The shuttle clamps the Fenton Jet in its metal jaws, sending us crashing into the bulkhead. "Going Ghost!" Danny and I shout, we transform and turn the jet intangible, allowing us to escape. Flying out through the bulkhead, we go back to confront the shuttle and throw a couple ineffective ectoblasts at it.
As we hesitates, the shuttle hits us, flattening us up against the windshield. Through the window, I can see the Gem of Life sitting in the pilot's seat. I tap Danny's shoulder and point it out to him. He grins, but before we can do anything about it, the shuttle growls and throws us off.
Plummeting, we hit the airfield so hard we leave a crater. The Fenton Jet swoops down to land nearby as we crawl out of it. "Guys, go, get the gem!" Sam shouted at us through the megaphone.
We fly up to the shuttle again, narrowly missing a snap and grab it by the fin. It tries again to shake us off, but we start climbing up the fuselage. A chunk of the outer hull peels away in Danny's hands. "I always wanted to ride on the Space Shuttle, just not on the outside!" Danny shouted as I look up ahead.
"Hang on!" I said and I push myself towards the front of the shuttle and I phase through the windshield and grab the gem. "Yes!" I exclaimed as I hold up the gem. Danny flies up next to me and said. "Awesome, babe." I smile when immediately the Shuttle reverts to its inanimate form, halting and falls straight down. By the looks of it, it's going to land on the Fenton Jet.
Danny goes intangible and flies into the shuttle cockpit, sitting at the controls. I phase through the windshield as well and stand next to him. "Do you even know how to fly this?" I asked him. "I've run the simulation a million times on my computer." He replied.
"Well, I guess it's better than nothing." I said as Danny jabs at various buttons and switches, activating the landing gear. I grab onto hsi chair as the shuttle approaches the jet, but it narrowly misses. Danny releases the parachutes and brings the shuttle to a safe landing. He slumps tiredly, smiles briefly at the controls. "Way to go, Danny!" I exclaimed and kissed his cheek. He smiles and takes my hand and the two of us fly back outside.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the eagle has landed intact!" Danny announced and I just shake my head at him with a smile on my face.
"Attention Daniel Fenton and (y/n) (l/n), AKA Danny Phantom and the Ghost Girl. Give yourselves up!" One of the Guys and White orders over a megaphone. Two GiW jets start approaching, one of them firing a torpedo at the Fenton Jet. Danny and I shield our faces as there was a blue-white explosion, sending debris everywhere.
However, Sam and Tucker spring out of the smoke cloud on a pair of motorcarts, perfectly safe and sound. "Yes!" Danny and I exclaimed while the agents fire more torpedos and Sam and Tucker drive to evade them, Danny and I zoom after them in the air. Placing a hand on their carts, we make them intangible and we all sink through the tarmac.

We phase back up on a roadway in the middle of nowhere. I pull out the Gem of Life as Danny pulls out the Thermos. "Let's just put you someplace where your ghostly energy can't get out." I said as I drop the gem into the device. "One Reality Gem found, two to go."
"We'll never make it across the country in time on these things!" Sam scoffs. Flying over, Danny pushes a button on Sam's dashboard. The cart converts itself into a hovercraft and Sam smiles. "And now we will." He said then he offers his crooked arm to me and said. "Shall we?" I nod and take his arm while Tucker converts his cart as well, and the four of us sail off into the sunset.
"Can you hurry it up, Tucker? We're on a deadline. Emphasis on ." Sam said, her arms crossed her shoulders and an annoyed look on her face while Danny and I finished our dinner. We stopped at a restaurant called Good Eatin' All-Nite Bar-B-Que Restaurant for the night and, of course, Tucker was taking his time to eat. "We have to eat, Sam. And I'm a meat connoisseur in the land of barbeque and bacon fat." Tucker said as he picks up a whole fried chicken and begins to eat.
A nationwide search continues for the ghost-powered teenagers.
Gasping, we look up to see Lance Thunder on the TV and an image of Danny and I transforming from ghost to human was behind him.
If you have any information, please contact local authorities.
The diner cook, the waitress, and a customer drinking coffee at the bar all turn to look at us then pull out their cellphones. "Uh, sorry about this." Danny said and he fires three litte ecto-beams at each of the people's hands, knocking their cellphones off of their hands. "Hey, I still had minutes left!" the older gentleman said. "You gotta watch those roaming charges." I said as the four of us run out of the restaurant.
We take off on the hovercars again, Danny now driving Tucker's car and I was riding with Sam, instead of us using our powers. "But Thursday's all you can eat night!" Tucker argued. "Not if we're in jail! We're trying to save our parents, remember? Wherever they are." Danny said to him, angrily, anf we fly off as we head to Nevada.
*JAZZ'S POV*
We were stuck in the train cart, waiting around. Suddenly I see the other adults start whispering to each other then Mr (l/n) whispers something in Dad's ear. Dad turns to us and said. "This is--wait a minute!" Mom places her hand in his shoulder and said. "Settle down now, Jack. It's all right. This whole business about Danny being the ghost boy has got me just as confused and baffled as you."
"Now you know how we feel." Mrs (l/n) said, gesturing towards her and her husband. "Listen, (mother's name) I promise you, we didn't do anything to your daughter. We never knew!" Mom said to her. "Imagine, our own son has had ghost powers all this time and has kept them a secret from us. But we love him! I wonder why he or (y/n) didn't trust us enough to tell us." Dad said, confused while the (l/n)'s nodded in agreement.

"Hmm, let me guess." I said, sarcastically. Then I mimic my parents. " No, Jack, let's dissect the ghost. " Then I fold my arms across my chest and said, sarcastically again. "You guys are so understanding."
"Oh my gosh!" Mrs (l/n) exclaimed as she looked at my parents in horror. "No wonder, our daughter was scared to say something."
"Your beloved children have but a day to return my Reality Gems. Should they fail, well, let's just say I've got plans." Freakshow said as he approaches us. "So in other other words, we're just gonna sit around until you get your stones. Not much of a bad guy, are you?" I said to him, unimpressed.
"What's that?" He asked me narrowly.
"Well, you don't have any powers. I mean technically Lydia's a lot stronger than you, and without her--" I started to say until he started to have a tantrum.
"I will not--be upstaged--by ghosts!" He shouted, eye twitching.
"Wow. Jealous much?" I said, giving a knowing look to mom.
"Of ghosts? Untrue. I love ghosts. Worked with them all my life." Freakshow replied. "Yeah, by seeking to control them! That's major ghost envy I've ever heard." I said. "I don't have ghost envy!" he shouts in my face.
Lydia phases through the next car over and lands on the ground a few paces away. "Use the door like a person!" Freakshow shouted at her.
*YOUR POV*
Danny and I were flying as we pass a billboard reading Gothapalooza: 5 miles. "Gothapalooza! The ultimate celebration of despair and darkness." Sam said.
But we all pull up, gasping. Cresting a ridge, we discover a sunny grassy valley of flowers, smiling teddy bears, and cheerful banners surrounding a giant pink teddy. We land, and a wave of teddy bears approach us. "We love you!" the teddy bears said. "Destroy them, you two!" Sam said as several colorful bears leap up to hug her and she tries to yank them off. "Find the gem that did this and rip the stuffing out of every last one of them!" She exclaimed as She tears the head off a teddy, and is immediately bowled over by several more affectionate bears.
I float up and said. "Somehow I don't think that'll be necessary. May I have the Gem of Form?" I asked the bears. "Say the magic word!" they said. "Die?" Sam asked, annoyed. "Please?" Danny and I asked them, sweetly.
The sea of teddy bears parts to let through a pink bear carrying the glowing yellow stone, which Danny accepts. He begins to drop it into the thermos but then he flashes the gem around. The grassy meadow becomes a desert metal concert reminiscent of Burning Man, peopled with pierced and tattooed goths of questionable hygiene. Sam relaxes as the two teddy bears hugging her turn into goths, dropping her arms around their shoulders. "Aahh. I love the smell of anti-establishment in the evening." She said a smile on her face.
"Two gems down, one to go." Danny said as he puts the gem in the Thermos. "And less than 24 hours to find it." I informed him.
And then goths start screaming and a GiW tank bears down on us. It fires a torpedo at Danny and I, which misses and crashes into a rock formation. We grab Sam and Tucker by their collars, goes intangible, and flies through the nearest rock formation. On the other side, we sees a semi traveling along a highway, and we fly inside it.
Inside the truck are bales of newspapers. Danny looks down at then and said. "What's this?" He picks up one and said, exasperated. "Oh, great."
"What?" I asked then Danny shows us the paper. The main headline reads ! and has headshots of all four of us.
The next morning in San Diego, the truck stops at Hollywood and Vine and we phases through to land on the sidewalk, Danny and I in ghost mode. As the truck pulls away, we see a giant screen behind us showing Danny and I morphing from human to ghost and back and flashing the words Ghost Boy's and Girl's identity revealed.
Cameras flash, and people start to gather around us, snapping pictures of Danny and I. We try to hide our faces, grabbing our friends and sinking intangibly through the ground.
We emerge in the subway station. "We've just gotta find a train that's headed for the comic book convention without drawing any attention." Danny informed us then a voice behind us said. "Dude! Great costume!" we turned to see a guy dressed up as Danny Phantom with a girl that was dressed up like me. "You too! You look great!" The girl complimented me and her and the boy run off over to the train. Following them, we see people lined up at a train labeled . More than half of them are dressed as either Sam or Danny Phantom or Ghost Girl.
"I think we found our train." Tucker said, smiling. And we walk closer to the train. "What? No Tuckers? Am I not geek-worthy?" Tucker asked, annoyed, while Sam, Danny and I laugh at this. We board yeh train and happen to look out to see the GiW walking up to a Danny and Ghost Girl cosplayers. They look towards the train and we wave at them as the train takes off.

Remorse
I have killed many people over my long life. Men, women, children. None have escaped the shadows that I control. It was only one tiny mistake that I made that changed my life forever. I underestimated her, and I would pay for my hubris. “For every death you have given, you will feel their pain.” What? “For every person you have killed, you will feel regret.” Wait, wait… “For every murder you have commited, you will know what you have done.” I don’t think this is going to be pretty. The power leaves her voice as she continues in a softer tone. “I will give you back what you have lost, you will feel empathy again.” Her power releases me and I fall to the ground. Diana. That was her name. I will remember it. ******** This story starts out somewhat dark, but it will lighten up after the first chapter. I tend to not enjoy the psychological tag too much since stories with the tag tend to be a little insane for my liking, but I feel that I would be remiss not putting it on this story, since a lot of it is about the psychology of the main character. All the content warnings are checked since I want to leave my options open to me for the future. I hope you enjoy.

Small Pond
In a world without systems, levels, or any standard power levels, Faust is a naturally skeptical person who always asks questions first and accepts after he gets confirmation. A lot of it. With some information unknown to the reader, represented as [?], Faust is left to discover who kidnapped him, where he is, if magic exists, and what to do while the reader silently observes him. And as for the YOU dear reader, I'll need your help choosing some things... Small Pond isn't meant to be a high-paced action light novel, but instead, there's a greater focus on world and character building in order to create a greater narrative. Expect the unexpected in this story ;) The release schedule will be paused, for now, I'm going to try and spend some time rethinking the intro and work on school.
