《Rioneed : VRMMORPG》A glimpse from future chapters: chapter 151

Ibru listened to his words and began to think about them carefully. He did not understand what he meant by stating all this big number of flows being found by him in the game. He doubted Bionil energy would be enough for him to correct all of these flows, so he asked him:
“Bionil, could you absorb the whole energy of Domil?”
“Yes, but I don’t recommend it. The battle you will face with him is brutal enough, you don’t need to make it more difficult.”
“I don't understand, what's the difference between the two scenarios? Either way, I'm going to stand up and try my best to kill him!”
“There's a big difference Ibru. You must know that Domil is only here with a small part of it. Killing this part is much easier than trying to absorb his whole energy as in this case you will kill the whole him not only a small part.“
“You mean that I'll kill him once and for all, not just a part of him?”
“Yes, so this is going to be a very dangerous fight.”
“But absorbing his whole energy will be enough for you to correct all these flows in Rioneed, isn’t right?
“Of course it will be more than enough. I can also upgrade with what is left from his energy a large number of your equipment or try to raise the crown of Eiz. But it's too risky for you Ibru.”
Ibro didn’t speak and began to think carefully about both options. The second option was more acceptable to him, despite the warnings of Bionil. He wanted to take the risk. He didn't know if he killed only one part of this monster would he and the game world face such disaster again. It was necessary to supply Bionil with sufficient energy so he could be able to face any surprises. He decided if he was taking risks then he should bet on the biggest prize.
“Then let's kill him completely Bionil. Start sucking his energy.”
“Bionil is warning you again about the consequences of this attempt. When I start absorbing the monster energy I won't be able to stop it. Bionil advises you to reconsider your decision.”
“I don't need to think again Bionil. Come on, suck this dirty monster dry and kill him!”
Bionil didn’t speak for long time as if he was trying to give Ibro the last chance to change his mind , nut it was in vain. Ibro urged him to start saying loudly with strange excitement like a mad man:
“Come on Bionil. Start absorbing the energy right now.”
“You're so crazy. Congratulations! Bionil has just raised your rank to be among the craziest five people I have ever dealt with! Bionil will begin the process of absorbing energy. I hope you will manage to stay alive when I'm done. Bionil Senses the monster power. Bionil finds that monster's energy is suitable for absorption. Bionil discovered that there are many other parts of the monster spread in the whole universes other than those which are here. Bionil is initiating a monster power analysis. The analysis ended successfully. The energy absorption success rate is 100%. Bionil calculates the time needed to finish the process of absorption. The total energy is bigger than what Bionil expected before. Bionil calculates the time needed to absorb the energy. Bionil calculates the time needed to absorb the energy. Bionil finished calculating the time needed to absorb the energy. The power absorption takes two whole days without stop. Bionil asks you again, have you decided to start sucking the whole powet of this beast?”

Ibru felt very surprised by how much time Bionil needed to absorb the monster's energy. Ibru became experienced at the process which Bonil used to suck the monsters energy and this time actually exceeded all of the usual time by multiple folds. However Ibru did not hesitate for a moment and said in confidence:
“Bionil start sucking the power.”
“Good luck to you mad man. Bionil is feeling the monster energy. Bionil is connecting with the monster's energy. Bionil has finished connecting to the monster energy don. Bionil begins the process of absorbing the Monster energy. Bionil absorbed the monster's power by 0.0001%. Bionil absorbed the monster's power by 0.0002%. Bionil sensed that the monster has already discovered that his energy was about to dissipate and began to look for the cause. Bionil absorbed the monster's energy by 0.0005%. Bionil warns you: Domil had discovered your existence and will attack you immediately. Be careful: Domil is channeling all his energy here preparing to attack you. Watch out! Domil started attacking you!
Ibru didn’t need to hear his warning at all to realize that Domil had already started his attack against him. Ibru just heard Bionil alarming sound then suddenly he found himself in a strange world full of darkness. He remembered his past experiences and noticed that he could no longer hear Bionil voice anymore. He looked around him to find that he could not see anything at all as if he was blind. He did not know where this place was and by time he could not feel his own body and could not even see his hands. Ibru felt that his mind was starting to be blurry and his senses were becoming dull very quickly. He didn't hesitate for a second and said with the loudest voice he could make:
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
He kept repeating that odd phrase that he learned from Bionil before. He felt that every time he said it, some sort of energy was pulsing from his body. Every pulse pushed blackness around him for a very small distance away from his body. He didn't hesitate when he felt the effects of those strange words to keep saying it like a possessed man:
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca Santo Ganegmay!”
“Nefrisca San..!”
He kept repeating this spell without any stop until everything around him began to change in a speed visible to naked eye. These energy pulses eventually managed to push the darkness around him successfully for a distance of not more than half a meter. Ibru noticed that he was hanging in the air, around him was infinite number of dark colored cilia. Even though he was surrounded by an aura of light, those cilia never stopped trying to penetrate the aura of light and destroy his body and kill him. Ibru hadn't stopped saying those words for not even one second as his life was really depending on it. Yet his spiritual aura never grew in size, but it was constant. Ibru did not lose hope. After a long time, he heard a very loud voice, so loud that he even felt his own body shaking as soon as he heard him saying sarcastically: " how ironic!" then it followed by small period of silence followed by the same fearful sound saying:

“An ignorant animal is trying to use our language and energy to fight me! You're a million years too early to stand up against me. Lose all hope of running away from me. It's your funeral today ant.”
Ibru realized that the voice he just heard and made his body tremble was the voice of Domil. Despite his inner fear he didn’t show panic rather smiled at these cilia as he continued to repeat words without stopping . Domil voice echoed again like thunder in his ears saying:
“How futile struggle you ant are making against the mighty me! You thought you could resist me? How long do you need to absorb my energy? A day? Two days? A week? What you don't know is that those words draw their power from your spiritual energy, which I think is very little. don't stop chanting and you will run out of your energy very soon, by then your body would be empty and you won't be able to defend yourself. Don’t worry I won’t kill you so rapidly, I plan to enjoy your long lonely suffering!
Ibru suddenly felt fear like never before when he heard those words but he never stopped for a moment though. He knew that these monsters rely on spiritual energy, which was a term he didn't even know what it meant, so the threat of Domil seemed real. Would his spiritual energy actually run out quickly? Would he die before killing this beast or he would resist till Bionil managed to suck all his energy and kill it? He looked at the white aura wrapping faintly around him and wondered: was that his spiritual energy? He looked at that white weak aura and then he looked at that massive blackness and innumerable cilia surrounding him. Apparently Domil spiritual energy was much higher than his. When he started to feel hopeless, he remembered Bionil last words, and then he repeated those strange words without hesitation:
“Sa Romy day!”
Suddenly he felt the aura around him was changing in shape to show The Shape of a giant sword made out of white light in front of him. He felt he could communicate with this sword. He felt the urge to hold this giant sword by his hands and wave it in the air. When he tried to move his hand towards the sword, he discovered that he could not extend his arm beyond the area which was covered by his spiritual energy. He felt frustrated as he wanted to wave that sword very badly. He felt a strange desire driving him crazily to hold this sword as if his whole life depended on it. He wanted to reach this sword to remember suddenly a similar situation he experienced before. This sudden discovery hit him and made him scream with utmost desire :
“Alfe Ta shtowy!”
It was another spell he used before. When he finished chanting it he sensed everything away from him. He didn’t need to sense anything else as he focused immediately on this sword hanging two meters in the air away from him. He felt the warm sensation of the sward hilt as if he was holding it with both of his hands. He didn’t hesitate to move his hands from horizontally from right to left. As soon as he did so he saw the sword moved following his hands movement creating a very beautiful arch of pure light in the huge darkness in front of him. He felt extremely happy and was very excited for his success in moving this sword. He suddenly noticed that every place the sword touched began to disintegrate as if it was dying. Every dying place was replaced immediately by his dim white aura accompanied by a terrifying scream of pain from Domil:
“I curse you! You want to hurt me? With that weak spiritual power you have? It's pain is just like a needle! It will never hurt me!

ATTENTION: This is soft sci-fi rather than hard sci-fi, hence why I chose that tag. For those of you unfamiliar with the distinction, here's what Wikipedia had to say. 1. It explores the "soft" sciences, and especially the social sciences (for example, anthropology, sociology, or psychology), rather than engineering or the "hard" sciences (for example, physics, astronomy, or chemistry). 2. It is not scientifically accurate or plausible; the opposite of hard science fiction. Soft science fiction of either type is often more concerned with character and speculative societies, rather than speculative science or engineering. The term first appeared in the late 1970s and is attributed to Australian literary scholar Peter Nicholls.
