《The Warrens》Epilogue

Goodbyes are the worst of all. Some goodbyes you can be prepared, but some just happens all too sudden.
My siblings and I are in front of the caskets of our mother and father. They are currently being honored by a twenty-one gunshot salute or something. Then, the American flags that were draped on their caskets are folded and given to us.
After the burial, it was only I, my siblings and Caleb left in the cemetery. I tried my best to stop my tears from falling and I hugged the flags that were entrusted to me by Nis and Niche.
"I'm sure they'll be happy to wherever they're going. I mean, they're together you know." Nis said out of nowhere.
"Maybe." Niche seconded.
"They're probably watching over us already, laughing at the faces we're making." Nico managed to crack a smile.
"We'll live, just like they wanted us to." I also said, trying to crack a smile like Nico did.
On the way to our car, Nis suddenly stopped, which made all of us stop too.
"Actually, Mom has a message for us. I recorded it, when she was stopping Orebil."
We all went to our home, the one in Long Island. The house was renovated (thanks to the effort of the CIA), and it looked brand new, like it was never assaulted a few weeks ago. We all sat in the living room. I noticed Caleb was gone, he was probably trying to give us some privacy.
Nis was hitting keys in his laptop, and then:
"Kids. I love you so much. I have a feeling your father and I wouldn't make through this." this made me gasp. "If we won't get killed by the crossfire, the poison Dr. Collusus injected the both of us with, will." they gasped. "Niche, continue being the responsible older sister you are. Please be there for your siblings when they need you."

Niche started crying.
"Nis, my boy, you are the one who inherited my love and passion for machines. Please continue being the smart kid you are. I’m sure you’ll be a great mechanic/technician/ inventor in the future. Even greater than you are now. And dial down the flirting, okay?"
Nis managed to smile despite the tears running down his cheeks. I could hear mom's struggle on the background duringnher fight with Orebil.
"Nico, don't underestimate yourself. Be confident of your skills and talents. There’s so much more in your talents I’m sure you’ll discover and polish. Continue being the bright ball you are to your siblings and everyone you care about, okay??"
"Yes mom." Nico said.
"And lastly, Nica. Please don't blame yourself after all this. It's not your fault. You were just in the wrong place and the wrong time five years ago. You were a just kid, you can't do a thing about it, but please cheer up. Live your life to the fullest. Be free to choose your own path."
The tears I had been holding back streamed on my face. My mother. My father. They were both gone, and mom's message was just way too sad.
"Remember when you guys asked me which one I loved the most? And I answered no one? Nico even cried after I said that. That was because I love the four of you equally. After all, you're a set. The quadruplets that was given to me and George. The gift we will cherish even in the afterlife. I love you guys."
We heard Orebil shout in the background, then there was an explosion, and everything went static.
We cried our eyes out. Even more so than my siblings did during the burial. The four of us hugged each other.

The four of us never really go along in the beginning, but with the sudden turn of events, we the Warrens, were unified.
After everything, we tried settling back to our old lives. Even without our parents, we had Six and Seven watching over us as our guardians and godparents.
Niche continued being a secret agent fo the Interpol. Tracking and destroying remnants of Libero overseas. But she still comes home.
Nis became an official mechanic and inventor for the CIA. He was always praised for his works and all that. And I think he took mom's advice about dialling down the flirting. He had not brought a single girl to our house. But I doubt he can easily stop that habit.
Nico started handling big and international cases in the FBI. Sometimes, even partnering up with the CIA and Interpol. N became more famous than ever.
And as for me, Six recruited me to the CIA. Instead of going to prison for all the lives I've taken, I have to work for the government to make up for it. She said she did what she could as the new Director of the CIA, but it all comes down to the chain of command in the government.
Sometimes, the four of us would be sent to a mission together. A joint force of CIA, Interpol and FBI. But of course, with our relationship, chaos will be on our wake.
Also, did I mention Caleb and I started dating? He was a great guy. And Six offered him a deal. After he graduates, he will officially be a part of the CIA's medical team.
So all's well, ends well. I'm sure mom and dad are watching us with satisfaction somewhere up there in heaven. Or down there in the Elysium. Who knows?
But then again, we're The Warrens. Our normal day is always dangerous. And that's something we get to live every day.

The Everyday Life of A Pathfinder
Pathfinders are people who are respected and revered, not because of power or might, but because of knowledge of the world. They are the peacekeepers between humans and nature. Guiding humans through the most dangerous areas known to man and killing any species which attempts to throw off the balance of the natural world. This is their job - and their passion. *** Note: This story is going to have a few generic elements in it, like fantasy setting, guilds, cursing and stuff like that. A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
