i wake up feeling a presence beside me. i turn around facing billie.

i look at her for a few moments before i'm scared to death by her eyes opening.

she smiles before saying "kinda creepy you were looking at me sleep"

"i wasn't" i deny rolling my eyes

"yeah whatever,you're cute though so it's acceptable" she say

"i had fun last night" i say truthfully

honestly the most fun i've had ever since that time gigi hadid canceled on us.

she grabs her phone and mumbles a "fuck" .

"what's wrong?" i ask

"eve...she's been blowing up my phone" she say groaning

she gets out of bed and head to the bathroom. i sit up and grab my phone seeing a text message from sierra.

OMG SHES AT UR HOUSEEE?!?!? WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?!??

i scroll up seeing that i sent a picture of billie and i together at my house. oh no...i was fucked last night.

i've never gotten that drunk before.

billie comes back in the room with a irritated look on her face. "are you okay?" i ask

"yeah i'm fine. she's just going fucking crazy" she say rolling her eyes at the thought of eve

"she wouldn't be going that crazy if you agreed to get a divorce....did you tell her you were going to try with her?" i question

"i-yes i did" she sighs

"are you fucking serious? you fucking kissed me while your wife had the impression you two were trying!" i say now growing angry

seriously,why would she do that? that would make her a cheater...

i do NOT want to be in the middle of this drama. eve seems like a crazy woman no matter how many times she's cheated on billie.

"i've made it clear many times that i want you aaliyah not eve but you!"

"ok but you're still fucking married and she thinks you two are trying again. that's cheating!" i say

"before i go home i'll go to get the divorce papers" she say

"i don't know if i should trust you" i say before heading inside the bathroom

i do everything to get ready for my day before leaving out the bathroom.

i notice billie isn't in the room anymore and i head downstairs. i look up at the clock seeing it's 12pm.

"i'll be at the office if you need me" she mumbles

i don't say anything but watch her get ready to leave out the door. she turns around and walks towards me before kissing me.

i smile kissing her back before she pull away. "i promise you i'm going to go get those papers right now" she say

"better be" i say

she grabs my hands holding them in hers for a minute before turning around and leaving out the door.

i watch her drive away before i close the front door. i head upstairs and begin getting ready for work.

after i went to the courthouse and got the divorce papers i'm just now getting home.

i park the car into the garage before entering the house.

i'm immediately met with eve yelling her ass off.

"where were you?! you said you were going to the office but you're just now getting back home!"

"i went to aaliyah's house"

"why the fuck were you there?! i though we were trying things out" she say,looking like she was about to cry at any moment

"why do you always assume shit? we were just watch a movie,got drunk and i woke up"

"you're not telling me something" she say

i cross my arms getting fed up with this shit and say "we fucking kissed. we made out all night,dancing on each other and almost had sex but she wasn't ready. let me tell you if she was ready i would have,do i give a fuck about you? no,not anymore. so how about you stop pretending like you care eve. we both know ever since you said we were going to start fresh you're still fucking your manager"

"i-no i'm not!" she say defensively

"then why did you accidentally send me this?" i ask pulling up my phone and going to camera roll

she accidentally sent it to me and thought she delete in time but no i already saved it. it was a video of eve and her manager on her desk.

her legs were open while her manager was eating her out.

she become lost of words as the video play,knowing she's been caught. "but that's alright! we're getting a divorce" i say placing the paper on the table before walking away

i head upstairs and get in the shower. after my shower i put on my outfit before heading downstairs.

"bye,and don't forget to sign the papers" i smile before leaving

i get in my car and the song 'fallin' by alicia keys starts playing.
