Maddie let's out a small scream while Jack smiles at his son. "Oh my gosh, Danny!" Maddie exclaimed as Jack puts on his leg and walks over to Danny and slaps his shoulder. "Well, I've gotta say, son, it's about time." He said. Danny chuckles and said. "I know, it's just...I wasn't sure about it but then this morning, I suddenly got this feeling and all I could think about was I want to marry her." Jack and Maddie smiles as Jack said. "I know that feeling, son! That was the same feeling I got when I wanted to marry your mother." Maddie giggles as Jack pulls her into a hug.

"Have you got a ring?" Maddie asked Danny. "No, I just thought of this. But I do want to find the perfect ring." He replied. "I've got an idea!" Maddie said and she runs up the stairs. Danny looks over at his dad, curiously, until Maddie comes back down and holds up a ring with a thin band but a huge diamond at the top. "This was the ring your father proposed to me with and I think this would be the perfect ring for (y/n)." She said as she hands the ring to Danny, who looks at the ring and smiles. "This is perfect." He said. "Now I just need to figure a way on how to propose to her."

"I'm sure however you do it, she will love it!" Maddie said to Danny. "Yeah, that girl is crazy about you." Jack said and Danny laughs. "And I'm crazy about her." Danny said. "Thanks for the ring. I better get back home. I'll see you later."

"Okay, bye, hun! Good luck!" Maddie said. "Yeah, good luck, son!" Jack said and Danny walks out of the house and closes the door. He looks down at the ring and smiles then he pockets it before he goes ghost and flies back home.

Once he makes it home, he walks in as he turns back into a human and smells something cooking. He walks over to see you cooking breakfast, wearing nothing but one of his shirts. He smiles at this as he starts to walks closer to you. "Are you going to start cooking and serving breakfast looking like this?" Danny asked you. You jumped in surprise and saw him leaning against the doorway to the living room, giving you a flirtatious smile. "Because if you are, I would want you instead of breakfast." He teased. "Danny, you scared me!" You said as you placed your hand over your heart. "I'm sorry, babe." He said as he goes to sit down at the table.

You bring him a plate of eggs, bacon and toast and set it in front of him. "Mmmm, smells good!" He said as you grabbed yourself a plate. You smile and said. "Thank you, babe." Then the two of you begin to eat. "So, how was your walk?" You asked him. "Oh, it was good. I stopped by to check in on mom and dad." He replied. "How are they?" You asked. "They're doing well. Dad was working on his leg when I got there." He said and you smiled at this. You look down at your watch and jumped up.

"Crap! I'm going to be late!" You said as you head towards the bedroom and changed your clothes. "I'm sorry to rush out of here, babe, but I gotta go." You said as you run up to him and kiss him. "It's alright! Have a good day at work." He said. You smiled and head out the door.

As you left, Danny got to work thinking about how he was going to propose. He thought of waiting for you to get back from work but he didn't think it was special enough. No, he needed to do something different, something special, something unique. He thought long and hard about this until he came up with a great idea.

That evening, you came home only to find yourself, alone. "Hello? Danny?" You called out as you walk towards the kitchen. There on the table was a note with your name writing on it. You smiled as you pick it and read the note.

I have a surprise for you but for you to find it, you must hunt for it. This note contains the first clue to where your surprise is.

You chuckled at this as you set the note down. "He's such a dork!" You muttered as you transform and head over to Casper High.

Once you go there, you go to Lancer's old classroom and look around the tables and found a note on your old desk. You pick it up and read:

We both had a roaring time at this place and I was able to keep my pants up.

You chuckled again as you take the note and put it in your pocket. "Ok, it's either the gym or out in the field. I'm going to the gym." You said to yourself and you head over to the gym. You look around the place until you saw a piece of paper in the middle of the room. It read:

It's where we first confessed our feelings for each other, Remember?

"Danny, you dork, what are you up to?" You asked aloud as you fly out of the gym and head to the concert arena. You land on the stage and head towards the side stage and saw a note attached to a speaker.

You're getting closer!

This place is where I made you a promise!

"You are so lucky I can fly, Fenton." You said as you make your way back to the school and towards the front steps where this time the note was in an envelope. You opened and read what it said.

I promise this is the last note!

I told you that this place brought me happiness when Tucker's helmet showed me this place.

Excitement filled your chest as you fly over the woods and looked for that hill. Finally you found it and land in front of the tree were you see the carving you two made when you were sixteen.

"Knew you would find it." A voice said behind you. You turned around and see Danny dressed up in a nice tuxedo with a blue tie. "What's this about, Danny?" You asked, curiosity getting the better of you. Danny walks up to and takes your hand in his then takes a deep breathe. "(Y/N), you are the most amazing girl I've ever met. I can't imagine my life without you. And, even though there were times I was a big jerk, you were still there by my side. This morning I realized that I want to be with you forever." He said and he gets down on one knee. You gasped and placed your hand over your mouth as he pulls out the ring and holds it up.

"(Y/N) (L/N), will you make me the happiest man in the world and be my wife?" Danny asked as tears falls down your face. "Yes!" You replied and Danny smiles and stands up. "A thousand times yes!" You said, tearfully, as you two hug each other and you cry on his shoulder.

He pulls back and takes your hand, slides the promise ring off and replaced it with the engagement ring. "Thank you." He mutters and he leans in and kisses you. You wrap your arms around his neck and he wraps his arms around your waist and he hugs you close to him just as you heard people cheering.

You two break the kiss and see your parents, the Fenton's, Jazz, Danielle, Sam, Elliot and Tucker standing there, smiling and clapping for you two. "About time!" Tucker shouted. You and Danny chuckled as everyone walks up to you and hugs you two. "I think we should celebrate!" Jack exclaimed and everyone cheered in agreement as all of you load up in the Assault Vehicle, well everyone except for you, Danny and Danielle as you three fly and follow the RV and start to head to the Fenton's house where your dad and Maddie cooked some burgers and some veggie burgers for Sam and Elliot.

Everyone begins to eat and drink and talk amongst each other until Tucker stood up and tap a fork against his cup. "I would like to say something." He said and everyone quitens down and turn their attention to him. "I'd like to make a toast! To the future Mr and Mrs Fenton! I wish you two nothing but luck! And I hope you two experience all the joys and happiness that a married couple should experience! I love you guys and I hope your future together is a long happy one!" He said then he raises his glass to you and Danny and said. "To Danny and (y/n)!"

"To Danny and (y/n)!" The rest toasted and you two smiled as they raised their glass to you two. "Thank you, guys!" You said. "And we love you too, Tuck!" Danny said and Tucker smiles and sits down and you enjoyed the rest of the evening with the people you love.

That night, you and Danny make it to your apartment and start getting ready for bed. Both of you climb into bed and you cuddle up to Danny. "I love you, so much, Danny! Words can't describe how I feel about you." You whispered to him. "And I love you too! You're everything to me, (y/n), and I don't want to lose that!" He replied and you smiled as he leans in and kisses you. Once you two stopped kissing, you look each other in the eye. "Goodnight, Mr Fenton." You whispered. "Goodnight, Mrs Fenton." Danny whispered and he kisses you once again before the two of you fall asleep into each other's arms.
