《The Ninth Eeveelution》A Name

"ASH! SERENA! GUYS?!" a voice yelled. I was woken by a yell. I saw a human looking at me. He had blonde hair and glasses, and he looked distressed. I stayed in place, staring back at the man. The pokemon I saw sleeping earlier surrounded the table, leaving no escape.
Three other humans plus Pikachu and a Braixen ran into the room. I think one of these people is Pikachu's trainer.
"What is that and why is it in here?" The blonde with glasses said. The smaller girl with similar blonde hair kneeled down to look at me. He eyes lit up and she patted my tail.
"So fluffy!" she said.
The other three humans just looked at me with concern.
"Is it an Espeon?" The human with black, spiky hair asked.
"I don't think so." The woman with long brown hair and the man with glasses said. He pulled out a familiar looking red square.
"No data. No data. Unknown Pokemon. Last sighting: June 8th."
"Woah!" the Human with the black hair shouted. "A new Pokemon!"
Pikachu jumped from his shoulder and said some things to the other pokemon. They relaxed and walked away. The girl with brown hair crawled under the table and picked me up. Her aura was friendly, so I let her.
"My name is Serena!" she said. "That's Climont, Bonnie, and Ash!"
Timeskip cuz i'm too lazy
The group sat in front of the black metal box. Serena called it a TV. The red matal square was called a pokedex, and the white and red orbs were Pokeballs. Pikachu caught me up with some human things.
The TV came to life, displaying a man in a white coat. Ash said something of him being a person named Professor Oak.

"Hello Ash! Serena! Bonnie! Climont!" he greeted. I snuggled a little in Serena's arms.
"Hello professor!" Serena greeted. "We found a new pokemon, and we were wondering if you knew what it was. The pokedex had no data about it."
Serena put me down on the floor and I faced the camera.
"Interesting!" Oak exclaimed. "I've never seen anything like this before!" He studied me a little.
"From the looks of it, it seems very similar to an Espeon. It has many features from many of the Eeveelutions! I think we can say that this is a undiscovered evolution of Eevee! Do you know what type it is?"
Ash shrugged.
"We don't. But it's a little see-though, and there these little orbs things floating around. It's eyes glow too."
"It may be ghost type. I think we should name it!" Oak exclaimed.
"Yeah!" Ash shouted. "But what should we name it?"
"How about Ghasteon?" Oak suggested. The group was silent for a few moments, before Serena chimed in.
"I think it's the perfect name!"

Mistbound: Eternity
The world is said to be formed out of duality of man. Good and evil, right and wrong, light and dark. And with duality, comes conflict. A meaningless clash of ideals results in pointless wars. Azlan is wanderer who doesn't falls in either category. Tired and done with the redundant world, he lives his secluded life, hunting monstrosites for coin in the crumbling province of Mountaliya, situated in the land of Forsa. The premise follows Azlan as he explores the province, experiencing the culture and its people as they try to stand unshaken amidst a cold and unforgiving world. The story is a dark fantasy that is a balance of action and world building but most importantly, it follows the people going about their daily lives. The world has entered a state of stasis, there are no high stakes, no glory to be had, only a decaying realm of ice remains. Everyone awaits for Heaven's descent, an event prophesied to bring the world out of stasis, by granting the champion of the event a wish. Heaven Shall Descend. I wanted to write a high fantasy story that doesn't focuses too much on Magic and Swordfights, but rather interactions between people, a bit of politics and ideals. This is my first attempt at writing something this huge, please let me know if you see mistakes or any problems in general, so I can learn from them. (The cover picture is from the year 1818, "Wanderer Above the Mist" by Caspar David Friedrich). I also write Short stories set in the same shared universe. You can read them here: Dark Fantasy Short Stories.

"Looking at the sunset behind me, I realize something. There is a long red trail following me. Sitting on the surface of the ocean, following the small waves and darkened by the twilight sky. "That's my blood, that is a lot of my blood," I say aloud. As if I didn't have enough to worry about already. Now I need to make sure I don't die from blood loss. I need something to stop the bleeding. With nothing better to use, I rip off my sleeve and use it as a bandage. It will help a little but without anything to disinfect the area, I'm at risk of it turning really ugly. I will just have to work with what I have for now. Shore can't be that far away. The island of Kheran is fairly close to the mainland. I've already been out here a while, drifting in the right direction. I estimate to be out of here by the end of the night. That is, if I don't freeze to death. With the water being as cold as it is, I need to keep kicking and paddling to get my heart rate up." In this thrilling, first-person narrative, a defected soldier finds himself adrift in a dire, life-or-death situation. With missing memories and few guesses as to how he got here, his lif quickly becomes a game of survival. Follow his journey through this exhilarating heart-pounder, with fluidly woven descriptions and page-turning surprises. With room for the imagination to bound with unpredictable twists and turns, this realistic science fantasy novel will have pages turning until the end. Patreon page: The Bringer

People have always thought that the undead would come from hell - that they would rise from their graves to bring their torments upon the earth. They never thought that they would come from the heavens instead and rain upon the world like divine judgment. Ten years had passed since that day. Evan had thought that he had seen all there is to see. What remained of civilized society couldn't recover. Millions of zombies wandered in every city, and thousands more roam the countryside. Every day was a struggle to survive just as it had always been. He, as well as most of the survivors that remained on earth, had resigned themselves to a life of wandering until their deaths. Their last hope was news of an underground settlement being constructed to the far west, outside the eyes of the wandering and falling undead. But then they encounter a girl who had survived in the middle of a heavily-infested city. She claims that she knows of a way to end the apocalypse once and for all. What should he and his group do?

You always were something else, weren't you? Those eyes, too brown for your own good, and that old jacket that you loved to death - falling apart, but you didn't care.Looking at it now, I suppose it was inevitable. That it would always end up like this - you, in a hospital bed, and me, on the outside.Note: This is a work that has previously been posted on AO3, so if you follow me over there, it might look familiar!
