《My Muted Alpha | ✔️》CHAPTER FORTY NINE

once again. The pack has become peaceful since then.
After everything was settled, Kronos did as he promised.
He had ravished me that very evening, bring me to the heights of pleasure that I never knew existed. I had woken up very sore the very next morning, my wobbly legs not being able to even make it across the room. Despite the both of us being virgins, he seemed to be a mind blowing when it came to sex. I'm guessing it was Apollo, his wolf, that assisted him that evening.
Kronos was indeed a gentlemen in the streets, but a beast in the sheets.
Blushing, my hands start cupping my cheeks in embarrassment. Recalling the events as if they were yesterday...
I screamed as my climax overtook me, falling limp.
Kronos's body slumped against mine in exhaustion, his breathing labored into my neck. I hugged his body into mine, my panting matching his own. Out of instinct, I start to feel his fangs itching the sensitive spot on my neck. It sent shivers to my spine, down to my core.
He wanted to mark me, and I would let him do just that. My hands pushed his head down softly, encouraging him. Kronos did as I requested, his fangs sinking deeply into the skin; marking me as his own.
A flash of pain had me whimpering, but instantly, it vanished and pleasure replaced it.
Soon, he retracted his fangs, pushing my head towards his neck. Searching for the right spot, my canines slowly extend before it punctured his neck. Kronos sucks in a deep breath, a deep groan leaving him.
All at once, a overwhelming sense of emotions wash over me. Not mine, but Kronos's.
I could feel what he felt, see what he saw, everything. I felt his love for me, his possessiveness, his devotion and how proud he was to have a female like me by his side.
It was then and there that I felt the bond humming, sizzling around us. Eloping us into a blissful state of a marked and mated pair.

My eyes started getting drowsy, closing and opening. Kronos noticed this, because he carefully tucked me onto his arm; pulling the blankets over us.
The last thing I heard before the darkness pulled me under was, "I love you."
By now, my face was flushed. Was it always this hot in here? Shaking it off, I start to trot down the stairs but start to get dizzy. I held a hand over my mouth, having an urge to vomit.
I breathed slowly, realizing that it had been several months since the first time he took me. Kronos and I had stopped using protection since then... because it feels better without it.
'.' Rain huffed, a smug smile on her.
I rolled my eyes.
'I'm going to have to tell Kronos soon, I hope he'll be surprised!'
'
I hope so...
That's when a voice pops in my head. One I would never get tired of hearing.
"Hey beautiful, do you want to go somewhere today?"
I giggled, thinking hard, "Sure, why not? Where are we going?"
"To the beach. I reserved a hotel for a few days there. I want to have more dates with you because we never had time in the beginning. I've already finished packing my belongings. I'll be getting the car ready," he said in the mind link, sounding shy.
I can imagine him rubbing the back of his neck, a small blush on his cheek.
"Alright, give me a few minutes to pack. I'll be down with you in a second!" I replied optimistically, cutting the link.
Going back upstairs and into the closet Kronos and I now share, I pack essential things. Clothes, money, emergency aid kit, food, etc.
Finally done packing, I rush downstairs and out of the pack house. There, stood in front of me was Kronos. Who looked rather handsome in his tux. The black Lamborghini standing there proudly behind him.
Rain said, drooling.

'Damn straight,' I replied with no hesitation.
Kronos offered a hand and took the suitcase from me as I rolled in. He put it in the trunk, slamming it before opening the door for me. I gave a thankful smile, taking a seat.
He sat down in his seat and started the engine, driving off to our paradise.
***
"Wow! Look at the sunset Kronos! Isn't it beautiful?" I exclaimed, my toes enjoying the sensation of the sand.
Kronos didn't seem to be gazing at what I was staring at though, instead, he was gazing at me. "Indeed, you truly are beautiful Rhea," he says smoothly, my name rolling off his tongue.
My eyes widened at his words, my attention now on him. I chuckle softly, "What are you saying Kronos?"
He didn't respond, instead, he went down on one knee; taking out a small box out of his pocket. I gasped, my eyes widening further.
Kronos licked his lips, seeming nervous before saying, "We had a rocky start, one where I was mute and refused to tell you many things about me. Until you broke down all my walls, taught me that not everyone was the same; how precious life truly is. Told me that I needed to respect myself before others did. You fixed me, showed me your love to my broken soul. We faced many obstacles but then again, I think it's because of all those obstacles that made me fall hopelessly even more in love with you."
Tears pricked my eyes, his words squeezing my heart impossibly tight.
"Rhea," Kronos called softly. "I know I can be clumsy. I'm not perfect. I can be shy at times with how I feel. But there is no doubt in my mind about how I feel about you. I love you, Rhea. And I'll do my best to make you the happiest woman in the world. Will you give me the honors and be my wife?'
I was a crying mess, wiping my tears furiously. Kronos waited patiently for my answer, but I couldn't find it in my heart to answer.
Eventually, I found my voice.
Crying out, I reply with, "Yes, Kronos, I will."
He gets up, and gently holds my left hand; slipping on the engagement ring. It glitters in the moonlight, his love shining in the diamond. My eyes meet his, as he wipes my unshed tears away.
Kronos leans down, catching my lips. Fireworks explode once more, flushing my body in its heat. We would have to continue this later, but right now, I had to tell him something.
I break the kiss, a sly smile on my face. "Since you're now my fiancé, I have an engagement gift for you."
He looks at me in question, generally curious. "Already?" he asks, shocked.
I nod, but giggle out, "But, the gift won't come in another nine months."
Kronos tilts his head, but the realization dawns on his features. His mouth drops, eye widened in surprise but a good one.
"Y-You're pregnant?" he stutters out, now holding my shoulders.
With a grin, I grab one of his hands and lay them on my stomach, before speaking softly, "Yes, I'm pregnant with your pup. You're going to be a Daddy."
Just then, Kronos bursts into tears. Happy ones. He starts kissing me all over the face. Saying how much he loved me, how blessed he was to ever meet me.
My heart fills with joy as he stops and hangs a arm around my shoulder, one hand over my stomach as we gazed at the moon.
We walked on the beach, blissfully happy in the moonlight, waiting for our little miracle as we made our way back to our home.

The world isn't fair. If anything, the inherent injustice of the world is what separates it from the fiction we so adore. Luis Freighthold knew this all too well, and that was why it took a bit longer than it should have to realise when he suddenly had everything he could ever have wanted. Raised in a working-class single-father home, Luis had no other escape than fiction. Specifically, vampire stories of varying quality and genre. There was something appealing about the ability to fly, turn into shadows and become smoke. Danger. An unfamiliarity with the social world that rejected him so. Was it so wrong for him to hope for a different life? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, now he had it—a lust for blood and abilities beyond the understanding of civil man. Could you really say that he had anything left to complain about? A vampire story following an unconventional vampire boy forced to accept that maybe becoming a vampire doesn't magically solve all your problems. As a matter of fact, it might just make a whole bunch of them even worse. Regardless, Luis is prepared to try everything to live up to the vampire books he had previously gorged on. What did it matter that his vampire form had no teeth, replaced instead by a long, needle-tipped tongue? He was still a vampire, wasn't he? Chapters are around 10 A4 pages long, releasing once a week on Mondays, 01:00 CET.
