《The Ninth Eeveelution》Unbinding Chains

Ash slowly got up from the crater. As I jumped at Giovanni. I used shadow ball and sent them both flying out, crashing into the shards if glass on the floor.
"Ghasteon?" I heard Ash say. I turned to look at him, and smiled a bit. He sighed in relief. "I'm so glad you're okay."
Giovanni stood up in the distance.
"Curse you Ketchum! I will personally clobber you for ruining my operations!" He bombarded.
I walked in front of Ash, looking back at him.
"You'd do that for me?" He asked. I nodded back as I ducked into a stance and faced my opponent. "Alright. Let's do this."
Giovanni screamed at Hypno as it recovered. "Use that flying metal thing-move... whatever!"
Hypno, holding it's head, swung it's pendulum violently at Ghasteon. It extended in length and the metal ring at the end expanded to the size of a small car.
"Ghasteon! Dodge and use shadow ball!" Ash yelled.
But I have different plans. Sorry Ash. I charge up my move remembering Pikachu's words. It's now, or never.
Dark memories of death intruded my mind as I started to lose concentration. That shadow that hit me in the forehead. My own dead body.
I fought through them all as I unleashed my attack. Purple translucent chains erupted from the ground as the pendulum smashed against them, reflecting Hypno's advance. Ash stared in awe at my new move.
"We should call the move ghost chains!" He muttered. Now is not the time Ash. Though, I do suppose it's necessary, because Ash needs to somehow communicate the move. I'll roll with it.
Giovanni shouted insults in the distance. But to both Ash and I, it was white noise.
"Ghasteon! Use shadow ball and get up close!"
I obeyed, charging orbs of dark energy. My move points had built up from neglect, and I was about to unleash all of it. The shadow balls orbited around me as I charged forward with a steady run.
"Use psybeam!" Giovanni ordered. Hypno sent a funnel of purple energy as I approched. I increased my shadow ball's size and threw them at the pokemon. Hypno's attack was completely blocked by my orbs and a vast explosion shock the entire facility.
I jumped back to Ash's side as the tall ceiling crashed down on the cloud of dust that erupted from my move. I squinted as the particles cleared. Hypno was in a defensive stance, behind a semi-transparent shield. What is that? Is it like my chains or something?

The Hypno's shield disappeared as the dust cleared. It produced a ball of blinding yellow energy and a web of beams shot out from it, directed towards me.
"Use ghost chains!" I heard Ash shout behind me. I concentrated for a bit before several tight chains emerged from the floor, diving into the ceiling. The yellow beams shot off the shield and reflected every which way, demolishing the place further.
"Make a really big shadow ball," Ash whispered behind me. "And go around it to attack from the flank. Then use shadow claw."
I nodded at his instructions. Behind the cover of my chains, I charged a shadow ball almost reaching the high ceiling, making it the size of a house. The air rushed around me and Ash, flapping his clothing violently.
When the chains lowered, Giovanni and Hypno stumbled back in horror and awe as I unleashed a practical nuke.
Hypno swung it's pendulum at the ball, breaking it apart and dissipating it completely. I was slightly shocked at how it did that, but I continued running. They didn't notice as I circled behind them and jumped past Giovanni, hitting Hypno with a shadow claw in the back of it's head.
Giovanni lounged at me, but I summoned more chains and wrapped them around his legs and arms, binding his arms behind his back and forcing him down. I used psychic shortly after and tore the pendulum away from Hypno's grasp. It reached for it, but I broke it in half before dropping it to the ground.
I created a chain and whipped it at the pokemon, sending it flying elsewhere and knocking it out cold. Ash ran up to me as I forced Giovanni onto his knees.
"Great job, Ghasteon." Ash panted. Ash looked around absent mindedly into the darkness. "We need to find Bonnie."
He took off past me and I sprinted after him, taking the binded Giovanni with me.
BONNIE POV A FEW MINUTES EARLIER
Bonnie looked up at Akuma with anger. Her limbs felt weak and the burn wounds and brusies stung. The man stood over the girl with Geareon standing behind him on guard.
"You shouldn't have ever messed with me." Akuma spoke.
Bonnie, with what little strength she had left, felt around for anything to help her. A stary dart made it's way into her hand. She glanced over at it as the man bellowed and braced in front of her.
Swiftly, she sprung from the floor and swung her arm at him violently. The dart dug into his ribs as Akuma kicked the blonde back into the wall. But before he could speak, he realized her scheme. Akuma's world spun rapidly as he stumbled back in dizziness. He finally fell to the floor on his back, muttering curses until he was knocked out.

Geareon growled in anger as is pounded on Bonnie, putting pressure in her stomach. She wheezed a bit.
Suddenly, Pikachu, from seemingly no where, head butt the side of Geareon's torso, sending it off Bonnie. With it stunned temporary, Bonnie wasted no time in getting up as the yellow rodent jumped up to her.
"Pikachu!" Bonnie whispered. Geareon rose up from it's shock behind the blonde, unnoticed.
Pikachu jumped and used thunderbolt. It hit the metal pokemon and it ducked down a little on it's front legs. Bonnie turned and looked at Geareon.
With sparks still coming out of it, Geareon jumped at Bonnie, knocking her onto the floor. Her hands fell onto a metal contraption behind her. Bonnie quickly popped the thing into her hands and smashed it against Geareon's head shattering both the gun and the side of the pokemon's head.
Geareon fell to the floor as the lights on it's metal body dimmed, until it became a dead husk.
"That... was a bit easy. Too easy." Bonnie said to herself. She was hurt, but no longer in immenent danger. She sat up, before jumping to her feet.
"Ash!" She cried. She ran past the subdued entities and into the security room. She found Dedenna, fainted in a corner, and secured him in her bag. She next opened the computer up and slid over the island, before stopping and flicking through the cameras.
'NO CONNECTION. PLEASE SEEK MAINTENANCE TEAM.'
That was the only thing she saw when she went through the cameras.
'Is this a system precaution? Or did Ash do something?' She thought. Tears reached her cheeks as she came to the thought of what could have happened.
She took off out of the security room and rushed down the stairway.
'No, no, no, no!' She thought rapidly. Pikachu bounded down the flights behind her.
GHASTEON POV
The captive crime boss shouted as we got near the exit.
"Let me go! You little-"
I forced a chain over his mouth, muffling him. Ash rushed through the empty steel halls and encountered an intersection.
"Uhh..." he mumbled, scratching his head. "This way!"
He ran down the left hand hall. I looked to the right and saw a staircase.
I don't know how to get out of here, but that's probably it.
I produced a small chain and pulled Ash back to me. I nodded head at the stairway.
"Oh."
Just then, a team rocket member rushed down the stairs. Ash and I ducked into a stance, ready to fight as I hissed.
"Ash! Ghasteon!" The member cried.
Oh. It's just Bonnie.
Bonnie hugged Ash as I awkwardly sat to the side.
"I thought something happened to you!" She spoke. Giovanni's muffled yelling was getting pretty annoying, so I whacked him in the back of the head, knocking him out.
Pikachu jumped to his trainer and nuzzle him.
"I missed you too, buddy!" He half cried. I smiled at Pikachu.
Ash, Bonnie, Pikachu, and I along with our captive made out way to the surface, to an abandoned compound.
The sun was in the middle was the sky, shining down on our light deprived eyes. It was a little blinding, at first.
"Uhh... Ash?" Bonnie asked. "How long were we down there?"
"It was sunset when we got here." He responded. Bonnie's eyes widened.
"Serena and my brother are gonna kill us."
"Yup."
TIMESKIP
Ash, Bonnie and I crept into the hotel room. The walk was long, about a few hours and it was dark. It also took some time to report Giovanni to officer Jenny and the location of the base. It takes a while for humans to file paper work.
We attempted to be as silent as possible, and Ash and Bonnie still had their team rocket uniforms on.
The trainers made their way to the kitchen setting there things down. Pikachu quiet jumped over the couch and crouched in a corner.
Suddenly, the lights flicked on and everyone froze.
"Huh?" A drowsy Serena mumbled. She rubbed her eye as she stared at Bonnie, Ash and I.
There was a long, awkward pause.
"TEAM ROCKET!" Serena screamed. She stumbled onto the floor in panic.
"No, no... I... uhh...." Ash mumbled.
"It's just us!" Bonnie yelled. Climont ran into view.
"Bonnie?" He whispered. She sighed.
"The one and only."
"I don't know if I should yell at you or hug you."
"Long story, can we go to sleep know and explain later?"
"No."
Climont dragged the trainers to the table and sat them down.
I simply walked away from that. I'm not explaining anything. That's their problem, and I have my pillow waiting for me.
I hope Bonnie and Ash are able to actually to sleep tonight.
