"Beastgirl! It's your turn!"
A soldier grab the hands of a frail girl, a girl with wolf ears and a bushy tail, wearing nothing but tattered clothes she is being escorted in the dark hallway towards an iron gate.
"Here's your weapon."
The girl received her weapon, a halberd made of metal, with her chained arms she hold the halberd firmly.
"I will unlock the chains."
The soldier took a key from a bag hanging on his waist and unlock the chains that binds the hands of the girl.
"Go!"
The soldier pushed the girl, the girl that seemed unaffected, start to slowly walk into an iron gate. Behind the iron gate, a sudden announcement can be heard.
"EVERYONE!!! WELCOME TO THE ARENA!!! WE HAVE A VERY TALENTED CONTESTANT THIS DAY!!! A GIRL BEASTMAN!!! CODE: HALBERD!!!"
The iron gate slowly opened, what came out of it is a girl with golden hair and a similar characteristic to a wolf, the arena named her Halberd.
"HER CHALLENGERS ARE!!..... THE TWENTY C-CLASS MONSTERS!!!"
As the announcer said that, the whole arena is in chaos, thousand of applause and screams from people wearing eccentric clothes. Must be the clothes of wealthy nobles thought by the veteran gladiator Halberd.
Five more gates opened, Halberd hold her weapon securely, a giant with one eye holding a giant club. A monster named Cyclops appeared and twenty of them occupied half of the arena.
"NOW!!!LETS ENJOY THE SHOW EVERYBODY!!"
An explosion explode from the sky, must be fire magic, it's the signal to start the battle.
Halberd ran towards the group of Cyclops, the Cyclops seen the tiny girl approaching them, the Cyclops alarmed the others and raised their clubs aiming at the frail girl.
As the distant is closing, the clubs have been swung to the Beastgirl, the Cyclops seemed confuse because they didn't felt any response from their clubs, they search the surroundings.

After a while, one Cyclops screamed with agony, it's eye have been pierced by a white light.
Looking closely, the white light is actually the Beastgirl clad in lightning, the Cyclops have been furious they attack the Beastgirl.
The Beastgirl successfully dodge the attack and the injured Cyclops have been hit instead.
"Battle magic: Speed Up"
A magic used by Halberd to increase speed, it clad the user's body with white aura.
After dodging the attack, she then ran towards the most close monster, she point the halberd towards the eye of the Cyclops.
"Battle magic: Pierce! Stealth!"
A magic to increase critical attacks, it makes the weapon to be more sharp, it also strengthen the attack. Stealth, a skill that can make the users body undetected.
The Cyclops not sensing the small Beastgirl have its eye pierced and fell to the ground, dead.
The Beastgirl continue its plan and steadily killing the Cyclops knowing the weakness of them which is the eye.
But not all the time luck was on her side, a club hit her frail body and sent her flying landing on the wall of the arena creating a crater.
"Battle magic: Defense Up *cough..guess my magic is a little late."
Blood came out from her mouth.
"But, I'm not done yet!"
With her sweet voice she claimed those words, she then ran again with bloodthirst.
"Unique magic: Blade magic 《 Blade Dance 》!!"
Ten floating swords appeared behind her emitting a white light.
"Battle magic: Speed up! Battle magic: Pierce!"
Her whole body is covered again in white light and in a flash, another Cyclops fell to the ground but the whole head this time have been removed.
"6 more left!...I'm almost...there..."
Again in a flash, she beheaded two Cyclops in an instant, but her swords disappeared.

"My mana is almost..."
Letting out deep breath while sitting on the ground, holding her halberd pierced on the ground, she tried to stand up.
The Cyclops think that this is an opportunity, 4 of them head straight to the tired Beastgirl, their clubs swung aiming to the Beastgirl.
The Beastgirl look up to them with her red eyes.
"Unique magic: Blade magic 《 Blade Mountain 》"
A white magic circle appeared on the ground and in an instant silver blades appeared on the ground piercing the bodies of the Cyclops.
"It's finished....I did it...I'm free..."
And her body gave out.
She then became unconscious due to mana depletion.
"EVERYBODY GIVE HER AN APPLAUSE!! FOR DEFEATING THE CYCLOPS SHE EARNED 20,000 GOLD COINS!! DUE TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE ARENA MASTER AND THE BATTLE SLAVE CODE: HALBERD SHE CAN BUY HERSELF OUT OF THE ARENA!! COUNTING HER REWARDS FROM HER PREVIOUS MATCHES SHE CAN NOW BE FREE!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THIS TALENTED GLADIATOR!!"
The arena again is in chaos giving their own comments about the announcement but regardless they are proud for the Beastgirl.
Unknowingly, the sleeping Beastgirl seemed to smile and let out a tear.
After waking up, she entered the room of the master of the arena, tearing her contract and releasing her chains on her hands, neck, and legs.
The Beastgirl is now free, as an additional reward, she was gifted by the arena master with a white one piece dress.
"Thank you for all, master!"
"Hoho! No Hal, it was your own effort to begin with."
Wearing a red robe, while touching his white beard, laughed and gave Halberd a pat on the head.
"No, master taught me all the things I need in order to fight."
"Very well then, Hal, this is goodbye! But if you want to visit come visit us! The arena will never forget the best gladiator!"
"Yes master!"
"Oh! I almost forgot! Here.. Your status card!"
The arena master gave Halberd a transparent card.
Halberd press the button on the side of the card and a screen appeared.
