Estia as well, as for the two others...'
Xania Yrtom was being protected by Estia Malanur while Jean Lumos dodged everything at the literal speed of Limbo's light. If not even further beyond.
'Crazy... His Dao of Light can contend with a clone's speed...' Even Alexander himself would most likely be unable to even catch a glimpse of a clone when it attacked, yet Jean Lumos could dodge them with relative simplicity. It was as if his world was in slow motion.
Curiously watching, Alexander suddenly took a hasty step to the right. Grazing his left shoulder was beam of yellow light. Seeing this saint attack him out of nowhere caused his veins to bulge as usual.
'Bitch! You motherfucker... you're having a great time huh? Why not try a hundred clones at the same time then!?' His eyes focusing on different clones, each of them changed course, suddenly aiming at the bold saint. In the meantime, both Alexander and Azvon slowly levitated higher.
As they stopped, now higher than the five saints, a powerful domain erupted, pushing even colors aside. Left in black and white, they arrogantly glared at a group of monkeys evading death like the plague.
Another beam of light aiming at Alexander, he however now had much more time to dodge, his domain slowing the beam many times.
'I won't get it twice.'
'But since you are still not satisfied...' Searching for someone, Alexander had to use his Divine Sense to predict a certain path.
Taking a step forward, his hand cleaved down slowly, a strange haze buzzing the vision of Azvon witnessing it.
"What?!" Jean Lumos was dodging and killing clones left and right when his speed evolved into a different path. His body was suddenly as slow as any mortal.
His face palling, he heard a set of familiar words from a distant Alexander.
"[Immortality Severing Hand]." His body freezing in fear, Jean Lumos' Celestial Sense caught onto a clone with glowing orange eyes behind him.
Said clone spoke with a peaceful smile.
"[Dishonest Stab]."
'World Arts!!' Trying to evade, Jean could not find the strength to. About to have his body pierced by a sharp hand, a rough yet gentle voice echoed.
"[Gentle Palm]." A gust of strange orange wind caressed the faces of dozens of clones, a damp breath of soil refreshing their skin. Without warning, a palm depression formed on the backs of dozens of clones, killing them on the spot, dispersing even the souls.
The gentle voice returned with a hint of happiness.
"Young man, did you use this old man's World Arts?"
Frowning, Alexander arrogantly stared down at a disheveled man of brown hair and beard.
"I see... You should be Ysh Zul then?"
"Correct!" The nod was clear to all.
"Say, young man... Do you think a few clones can stop the Saint Hall?"

To respond this obvious provocation, Alexander only smirked further.
"Maybe?"
His smirk vanishing in a heartbeat, both him and Azvon saw a purple domain spread out from behind Ysh Zul. It covered the whole area, even as far as the horizon.
"Bold claim junior..." Walking out from a portal, soon crumbling as space itself was now tightly sealed, a dark haired man of purple eyes like the stars.
"..."
Four narrowed eyes glared at a mysterious figure of Limbo.
Lu Shu, Saint of the Void.
"We meet again."
"Indeed!" Nodding, Lu Shu retreated a few steps.
"But don't worry, this Lu doesn't bully the weak. You guys can do well with a small space seal. Right?"
Confusing them, they watched as Lu Shu ordered saints around like servants.
'It shouldn't be, right?'
Gritting their teeth, the saints did not seem able to disobey.
"Good kids. Don't forget, if I see you slacking, I will let someone you can't offend deal with you all."
Noticing the strange gazes of his opponents, Lu Shu laughed dryly.
"Don't worry about them, they tried to play with background when Mu Ryl died, so I taught them a lesson."
These words forced a layer of frost to form on Alexander.
'This bastard... even as a saint... don't tell me he is hiding even more?! He wouldn't happen to be a damn immortal sage or whatever? But no matter. Even if he is one or if he has a backing, he won't be able to escape my clutches this time.'
"Are these everybody? Just seven saints today?"
"No!" A responsive voice caught his attention. Behind Lu Shu, a young woman dressed in elegant black robes stepped forward. Her hair flew erratically, a strange sound buzzing from her aura.
"Currently, it's eight. This saintess is Ania Valer."
Azvon soon latched onto the conversation.
"Saintess of Doom!"
"Exactly. Old man, you aren't too bad."
"..."
"Does it even matter? Be it seven, eight or nine. Ten or twenty even. This Alexander can still eliminate the Saint Hall alone."
"As this Alexander is now free of worry. The Heavens already hate me, so why bother amusing them any longer?" Captivated by a lullaby from somewhere distant, the saints were left dumbfounded. Without even noticing anything odd, they found themselves trapped inside a giant ball of water. Its edges were rough and ever changing, waves clashing in all directions.
A vortex laid in its center, attempting to catch anyone close by.
Sensing the esoteric feeling of a certain Dao, they gulped in worry.
All thinking the same.
'Time Dao!'
They were all very familiar with it. But for someone to blatantly control True Time to such a degree, it shocked them. They could do the same, but at what cost?
Obviously, the sky turned darker by the moment. However, before the Heavens could unleash terror, a crescent moon of blue flew from behind. It slashed the water apart, splitting the sea. The strength was too strong, causing it to hit Azvon on the side, almost splitting him in two.
"Who?" Releasing his Time Dao, Alexander saw a man dressed in blue walk out from the horizon. His white hair accentuated his deep azure eyes.
"Who? This King is none other than Ahrgan Furol, Saint of Time!"
Unfortunately for this new figure, Alexander did not react as intended. He did not lash out in anger, nor did he even seem to care. He relaxed his Time Dao, unwilling to continue.
"Are you alright brother?" Questioning the haggard old man, Alexander heard a clear answer.
"Not so much. I will need some time to heal, the erosion of time is annoying to deal with."
"Alright then. Guess I'll have to deal with you all on my own for now."
"Hey, no need to say it like that, people will think I'm useless!"
"..."
Sighing, Alexander raised his hand, a palm facing Ahrgan. However, this same palm began to aim at someone else.
"Drawn from the hands, festering inside the blood. Regretting the weakness of the mind, rusting away the heart. Birthed anew from the depths..."
Xania turning pale, she saw the palm and its strange power aim at her out of nowhere.
"[Temptation]!"
A vast mist of darkness released from his palm, it flew and surrounded Estia. Its aim was the lady frozen in fear inside her arms.
As Estia failed to dispel it, the mist entered Xania's orifices, collapsing her lucidity in a heartbeat. She was left clutching her head and heart, screeching in agony.
Even the gentle soothing of Estia was not enough.
Her Martial Heart was beginning to crack. Without the will, lacking the understanding of how, Xania succumbed to temptation, a Heart Demon forcibly cultivated inside her heart.
The beautiful flames turned darker, their glory of blazing infernos chilling into ice.
A forgotten lucidity clawing at her head. A reflex of old and new, a blue flame of freezing domains aimed at Estia at point blank.
"!!" Even with her reaction time, Estia was hit by the flames, ice burns forming blisters on her skin. Left without a choice, an illusionary array collapsed on itself, her real appearance revealed.
'I see... so that's what she meant earlier.' Gazing at a pile of bones, Alexander noticed Estia to be a lich.
'Great illusion. But what's the point in this fight?' Turning around, Alexander raised his right forearm, soon defending a blue punch.
"You sure love your shitty time erosion!"
'If only my lifespan wasn't so fucked! I could just chop my arm off in that case... I'll need to expand my life wheel soon.' Unaware of his state, even Azvon did not know that Alexander's current life wheel was bright red.
"You saints are such a pain. And since my clones are pointless now..." His arms like the wind, they blurred as his acupoints were hit in successive order.
If they wanted to offend him so badly, then he could only amuse them.
A hunt on the verge of starting.
"[Lesser Wrath State]."
