《Straw Masked and Pepsi stands》When opposites attract, cames the end - Part 1

Gripped by a shapeless mass of cloudy darkness, I and Inomite were confused. Although having parried a slaying lightning that would have hurt my partner, the thing in front of us repeated its action. Each lightning lance was more powerful than the previous ones, I had to think about them in order to protect us. The first bursts of lightning were easy to fend off, not really having great power. I remind you that I created the entire Lost Idyll. However, after a certain time, some lightning bolts turned out to be way more powerful compared to before. Much more supernatural lightning, much more dangerous, much more vicious. They were only one at a time, but the lightning was now of a power comparable to several supernovas. Fortunately, I was keeping up with the pace, but I had to find a solution quickly. Then the entity stopped, much to our astonishment. I was able to contemplate the extent of the damage.
The places had nothing like from before, they were completely annihilated. The vegetation, the fauna, everything had evaporated, the earth had blackened like after a devastating fire, it was a safe bet that everything had been devastated for thousands of kilometers around. Suddenly, the vortex released a thunderous and deafening growl. Me like Inomite had the same feeling at the same time, we had to flee. But too late, the vortex turned white then red, before delivering a thundering wave. This wave was devastating, it was as if since the appearance of this threatening cloudy thing, I had only interacted with grains of sand, and suddenly, I was confronted with a titanic rock of several kilometers. Surely even several thousand kilometers. My forcefield was barely enough to counter even a tiny part of this never-before-seen attack. In reality, I saw him fragmenting a little, cracking, he who had held out so hard, it was painful to see.
Suddenly, my instinct warns me. A moment before my shield gave way, I grabbed Inomite by the waist and teleported with her in-extremis. The ultimate lightning then pulverized the surroundings in my absence, destroying everything in its path. From space, we saw the extent of the damage. The world we were in recently was slashed through a gaping hole. If this was a joke, this planet now looked more like a giant donut than a space globe. Once green, it was now mostly covered with a blackish film. It was this cataclysmic thing that had possesed hold of everything we saw. And as if the sight wasn't horrible enough like that already, the cloud mass began to gather and then converge on our position.

I knew it. Inomite was definitely ignorant of it, but this thing was bound to be what I had been feeling and dreading all this time. It was now a real certainty. I then took Inomite by the hand and took her with me across the cosmos, to escape this threat. Inomite didn't know what was going on, and neither did I. Why now ? Why here? Why ? The strangest thing was that I was running away. It wasn't fear, it was my instinct. He was telling me to run away and not to go to confrontation. We were then fleeing in the immensity of space, with a shapeless mass of darkness at our heels. The thing caught up with us from time to time and I found it difficult to regain a significant lead. The precognition of Pepsi Shooter was useless, I saw nothing. It wasn't a resistance that I could overcome, the thing that was chasing us just had no future, no fate. In short, she was unpredictable.
Most of my powers weren't stopping the entity. The thing had no material form, it was even if she existed concretely in reality. For a while now, I had sent Inomite within the dimension of my straw hat to be freer to move. However, I quickly sensed something abnormal in the place where I had sent my teammate. Instinctively, I took her out of the hat and threw it away, which darkened and exploded. The thing had penetrated the dimension of the hat and could have taken hold of Inomite without my knowledge. How? I was still looking, but the facts were there. Summoning a new, more impenetrable hat, I saw red and stopped. I was emitting something akin to anger, and I wanted to do battle with this thing that almost took Inomite away from me. I clenched my fists firmly, I was ready to knock out this unknown ignominy. That's when Inomite grabbed my arm, just as firmly.

I looked at her, puzzled. She was telling me to stay calm just by her gaze, an innocent but educating gaze. Looking with a scowl at the creature still behind us, I resigned myself to continue our escape. I opened a portal directly in order to go into another dimension instead of continually fleeing in a one-sided manner. This allowed me to increase our margin and thus have more time before the arrival of the thing. Unfortunately, the very instant I closed the portal, two clawed hands gripped the entrance and forced the portal open. Sowing this thing was decidedly almost impossible, but the amazing thing was that it had taken on a material appearance. Regardless, whether it was the ray of the Cloturator, the elements or even the status conditions, absolutely nothing could overcome it, a real plague that I had never before been confronted. I was surprised despite my stinging helplessness to always have Inomite safe by my side. But if all of this continued in this way, it would be a matter of time before the opposite happened.

I then had to make a choice. A choice which seemed to me the best at the time and which could have guaranteed us great chances of victory over this shapeless monster. When the creature, having take a humanoid form similar to a shadow, passed through the portal, I opened another towards the Lost Idyll right in front of it and sucked it in. Fortunately, the law of the Infinite Vise was there to keep her from coming out, but my instinct warned me that surely that wouldn't be enough. I also had a certain pang in my heart about letting this abomination destroy my personal dimension. I then made another decision. Giving Inomite the power to travel between worlds, I left her there as I walked towards the Lost Idyll. She was obviously against it, but I persuaded her to let me go. She could in any case reach me in case of emergency. Once inside, I saw with a certain lack of surprise that the thing had started to destroy everything.
Planets, stars, even my dear sentinel creatures were being snatched up like common maggots. I saw my "home" being devastated in front of my eyes, but it was a decision I had made of my own free will, I had to take responsibility for the consequences. Once not far from the entity, she noticed me and stopped her devastation. Everything was dying around her, she was like the embodiment of death. I was ready for all eventualities, I had to be. When suddenly, a thunderous sound came across the whole dimension, as when the creature was about to throw its surge. However and to my surprise, it was not a wave of lightning that I had to face but an armada of unidentified beings, straight out of the creature again in the guise of a thick cluster of thunderstorms. All looking the same, little demons oscillating between black and purple, they surged towards me in a most savage way.
I inevitably called in my dear Pepsi stands. As warned in advance, Pepsi Shooter had already changed into Pepsi Modira. As for Pepsi Metalica, he had donned a black and white jumpsuit, presumably to signify he was more powerful than before. This was also the case for Pepsi Modira. Ready, I launched an assault on these monsters in mass, serving this filth that visibly served me as a sworn enemy. For her part, Inomite waited anxiously outside the Lost Idyll and sheltered from the fighting. At least I thought so. What was also her astonishment when she suddenly saw heaps of demonic monsters of dark color appear here and there from the surroundings where she was. I should have apprehended it with the case of hat, but this hellish thing could interact with other dimensions without actually going there. Leaving Inomite like this alone was therefore a terrible mistake, and now plagued by countless savage soldiers, I couldn't really go and help her. I now had that thought in mind and had to deal with it, but luckily I still had other cards up my sleeve.
Somewhat overwhelmed by the number, I employed a technique that I had only used once since the paradoxical beginning of my existence. Something that had freed me from a certain prison beyond the voids. It was an ability that I had developed during the coming of this divine being with this skeletal mask, the one thanks to whom I obtained all what I have. But such was its power, I could not control it. That's partly why I never used it after that moment, but in view of the events and this opponent, it was the most radical and simple solution.
Beginning to rasemble my energy and my desire to be free, I began to absorb all the surroundings and some of the mass of minions got sucked in successfully. I saw them disappear inside me, like various piles of dust being instantly caught in the suction of a vacuum cleaner. Despite all that, things quickly drifted against me and things didn't go as planned.

A Dungeon Tested
Its a hard life balancing all the things a successful dungeon should be doing. Will our newest addition to the dungeon race even survive let alone make it to the top where dungeons such as the megafauna roam? Or will our main character suffer in the dust till some inauspicious and ignoble death at the end of some F-rankers sword? Note this is me having some fun while I wait for new releases of dungeon stories. Feel free to comment on that basis. I will be keeping the first few chapters slow so as to give me plenty to build upon later. I have tentatively given this the gore tag for now. With that in mind "Let the games begin".

Dungeon Crawler Katia
The aliens killed everyone on Earth...almost. Every structure, from the Taj Mahal to the lowliest lobster trap, vanished into the earth, killing everyone inside. The survivors were given a choice: Endure on the surface without food or shelter or tools, or descend into a world-spanning nightmare dungeon that is also a reality TV show. Katia, an art professor from Iceland who has given up her humanity to transform into a shapeshifting doppelganger, meets up with Carl and his cat, Donut. Together, the three fight to survive in a dungeon filled with Clarketech goblin murderdozers and pyramid-scheme fairy moonshine-makers. The above is, of course, describing Dungeon Crawler Carl. With DoctorHepa's (the author) permission I'm posting some fanfic to expand on Katia, one of the secondary characters who started off not getting as much exploration as I would have preferred. I started off writing chapters that matched up to canon except from her POV instead of Carl's; that lasted a couple of chapters before going off the rails and spinning off into a completely new story, which suggests I should really go back and renumber all the chapters as soon as I find some tuits.
