Obtained the achievement: Discover the lost dwarven city -

“ What’s your name boy?” The magnificently bearded dwarf asks.

“ Oh , It’s Siegfried.”

“ By the gods…” he murmurs while stroking his beard.

The dwarf walks up to me and shakes my hand with an iron grip.

“ Siegfried, I welcome you to the underground dwarven city of Bafeld. It is good you were able to make it here through Frostwood forest after the dragon attack. I am the king of this city. My name is Dorren Grizzlehammer and I welcome you as the first human to enter our city.”

The rest of the dwarves cheer, and the guard pats me on the back. A small, elegant female dwarf walks over to me.

“ Hello my name is Alyssa. I am the queen of this city. If you want to stay in our city we will provide you with lodging, but you will have to be able to pay. Nothing here is free. That said, you can make money through jobs like blacksmithing and cooking, or through quests at the quest counter. We are currently preparing for war, so a lot of the quests will be gathering items for the war; and fighting back against the goblin invasions. We also hope to obtain good relations with the humans so that we can improve our standing against the Orc nation” she gestures for me to follow her.

“This is where you’ll be staying, the quest counter is over there. If you have any questions you can ask one of the guards, or me if I’m free.” She smiles and returns to the kings side.

“ Now that’s settled we have impending matters to get back to” The king says and they start to walk away. The dwarves start to resume their routine.

I walk over to the quest counter, and see a massively ripped dwarf standing there with his arms crossed.

“ Hello, I’m looking for a quest” I say while looking at the massive scar on his left cheek.

“ Ello boy, My name is Gotrend. Orlen was a good friend of mine from childhood. Ya seem to be lacking armor, but you can always buy some or learn how to make it later. I recommend an iron ore gatherin quest, I can loan ya a pick axe. This way you can also make your own armor and make a lil pocket change in the process” He says with a grizzled grin.

Obtained the quest: gather 10 Iron ore -

He points over to where the miners are.

“ You can mine for iron ore over there, Or inside the mining cave deeper to the east."

“ Sounds good” I say with a smile as he hands me a worn pick axe.

One step at a time, I think as I walk to where the miners are.
