"really?" i ask fake smiling

"yes"she smiles

i turn around and walk away. i head upstairs and pull my pants off along with my shirt.

i open the dresser and grab grey sweatpants and a grey shirt placing it on the bed.

i need to piss. i pull down my boxers as i head to the bathroom. after i pee and wash my hands i turn around to see eve standing there.

"are you not happy?" she asks crossing her arms

"i am happy,i just need to process it" i say walking towards her

i place a kiss on her forehead. "i'm going to dinner at finneas,you coming?" i ask

"sure i'll come"

"hm what happened to work?" i ask

"i decided to take off,since i found out i was pregnant" she say

i nod my head and suddenly she place her lips on mine. i kiss back and pull her shirt off.

"i just got ready" she whines

"even if this wasn't about to happen i would've made you change into something casual" i say leaving kisses on her neck

she pulls down my boxers. we walk inside the bedroom and she falls back onto the bed.

i pull off her pants and underwear before asking "you still got that condom?"

she nods her head and i walk over to her purse. i grab her wallet and open it. i pull the condom out and open the package.

i mean technically there's no point of me wearing it now but she could have gotten a false positive. you never know.

after we had our fun we changed clothes. we head to finneas house and now we are sitting at a table with my parents,finneas and claudia.

"so how have everything been with you eve?" my mom asks

everyone looks at eve and she responds by saying "fine,i found out something great today so i'm happy" and smiling

"and what would that be?" finneas asks and the whole table basically repeats that

"well...i'm pregnant" she smiles and the talking table turned silent

i cough clearing my throat. "yeah and we're very excited for it" i smile

"billie can we talk?" my mom asks me

i stand up and we walk into the other room. "billie you both know you're very busy in life right now to be having children. are you sure about this?" she asks

"i need to confess something" i say

"what is it? you can tell me anything you know that billie" she say

"i do not want the child but she's been wanting a baby for so long and i don't want to abandon the child but i simply just don't want it and i don't know what's wrong with me because i've been wanting a child with her for so long mom but now it's just...i don't even want one" i explain

she looks at me for a moment taking in the information. "i think you should tell her this,tell her how you're feeling" she say

"also i'm so fucking pissed at the fact that she literally thinks something is going on between my assistant and i! my assistant and i are like friends and she gives me advice for eve but eve just make shit worst! if she wants me to cheat on her so bad i will,cause honestly it's like she's manifesting for it to happen" i say before realizing what i just said "oh no,i wouldn't cheat,i'm just mad right now sorry"

"it seems like you two have problems that doesn't need a child in the middle of. tell her your feelings and do it right now. i don't care if i have to watch you do it,it will be done" she say

"okay i'll do it" i say before we walk back to the dining room

i sat down and all eyes were on me. well damn they looking at me like i just stuck three forks up my ass.

"are you okay?" eve asks me

"yeah,why wouldn't i be?" i smile before continuing to eat

"so billie,eve was telling us how gigi hadid canceled on you" claudia say

"shut up,it was for a good reason and i'm waiting for new meeting offers" i say

"so...who was that girl with you in those paparazzi pictures?" finneas asks

"my assistant actually" i say

i could hear eve scoff. "hmm interesting" finneas say

"can you stop being such a insecure bit-" i get cut off by my mom glare

eve roll her eyes before standing up and walking away.

"what just happened?" my dad asks

"seriously don't know what the fuck is up with her" i say rolling my eyes

"billie" my mom scolds

i groan before standing up and heading after eve.

"i'm sorry eve,i didn't mean to be cruel with my words" i say looking at her

"i don't give a shit anymore,what is your problem?" she asks

"what's my problem? girl what is your problem?! i've told you many fucking times you have not shit to worry about but yet you're still being a pain in the ass. so yes it's not my fucking fault you see her as a threat" i snap

she looks at me in disbelief before saying "you look at her in ways you use to look at me. it's so fucking obvious you don't love me anymore and you like her now. stop trying to defend yourself when you know i'm right billie. so yes i'm going to see her as a threat. i just want us to be happy but we are far from that"

"i don't like her! what look are you even fucking talking about? here you go on your delusional shit"

"i refuse to let you manipulate me billie i'm not fucking stupid. soon you will be fucking her and our marriage would be even more shit than it is now. so just tell the fucking truth" she say

"we having nothing going on! i can even get her to confirm it eve. i promise you i don't want her,i can't stress it enough. i want you,i want to be with you forever and i want us to be happy and grow old together" i say on the verge of tears

"then fire her" she speaks

i look at her weirdly. "what! no! i need an assistant! she just got the job a few days ago! are you crazy woman?! you're trying to make me fall upon my downfall!" i say

"please...for us...for our marriage"

"no,you're delusional if you think i would fire her over a stupid reason" i shake my head

"it's not that fucking hard! you fired other people for no reason so why not her!" she exclaims

"look...i can call her and you speak to her,she'll tell you all about how we have nothing going on" i try to negotiate

she thinks for a moment before saying "fine"

i nod my head pulling my phone out. i dial aaliyah's number and she answers with a "hello"

i pass the phone to eve and she puts it on speaker.

"hi,this is eve" eve say

"um hi eve" aaliyah say

"listen i need to know something and i need you to tell me the truth" eve starts

"listen,if this is about asking if ms.o'connell and i have something going on please stop thinking that,it's very disrespectful to me and my pending relationship. i would never sleep with my boss nor sleep with a taken person. ms.o'connell have told me about what you've been thinking and i couldn't help but be in distraught" aaliyah say

"oh,thank you for clarifying,have a good rest of your day aaliyah" eve say

"you too eve"

eve hangs up and i smile looking at her. "what did i tell you? you have nothing to worry about" i say

"i'm sorry,i just there was something in me telling me that-"

"i know baby i know" i say before going to kiss her "you're good now?"

"i'm good" she nods

"right so i think i should tell you...i'm not ready for a child. i don't know why but i feel like we shouldn't have the child right now..until we fix things" i say

"you're right,a child wouldn't be the best and it'll make things worse for us and the child" she agrees
