I watched as Charlie and Lewis (my 2yr old brother and sister) ran around, screaming and hitting each other.
I blocked my ears as they ran past me, screaming.
Jeez, there loud, I laughed as Lewis fell over. He got up and giggled, then started chasing Charlie again. I shovel another spoon full of my breakfast into my mouth. Soon enough I am finished.
Mum and dad walked into the kitchen. I smiled at them, then put my bowl in the sink. I heard a bang and whipped around as fast as I could.
With my mum's expression, I knew exactly what was wrong.
Rogues, May and I think simultaneously. I growled and was about to shift but dad stood in front of me.
"What?" I growl, getting annoyed. My father looked shocked.
"You're not going out there," He said calmly, yet you could hear the fear in his voice. I sighed in defeat.
"Fine," I huffed, and he smiled, but when I glared at him he stopped. I rolled my eyes then let them go to fight.
Charlie and Lewis ran up to me. They pointed to mum and dad.
"Mummy?" Charlie asked, confused. I gave her a small smile.
"She'll come back, and daddy." I reassured them. They smiled and clapped there hands. I laughed and took there hands in mine.
I walked them to the emergency room, we're all the mothers and children were. I walked in and thanked the guard, then he closed the door and locked it, and I heard him walk off.
Probably to join the fight, May stated. I mentally nodded my head okay, then made sure everyone was alright.
Charlie and Lewis were still holding my hands, and we walked to the door incase anyone got in and we didn't want them to.

I heard a big gunshot from outside, and then a howl.
That sounds like dads howl, I told May.
No, it couldn't be. Lots of wolves have the same howl. It could have been anyone... She stated, but it sounded like she was trying to persuade herself as well.
With my werewolf hearing, I could hear a gruff voice on the other side. May and I both thought the same thing; rogue.
I turned around and made a shooshing gesture with me hand, and everyone went quiet. I heard the rogue walk away and I turned around.
"I'm scared," Charlie said worriedly as she clung to my arm. Lewis nodded in agreement and clung on to my other arm. I sighed knowing that I couldn't keep them in here forever.
"I know. But when the fight is over, mummy and daddy will be fine," I said.
I hope, I sighed heavily to myself.
They'll be fine, May tried to reassure me. I hoped she was right.
A guard came rushing into the emergency room. He looked at me worriedly.
Uh oh, I told May.
Yeah. What do you think's wrong? She asked.
I don't know. But we're about to find out, I replied.
"What's wrong?" I asked him, worried. He whimpered. Okay, something is definitely wrong.
"What's wrong?" I asked more firmly. The guard flinched.
"Your parents... the Alpha... the Luna... they're... they're dead..." He said.
Did I hear him correctly?
"What..?" I asked, my voice barely a whisper. Tears stung my eyes.
"They're dead." He repeated. This cannot be happening...

Musical Land Trilogy
In an alternate universe where famous historical figures are all living in one era and musicals are their every day life, fourteen-year-old Marie Curie has been told that following her passion in science will lead to a future of flipping burgers and waiting tables. As hard as she tries, the arts remain an enigma to her. She is selected to attend Presley High, one of the most prestigious schools in the city, as part of a social experiment to help her grades. With budding geniuses all around her, she feels doomed to be forever an outcast. However, when she stumbles upon a secret which shakes the foundation of Musical Land, she realizes targets from bullies aren't as terrifying as targets from the president of the city. **This is a historical (fan)fiction, so technically I don't own these characters/real life humans. And I also take creative liberties with them, so they're not exactly who they are in real life, but that's what makes it fun!** Chapters every Tuesday and Thursday

Born a bit too late to explore the world, yet far too early to explore space, Graham Lattem is your average 61 year old man - if a little wanderlust filled. That being said, he has a happy home, loving wife, children who check up on him, and a decent retirement fund to live out his golden years modestly. Then it happens. [System Initialization Commencing…] A trick of the light, surely. [Planetary Merger Protocol 331 Enabled] Rumbling can be heard in the distance. Shouts. Cries of anguish. A horrible, ear numbing crashing sound. An earthquake. A hole opens in the middle of his home, and our protagonist falls in as a swirling vortex consumes him. Mountains as far as the eye can see greet Graham as he opens his eyes. Well, and more glowing words: [Welcome To The Macrocosm] [Good Luck] Far away from his family in a world hell-bent on his demise, how will this old, arthritis ridden man survive? Did I mention he has cancer? ===================================================================== Aiming for at least 1 chapter every other day, though there is a very big chance it will more oftentimes than not be more than that! This is my first ever story. One that I’ve been wanting to write for awhile. The system is most definitely inspired by Randidly Ghosthound and The New World, but I promise the story is different! Please point out any mistakes, as I’d love to improve! Also the warnings are just to let me experiment.
8 204Steps of the Immortal Tree
Evan stood on a hill, staring calmly at the gate of his former clan. A crowd waited behind him, some eyeing the clan in an unresigned manner, others looking at their spiritual support. Some of the young children shivered at the gnawing cold. Wind howled in his ears, seemingly deploring his fate. A silvery cloud drifted over the mountains surrounding the compound. The roar of a river could be heard from underneath its frozen surface. He had reincarnated many years ago. Hailed as a prodigy from his youngest age, Evan had seemingly tread on a path to invincibility. He had gotten married with his childhood sweetheart and had cultivated with a group of friends, forming a considerable power of his own. Yet now, here he was, devoid of any path to move forward, with his energy locus destroyed. His wife was dead and his branch had been kicked out of the clan. He looked at his progeny that had been entrusted to him. The baby seemed content in his father’s strong arms, too young to understand anything but the warmth of the father’s beating heart. Signaling to the people behind him, he turned around and the procession gradually disappeared in the distance, as the sun gradually set and the stars acted as a guide. --- Author-san here. This is my first fiction, so I appreciate any and all feedback! (^^) The cover picture is by Yuji Himukai (as pointed out by Truis). I found it on the internet. Please contact me if you want to have it taken down. If anyone is interested in drawing a cover, send it to me. I'll put it up if I feel it represents the book well, with your name in the credits.
