《Tooth And Claw || Kellic (mpreg) ✔》Chapter 32

EDIT
Things have been hard these past few days. All of us have been working hard on what we're going to do about the Cematos. Kyle is still down in the basement, and we've all been taking part in trying to get him to calm down, but nothing will work. None of us know what they did to calm him down last time, and maybe he can't calm down anymore. But, surely there's a way for him to calm down, and to control his powers. There was last time after all.
Laying down in one of the couches, Ashery, Tate and Ryker run up to me and start meowing and barking up at me, before Ryker jumps up onto me, causing me to groan. Ryker isn't exactly the smallest of the three of them, try the biggest of the three.
He starts licking at my face, before pawing at my chest round near my nipples. He whimpers at me, rubbing his head against my cheek.
Sighing, I lift Ryker off my chest, with much difficulty, and set him down next to his siblings, before I get off the couch and lead my three hungry pups over to a pile of blankets on the floor where I change into my cat form and lay down on my side, as Ryker, Ashery and Tate lay down in front of my stomach and start suckling on my nipples to get milk.
As I'm laying here while my pups feed, I close my eyes and try and get some rest before we all eventually have to meet with the Cematos. The others have explained exactly what's going to happen, or, at least what we're all going to do. I just hope we can convince them without any blood needing to be spilt.
Lifting my head up off the blankets, I notice the others walking into the room. They all looked as though they were afraid of something, yet ready to fight something.

That's when it hit me. We're going out to face the Cematos soon. There's a chance that every one of us will die soon, even the pups. I don't want that at all, so hopefully we can come away from all this with no bloodshed. Though, I've got a feeling that one of us wont survive any of this if we manage to prove to the Cematos that not every hybrid is a danger.
Once the pups are finished feeding, they move away from me, allowing me to stand up on all four paws and shake my fur out as well as stretch my legs out. After I've done that, I go into the room that my pups and I have been sleeping in, and get dressed after I've changed back into my human form.
This all has to be done to erase the rule of all hybrids must be killed. It must be erased so all hybrid pups are allowed a chance at life, and older hybrids don't has to life in fear of being killed. I don't care if I'm going to die today, all I care about is Ryker, Ashery and Tate getting a chance to grow up and live their lives to the fullest till it's their time to pass on out of this world. They shouldn't have their life cut off so short. No one should.
Walking over to my pups, I sit down next to them on the floor, as they lay down next to me, resting their heads on my thighs. I stroke a hand through each of their fur, before looking up and around the others who looked just about ready to go.
"Kellin." Billie says, walking over to me. "We must hurry if we want to get there before the Cematos do." He says.
I sigh, nodding my head, before looking down at my pups. They looked so peaceful right now, like they don't have a care in the word. But, they know for a fact that something bad is looming up a head. They may be young - only a month and a half - but they understand that there's something wrong, they just don't know what it is.

I honestly don't want to have to take them to the confrontation with us, but I have to. Just like Alan and Austin have to take Nala, and Johnnie has to take Avery and Tyler. Though, I'm not entirely sure what we're going to be doing about Kyle, all I know is that we're taking him with us.
Hannah and Merton come over to me and my pups and each of them lift one of them up, Merton holding Tate, and Hannah holding Ashery, leaving me to hold Ryker.
We then walk outside of the house with Alan following along behind us with Nala, and Johnnie and Kyle's girls Avery and Tyler. I'm guessing Johnnie asked Alan to take Avery and Tyler outside for him as I had noticed him follow Jenna, Tay and Austin down into the basement where Kyle is being held for now.
Once we get to the van, we take the pups inside and get them seated inside the van with Merton watching them with Hannah, as Alan and I get out of the van and went back inside the house to see Austin carrying an unconscious Kyle up the basement stairs followed by Johnnie, Jenna and Tay.
My tail flicks round behind me nervously as I just notice that it's came out again along with my kitten ears. This is all about to happen. We're all going to face the Cematos, and if it results in a fight, Merton, Tommy, Tony and Hannah are going to take the pups somewhere safe, driving the van as far as possible from all the fighting and protect the pups as much as they can, till the Cematos catch up with them and they are killed. I just hope it won't come down to a fight.
"Jenna, what did you give him to knock him out?" Billie asks, looking at Kyle's sleeping form in Austin's arms.
"Just a little something Merton, Tay and I whipped up." She shrugs. "Though, I'm not sure how long it'll last." She admits. "We didn't exactly get a chance to test out,"
Billie nods. "Let's just hope it'll hold for now." He says.
Then finally, we're all heading out to the van and getting in, with Tommy driving us to wherever it is that we're meeting the Cematos. It's a bit of tight squeeze in the van, but we all manage it, and we're off, to where we need to be.
I feel myself start to fill with nerves, and I notice Alan is the exact same next to me. I can practically feel him shaking with fear next to me, and his fear scent is hanging off him in large amounts.
Placing a hand on his thigh gently, he jumps under my touch, before looking over at me. He calms down slightly, and I give him a reassuring smile. Though, I'm not sure how reassuring it even is.
None of us know what's going to happen when we face the Cematos, and if we're all going to make it out alive. But, there's a chance we will, and the rule that all hybrids are to be killed along with their parents will be erased from the code. There's a fifty percent chance that we'll win, and a fifty percent chance that we'll fail. Hopefully we win, with no casualties.
But, in situations like this, someone usually dies now don't they? It's just a question of who won't be making it out alive if we do end up winning, but ones of us dies.
I guess, it's just, may the odds be on our side, and we win this.
*facepalm*

The Stars Have Eyes
The universe was a vast, empty, dark, and uncaring place. Then life happened, and the universe was changed forever. Only a teeny-tiny bit, but definitely different. Then again, the universe changes a teeny-tiny bit every second of every day. For instance, if someone were to get off the couch and randomly drink a glass of milk? Bam! One less glass of milk in the universe. Changed forever. Well, excluding any time-travel shenanigans, but anyone who puts a big old hole in the time-space continuum just to un-drink a glass of milk should really reevaluate their priorities. Unless, of course, they were attempting to prevent some massive catastrophe vis-a-vis said glass of milk. Such a scenario is by no means impossible, as one should never underestimate the importance of calcium. Another important tip for any life forms out there is to keep things in perspective. Some look at the vastness of creation in relation to themselves and go, ‘Man, this sucks!’ These people really need to narrow their focus. Sure, they will never affect anything happening on the other end of the galaxy, but so what? That’s way the heck over there, where it doesn’t matter. Therefore, in order to maintain a healthy mindset, it is important to narrow one’s perspective to the things and people that affect them, and that they can affect in turn. But what happens if one is an unfathomable cosmic being from beyond the veil of reality? What happens when such an existence is capable of influencing entire swathes of the universe just by its presence? A creature such as Magh'rathlak the Observer? That particular entity is only about average as far as reality-warping creatures from the dawn of time go, so its influence over the fabric of reality is rather limited. And it still struggles to keep things in perspective. That, among other things, is why it decided to narrow its worldview a bit by compressing the maddening vastness of its being into a single corporeal form. Magh'rathlak had never tried such a feat, but that wasn't about to stop it. After all, how hard could being human possibly be?

8 84The Hopeful Project
A pair of twins stumble their way into the world of blood magic, lizard people, and cultivation powered mecha-armor. And by stumble, I mean one of them falls on their face while the other laughs. [Writathon Participant] People read this far? What are you doing down here? Escape! The chapter buttons are over there, stop reading this. No? Fine. This book is an excuse to put a world I spent around 3-4 months of my life building over the pandemic into writing. I was planning on doing the writathon last year, but somehow managed to confuse October and November. Dont laugh, I'm already ashamed enough. This book is about a pair of twins, doing twin things: calling each other names, going to school, learning how to use their blood to become unstoppable, juggernaut, killing machines... You know, twin stuff. It's like if someone stuffed a school arc inside of a tournament arc inside of a war arc. A good time, basically. I hope you enjoy it.
8 81Twin Crown's Game
The game is paramount, the game decides the fate of the worlds. Living a ruined city, in a forgotten and war-torn world that was never meant to partake in the game where familial name and strength means all, two candidates struggle to survive until an odd duo makes them an irrefutable offer. Unknown to them they are about to be thrust into an eternal game as terrifying forces clash around them and normalcy becomes but a lovely notion. Candidates and families will continue to fight for power while Lillian and Sledge just want to end the suffering and conflict as they try to navigate the chaos of the game and maybe gain some control over their lives. Of course, they will learn the game isn't nearly as simple as it sounds. And when it starts, more than just the world will be flipped on its head. Completely new to this, as such the best thing is feedback. Cover made for TCG by: Roge
