From An Orphan to a Gang Leader, Up until now Adger's journey was long and filled with ups and downs.

Adger Kichiro was the leader of a Gang known as Gun Slider, Gun Slider controlled the whole world. Adger's exploits became legends, He was respected by his gang members and feared by his enemies but yet Adger's end was---

Everyone dies at some point in their life, It doesn't matter what kind of life they lead or how much power they held in their hands, They will be judged equally at the end by the gods, right?

Wrong, At least When it was time for the Adger.

Adger's death was nothing but the selfishness of gods, They wanted to get rid of him. He was too much for the world he was born in and so, Gods sent 'something' to get rid of Adger, To get rid of The Gun Slider's Leader.

Adger was killed by the gods.

It was not his fault for being born in the wrong world. In a world, Which was incapable of handling an existence like him.

That is why He was judged differently than everyone else. Adger was given another chance by the gods to live off his life in another world.

Adger showed kindness to gods and forgave them and accepted their offer with a request- Adger request was, He wanted his three comrades to be sent to this new world alongside with him. Gods granted his request and Adger was sent to a different world along with his comrades. But When he arrived in this new world, His comrades where nowhere to be found.

He is now on a journey to find his comrades in this new world but he had to deal with hunger and the condition he was in, He was hungry and tired- He started searching for 'possible human town'. He crossed a forest, that took him a few days but finally, He could see a village and when he arrived in that village- There no one in the village- at least, not alive.

He found dead bodies lying throughout the village. He took the liberty to burn those dead bodies for some reasons so, he gathered every single dead body in one single place and burned them. but now, His clothes became dirty and started to stink, Adger had a really huge problem with a bad smell so he started searching houses for a new set of clothes to wear but instead, found a girl, She was alive but scared when Adger tried to help her- She refused to believe Adger's words and stayed put.

Adger left the village without asking much to the girl.

Later, He found his guns buried under a big tree- Adger was surprised beyond words to see his guns, "Who could have buried them here? " he asked himself but stopped worrying about it in next moment.

Let's continue.

After 30min of more walk, Adger had finally reached the town he saw from the distance--- ( It was already Evening )

There was a huge gate but closed, in front of that gate- there was a crowd. Adger walked to a person and asked

" Hey, dude? What's up with this many people gathering around? and The line in front of the ga--" (Adger)

The person Adger asked, He turned around to see a small figure of a child standing in front of him- Adger was not a person whom you could call tall.

" Dude? Oh, kid, You are mistaken. My name is not the dude, My name is Rebilious- You must have mistaken me for someone else. " ( Rebilious)

So, Rebilious replied to Adger and Adger ' Are you serious? ' was dumbfounded by the reply.

Adger might look like a kid (on top of that, He might look like a lost kid) but he was far from kid, Adger was mature, The experience he had gained from his previous world made him mature- Adger knew he is now in a totally different world, the common sense of this world might not be the same as his previous world so While trying to stay as much caution as he could, he replied to Rebilious

" Yea about that, I'm Sorry Mr-Rebilious. I must have mistaken you for someone else since your back looked strangely similar to my friend. I am new here so If I somehow offended you- Please do forgive me." (Adger)

While showing as much respect he could, Adger replied to Rebilious- Rebilious was taken back from the words Adger had spoken- Rebilious smiled a little and----- pat Adger's head. The worst thing Rebilious possibly could do.

"Oh I see I see, so, you are new here? then you must be a traveler. you see the line was formed to keep discipline and to not let just anyone get inside the town, right now only merchants and important people can go inside but it is for while only, they will open gates for everyone after 1 day or so I heard"

Rebilious hand was still on Adger's head, Adger didn't move a single muscle and seemed as if he had ignored whatever Rebilious had just said- Out of concern, Rebilious asked Adger-

" Are you okay, Kid? " ( Rebilious )

After staying silent for few seconds Adger finally replied to Rebilious with a smile on his face

" oh yeah, I am okay. Thank you for your concerns. " ( Adger )

Though Adger had said that, He was far from okay- He was suffering! He was fighting a battle in his mind in order to stay calm

' YOUU! MOTHER.... FUCKERRR, You dare to touch me with your filthy hands??? How dare you touch me? I AM ADGER FUCKING KICHIRO! The person who ruled the whole world! I'll fucking kill you bastard!-- " and so on, He was cursing Rebilious with every single word he could think of at that time but thankfully, he was able to keep all of those words in mind alone. No one even dared to touch him before, Not even people he calls companion.

'No, no-no! you gotta endure it, Adger! this is not your old world, no one knows about you- don't be irrational. As Albert said before, don't act on impulse! '

With his own encouragement, Good Adger won the battle in his mind.

" So, What is your name kid? " (Rebilious)

" My name? Oh, My name is Adger Kichiro. " ( Adger )

" Adger huh? Where did I hear this name before--Aha, Anyways, Where is your friend that you mistook me for? Are you perhaps lost? " (Rebilious)

Rebilious asked Adger but before Adger could reply- the fatigue and hunger from last few days started to get to Adger once again and his stomach betrayed Adger with a sound that universal sign to say " I AM FUCKING HUNGRY " and that sound was 'GRRRR' simple yet effective- When Adger heard his stomach growls ' O..h Shit. '

And when Rebilious heard Adger's stomach growl, He started to laugh while holding his stomach. When Adger saw Rebilious laughing that way, He made a promise to himself 'I promise, Sooner or later, I am gonna kill this guy ' while Adger's face showed obvious signs of embarrassment

when Rebilious was done with laughing, Rebilious said

" Aha Sorry kid, it was rude of me to laugh like that. To make it up to you, Let me get you something to eat- The gates won't open until tomorrow anyway so, why not come with me to my wagon and get some food in your stomach, To make it stop embarrassing you (lol) " ( Rebilious )

even though Adger had already started to hate the first person he actually met in this world. Adger had no reason to refuse to Rebilious offer so, Adger agreed with a thought ' Maybe, I can forgive him ' The food is justice for him for now since he hasn't yet eaten anything in last few days and was tired beyond words. Still trying to be as polite as he could, Adger replied to Rebilious

" Sure " ( Adger )

" Okay then, Let's head to my wagon. " (Rebilious)

Adger followed this unknown person -Rebilious to his wagon

A little far from the main gate of the town, There was Rebilious's wagon was standing without any horse. Even though Adger had come from another world but When Adger saw that wagon, he could tell that the wagon is--

Adger restrained himself from asking anything about the wagon, The only thing he had learned so far from this world was 'This might not be the fantasy world people dream of, I should stay careful.' Albert Often taught Adger about the paths he should take whenever He is in an unknown place or in a dire situation, What to look for and what to avoid. Adger might be an idiot but he is no fool. Albert had already got rid of the foolish side of Adger with his wisdom.

Rebilious climbed on the wagon, He asked Adger

" Why don't you come in, kid? The wagon might be in a bad condition but it is safe to climb so you don't need to worry. " (Rebilious)

While standing outside and keeping a little distance between the wagon and him, Adger replied to Rebilious with a smile on his face.

" You don't worry need about that, I am fine here. I don't like cramped places. " (Adger)

Adger knows, in a place where he couldn't draw he guns properly, it would be disastrous from him to do something so foolish as climbing the wagon and trapping himself in a cramped place in case of Rebilious doing something rebellious, like trying to kill Adger. So, Adger insisted on staying outside.

Rebilious understood the suspicion Adger had and Rebilious looked at Adger with relaxing eyes, while he sighs.

" I see. Okay then, Wait here- I will grab something for you to eat. " (Rebilious)

After grabbing three breads from the wagon, Rebilious carefully stepped down from wagon since the wagon was already on verge of collapsing. Rebilious said to Adger while he handed two bread to Adger

"So, would you like to tell me your story? I mean, Why are you alone and where is the person you mistook me for? " (Rebilious)

Adger took the bread from Rebilious and held them on his hands meanwhile Adger replied to Rebilious

"Yea, sure. but first, could you give me some water? " (Adger)

even though Adger was clearly hungry, Instead of eating bread He asked for water- Rebilious thought 'Maybe he can't gulp bread without water? after all, This is a dry bread. ' So, with that thought

"Here, You can eat the bread first meanwhile I can start a bonfire, we will talk after you are done eating" (Rebilious) - Rebilious handed over a cup of water to Adger and started working on bonfire since it was almost night

Meanwhile, Adger didn't pay attention to Rebilious and started doing something really strange with his bread. He cut a little piece of the bread he was going to eat and left inside the cup of the water and When he looked at Rebilious, Rebilious was already had started the bonfire.

They both sat close the bonfire and Rebilious started eating his bread yet Adger was still looking towards the cup he had left that piece of the bread in. When Rebilious saw Adger staring at the cup, Rebilious asked

"Kid, Are you alright? Don't you like bread? " (Rebilious)

"Aha- No, I am fine. Please don't mind me. " (Adger)

"Hmmm Okay, I guess. " (Rebilious)

After a few minutes, That piece of bread dissolved into the water and Adger finally took a sip from that water which had mixed with the bread. He waited for a few more minutes after taking that sip- After 5min or so, Adger finally started eating those two bread. After eating his bread Adger thought to himself

' Aha, That was good! How long its been since I last ate something good? Anyway, Thank god He didn't try to poison me with those bread. I learned about this trick from Albert to check food for poison, though I never once thought it could be useful, He forced me to learn it anyways and I am sure thankful that I did learn it ' (Adger)

Rebilious didn't realize what was Adger was actually doing and didn't bother to ask about it but in reality, What Adger did was check those bread for poison. This method for checking for poison is really simple, Just mix a little bit of Food (whatever you going to eat) into the water and drink that water, you can take few sips from that water. If you feel any sort of dizziness or sleepy, Your food was poisoned or if you don't then it was not poisoned.

While Adger was holding onto his stomach and was thankful for food, Rebilious brought up the topic he first started, About What happened to Adger. Adger told him his story with a slight change.

The story Adger told Rebilious goes something like this,

Adger lived in a small village which was peaceful but one day some bandits came to his village and kidnaped young females, killed some villagers and stole goods from the village, to get help from a big city, Adger with his five (in total six, Including Adger) comrades headed towards to nearest city but in the middle of their journey, Those bandits attacked them once again and stole whatever little they had and bandits killed two people from Adger's group but somehow four from Adger group managed to survive. The reaming four, Including Adger, found themselves lost in the forest. They didn't have horses or wagon- The reaming three of them left Adger alone to die but Adger managed to get out there alive, Adger wandered around the forest many days and finally found this town. Now Adger is searching for those three he thought of comrades, Who betrayed him and left him to die. That was the story Adger told Rebilious, Though some part of his story was true like searching for his comrades who left him in this new world.

After hearing Adger's story Rebilious looked at Adger with pity in his eyes and somewhat envious...

" I see, You are a strong kid, unlike my son. Only if he was a little brave, He could have been still alive. " (Rebilious)

After hearing Rebilious say something like that, Adger found himself a little confused at first but he finally understood why This person called Rebilious treated him the way he did. The kindness he showed to Adger, It was because Rebilious thought of Adger in place of his long gone/dead son.

"......" (Adger)

Adger stayed silent.

Adger's silence was not because he felt sad or some trivial emotions like those, Adger stayed silent because He didn't know How he should respond to it without stepping on a mine. Adger is not the kind of person who will sympathize with others, He won't think twice before shooting an old person, young or even child if that person gets in his way but..

Rebilious looked at Adger, Adger's face didn't show any emotions

"What's wrong, kid? " So, Rebilious asked Adger

" You know, I am not strong, instead I am pretty weak. It just that I don't fear death since I know the true meaning of death. For me, Death is not the end but the beginning, Death is my wish, My desire, and my----- duty. I am De.. " (Adger)

"Huh? " (Rebilious)

Rebilious was dumbfounded by Adger's words, He couldn't comprehend the meaning behind Adger's words.

" I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything bad- What I meant was, You son is probably in a far better place than you might think. please, Believe me on these words." (Adger)

Those were words that Adger actually made up to cover up what he had initially said but it worked and Rebilious smiled thinking Adger felt bad for his son, That someone actually felt bad.. for his son for the first time.

" I see, I believe you kid. Anyways, Where would like to sleep? I know you don't wanna get inside the wagon but you know, Its cold outside. " (Rebilious)

" I can sleep beside bonfire so, you don't need to worry about it. " (Adger)

" Are you sure? *sigh* wait, I will get something like a futon "

Rebilious brought a futon like a bag from the wagon and handed it to Adger. and the question Adger had in his mind when he saw that a bag like a futon 'Isn't this sleeping bag? ' Since Adger already knew how to use a sleeping bag he didn't ask much about it to Rebilious and gracefully accepted it

"So, Good night kid. " ( Rebilious ) with that Rebilious went inside the wagon to sleep.

" I hope, This guy didn't hide snakes inside this bag. " with this thought Adger made sure thoroughly check the sleeping bag and when Adger become satisfied with it he went to sleep using that sleeping bag, Though that night was cold it was not the first time for Adger to sleep outside in this world- He had already spent a few days outdoors! so, He was thankful for the sleeping bag- Now at least he has something to sleep on.
