“I’m didn’t see any tents nearby, so I doubt there is still someone living there. Ah, the metal on the ships doesn’t too much damaged except the holes, which make it strange. But thanks to that I can see the flag and I am sure that the ship was one of the British Battleship. If I’m not wrong, it was Warspite.”
After Hibiki finished the report, Aldebaran and Benstar doesn’t released their serious expression. No, It turned even worse.
Silently watching them from the side, they suddenly turned their attention to me with fixed expression. The hell, their intention is too easy to understand! What with ‘I want to see!’ like face! Look, your eyes are shining!
And why did you suddenly turned here? Do I need to say something?
*Cough* “Alright! Because we don’t quite understand the situation over there, we have to investigate it on land. At least, the two of us would lead around 10 people of armed men.” I suddenly feel irritated and glared at them.
The two of them exchanged a glance before nodded at me, I smiled and somehow we said the same word at the same time.
“”Then I will go.””
~Whooosh
Eh~ did I hear wrong~? The three of us ended smiled at the same time after we said it. Our serious atmosphere prevented the three girls as they standing with a cold sweat, meanwhile, Hibiki in the corner turned into stone with a dumbfounded face.
“Commander, you have injuries right~ It’s better if you take a rest and wait here~” Benstar smiled and urged to step back. As if!
“Ahaha, what are you saying Benstar~ Look at Aldebaran, his face is looked pale, I afraid he would collapse in the way, can you look over our ships?” I smiled at the Aldebaran who since we meets always grasped his belly with a pale face.
“Ahaha... I have a pale face because I never have to hold my hunger this long! And look at that green island, I can recover my energy over there. Benstar, We need the commander to guide us, so please cover our back from here?”
~Glooom
Not all of us want to back down over this mission and the situation may turn worse, well, if it turned into a fight I would lose, though.

Suddenly, our stomach growled and our face turned red. Woah, this is really breaking the mood! But thanks to that our atmosphere calmed down.
“W-well, we don’t have too much time. Let’s decide it with Rock, Paper, Scissor!” I proposed and idea which somehow they take it easily.
“Let’s do it!”
“Right, it’s better this way!”
As the others agreed with it, we moved closer and take a stance. As our atmosphere turned serious again, the three girls sighed before moving toward Hibiki to console her.
Now let’s begin!
****
“Admiral! Please let me join this expedition!”
A loud voice suddenly appears beside me when I returned toward the command room. Slightly surprised, I saw Akiyama standing while bowing at me.
He keeps his 90-degree bowing posture and it positioned right in front of the door, so I unable to go inside before I answered him. But I believe he would be in this position until I agree with him. To think he would ambush me in the good position, how cunning…
I’m a little bit troubled with him, I remembered that he keeps apologizing to me because he broke my arms. I turned toward Hosho behind me and saw her wry smile. I sighed.
“Fine, Akiyama Right? Please gather 9 men and some of the medic crew. Ah, and also maybe 2-3 cook? We would go toward the land so we need preparation, about the equipment, I leave it to you.”
Hearing my word, Akiyama showed a happy expression before bowing to me again. He lowered his head so low that I concerned if his head would hit the ground. He then dashed to the outside with full spirit. What a hard working guy…
Unconsciously smiling, I noticed the warm smile from Hosho and my face turned red. I walked to my seat with hurried step and take a seat with a loud sound, surprised the other crews inside.
Calming my heart, I turned toward Hosho. “What do you think about all of this?”
Hosho tilted her head. “Well, there is too many unexpected situations happening. But I believe what Admiral do until now is right. We don’t know if the island is 100% safe. So…”

Hosho voice turned smaller in the end and I know what she means by that.
“It’s fine! You don’t need to be worried! We wouldn’t go without armed, it’s lucky we have guns with us. I would also send the fighter planes to cover us from above. And there are Akiyama with us, so I would feel safe!”
Hosho didn’t look convinced and her expression turned sour.
*Cough* About the result of Rock, Paper, Scissor the winner was me and Aldebaran. Benstar who losing the game was ended in shock. Well, I know that he really suck with this game~ Hehehe… This is payback for what you do to me.
“Admiral, if you really decided to go, so do I. I would be beside you, to protect you from danger!” Hosho eyes blazed with a determination that makes me unable to refuse her. Before I opened my mouth, a chat window appeared.
「Aldebaran: Commander, I and my squad are ready! And I would wait you with small ship, so don’t make wait too long!」
「Benstar: Tsk, why do we need to do that game? Can we decide it with something better, right? (`А´) 」
I smiled and turned toward Hosho. Well, she also looked to not accept anything except yes.
“Let’s go Hosho, we have to meet Akiyama and the rest. The others also waiting for us.”
Hearing me who agreed with her, Hosho looked over my back and smiled. “Yes!”
****
Arriving at the corridor on the deck, I saw Akiyama already prepared all we need. There even 9 other men who are already standing with full equipment and right now standing in line. I can see a familiar face which wearing doctor robe, Hibiki and 2 other people which I have never seen before. Maybe they are the cook?
Noticing me and Hosho, Hibiki smiled before saluting at us. Her sudden movement was noticed by the others and they following Hibiki salute.
When we arrived in front of them, I returned the salute and turned toward Hibiki.
“So, why are you here?” My cold stare was replied with a wry smile.
“W-well, I was the one who sees the location, so I think I could us to the place?” What with a question mark? You didn’t look convinced with yourself!
“No! We will go with this much, you stay here.”
Hibiki face turned pale and before she opens her mouth I stopped her.
“I said you stay here and gather your men, I need your fighter squadron to support us from above. You don’t need to worry about the location, I already knew it.”
Her pale face turned bright “Understood!”
Seeing the rushing Hibiki, I smiled before turned toward Akiyama and the rest.
“Alright, everyone let’s get ready! Shoulder your weapons, we would be started to land on the unknown island! Make sure your weapons is ready!”
““Yes sir!””
“Move out!”
As the other moved in a line toward the bridge that leads toward the small ship below the carrier, My eyes shined seeing the rifles on their hand. Real rifle! What was their type, I wonder. Well, I would get one soon~
I turned toward Akiyama beside me and asked: “Where is my weapon?”
Akiyama who observing our men turned his head toward me before taking something from his waist. With an expectant look, I give my hand and he placed a gun. It’s a handgun.
I stared at the handgun on my left hand with dead eyes and shifted my eyes to him.
“Admiral, your right hand is injured and you can use it for a moment. A rifle or machine gun is too much for you.”
Indeed. But… I also wanted to-
~Shiver
I noticed Hosho smile behind me and gulped. R-right, I was only a college student on earth. I would be unreasonable for me to hold a real gun! Yes, i-it’s dangerous and I would hit nothing!
I sighed and approaching the bridge. With Hosho behind me holding a bow and quiver on her back, we moved down toward the small transport ship.
