I'm on the outskirt of the city, I'm holding unto a sheet of paper that has the information of my quest, right now I'm on herb gathering.

The quests on the bulletin board for both F rank and G rank are these:

Those are the available quests for my rank.

This quests are for both rank F and G. Since most newbies had experience fighting, so they can take this kind of quests.

A normal quest you say, I didn't take the subjugation quest since I'm still on my holiday in "fighting". Yep, I am in abstinence for fighting, it's because I am still absorbing my new life and I don't want to include myself in any fight for a while.

After I handed the quest to the receptionist, the bald man from before started to panic.

"Ahh! Your still so young little miss and you are now becoming an adventurer? If you have trouble for money I can lend you some till you become an adult, but to become an adventurer at that age is really making me mad! I have a good daughter at home about the same age as you and she enjoys staying inside the city playing with friends and here you are signing to become an adventurer! Oh! When I look at you with pity, I can't imagine my sweet Angela to become like you in her age!"

The bald man started to shout those things at me with tears in his eyes. My tail straighten up. He clench his hands together and started to kneel and stair at the ceiling.

"Have mercy on this soul!"

The other adventurer seems to be in merry after his comedic praying. Hmm... Seems not all people here is bad. I might enjoy staying on this guild for a while, but I need to complete my quest.

"Ah, here you go."

"T-Thank you."

"Be safe okay! Don't go with strangers! And also, be careful outside, there are monsters out there!"

And the receptionist seems to also treat me like a child.

It can't be help, since I have a small body they think I will be snap into two like a twig. This guild doesn't discriminate against other races since most of the adventurer have different races.

The city of magnolia, the city is in a spherical shape with four intersecting paths and on the center is the central plaza. Currently I'm on the southern gate, the guards of the gate halted my walking, as I presented my adventurer's card they let me pass through.

There's a forest south of the city, it's called the spring forest, because this forest has a lot of greenery and also has plants with variation of colors that make this forest good for camping. Also this forest inhabitants are just low ranking monsters.

As I take my first step inside the forest I was bewildered of the glowing moss on the stem of the trees, the leaves block the sunlight and its pretty dim here, the moss are a great help.

"Hmm, is this it?"

As I look into the grass in front of me compared to the picture on the paper they are similar.

"So this is a medicinal grass!"

Since this is the first time I seen one I was rather surprised. We gladiators of the arena take energy boosters on a daily basis to heighten our senses when fighting, those energy boosters are made up of this herb.

"To think this little herb can heighten my senses that much."

I pluck the grass in front of me and put it on a small basket, before I go out I actually bought a small basket for this, the merchant said this to me "going for a picnic hohoho."

"Found a clump of it in here."

Since I'm a wolf beastman, I have a good sense of smell. Thanks to it, I have an easier time finding the herbs.

While I'm still finding herbs I'm going to explain a little about the world.

This world is called Erde, it created by the God of creation along with its inhabitants. This God also created various world that differ from the others, some may be made up of water and some are made up of fire. Among those worlds, various lifeforms are living, we are some of those lifeforms. The God of creation is happy of his masterpiece and begun to sleep, his sleep are for eternity, his powers where scattered across the whole universe, and that is we called mana. Mana is the fuel for magic also the very blood of the worlds. After the eternal sleep of the creation God, new lifeforms emerge from his skin, various gods appeared, they started to take control of each worlds gaining possession of it. But one God wants the whole universe for himself, this God is the ego of the creation God. With his power, he created monsters and demons with akin power of gods. He dispatch those things to various worlds to create chaos and strife. Of course the other gods didn't just watch, with the power of the gods, they created magic, magic are powers that is also similar to the power of gods and being handed to the inhabitants of all the worlds they protect. The inhabitants of the worlds started an all out war against the evil God. Until this day, the war still is on, but due to being overwhelmed by the power of several gods, the evil God goes into hiding and let his minions do all the work.

Well, thanks to them, adventurers have a way to earn money.

The status system is a system that gods gifted to all their people in order for them to take control of their own skills. Skills are a type of blessing that resonate to the soul of the beholder. There are five types of skills: Active skill, Passive skill, Unique skill, Secret skill and also Godly skill. Active skill are the very basic, this skill are limited to everyone. Passive skills are skills that didn't have to manually activate, it's also a skill that is limited to anyone, this skill is like the power your body possesses that didn't require mana, just your own body. Unique skills are rare kind of skills that only few individual possess, I possess my own unique skill, this type of skill are skills that born with your soul, this skill is one of a kind that's why it's called unique. Secret skills are skills that you naturally possess but is still dormant within you, in order to obtain this skill one must understand itself in return a powerful skill unleashes. Godly skills are skills that uses divine power, this skill are the rarest of the rare, those with this skill possesses divine magic or power that is similar to the gods. You can gain it by reading a grimoire.

Skills have 10 levels, in order to level up skills is to level up yourself. Every 10 level you gain you earn yourself a new level. It's rather difficult to explain, active skills and passive skills level up the more you use it in your battle. Unique skills level up with your growth, on the 10th level you gain a level up points for your unique skill, after this it will be harder, after the 10th level you need to multiply it by two to gain another level. Secret skills don't need the leveling system and same with the godly skill cause in order for these skill to be more powerful is depending on the user's own mastery of it.

Lastly, the attributes. Attribute define your own capabilities, strength, agility, defense, magic, and vitality. It's also has ranks on its own, F for the lowest and SSS for the highest. The higher your own attribute rank the more powerful you are. You can raise its rank through hardships and training.
