At the end of chunnin exams, in an underground base

A shinobi covered in a cloak was kneeling in front of Danzo and reporting

"Danzo-Sama Hatake Raoul has Completed the chunnin exams and he was the only one the clear the second phase."

It had been a week and today Raoul was going to report at the ANBU base

He had received the address of the base and left in the morning. Raoul's name was now known around the village as a hidden genius.

Raoul entered the base and was greeted by Shinku

"Good morning uncle." : Raoul

They walked a little and reached a ring in which two members were fighting

"Kusumoto Masaaki come and fight Raoul here" Shinku said as everyone calmed and the shinobi in the ring stopped fighting

"Yes sir" : Masaaki

Shinku prompted for me to go on to the ring. Masaaki was a jounin specializing in taijutsu so Raoul also decided to play with taijutsu only.

Raoul decided to finish this quick and impress everyone standing there

Raoul activated 5x time acceleration and ran towards Masaaki while clenching his fists into a punch and hit it on his rib cage. As his fist was only a centimeter away from his ribs, he blocked it using his hands and said "Everything cannot be won with just power kid, you need experience too"

Raoul once again did the same but this time there were feints. He started by rushing straight onto him blindly he once again, he blocked it again and was about to say something again but he punched him using his free hand on his abdomen, making him get on one knee.

As Masaaki got down on one knee due to the pain, he saw an opportunity and punched Raoul in his leg with the intention to make him fall completely but, Raoul disappeared into a puff of smoke leaving a small log of wood and appeared on his back with a Kunai on his throat saying "You lost"

As he said this Shinku talked to a masked man "He will be under you see his skills before hand" the masked man nodded and started watching Raoul

The time acceleration power does not increase the power of speed of Raoul's jutsu but it does help him to quickly do the hand signs so that nobody can see them

Raoul exited the ring after helping Masaaki stand up and left a good impression to everyone. Raoul saw a masked man with Shinku and they were talking as Shinku signaled Raoul to come over.

Raoul came as Shinku started to speak "That was good kid. Now meet him he is your squad capt- " Shinku stopped speaking and looked towards the masked man and said "At least remove your mask now and introduce yourself to him"

The masked man removed his mask an started saying "Hello Raoul, my name is Namikaze Minato and I will be your squad captain. Nice to meet you". What Raoul saw was a blonde with a very bright smile.

"Y-yes captain, nice to meet you too" Raoul said while he fumbled in between because Minato was his favorite character, now not only as he standing in front of him, he was also his squad captain.

"Come lets go and meet our last team mate" : Minato

"Yes captain" : Raoul

"Ah! also when we are not on duty you can just call me Nii_-San. I ain't much older than you" : Minato

"Yes Captain" : Raoul

This was the happiest he has every been in both his previous and current life

Minato and Raoul started walking to meet their other team mate.

"There he is, trying to flirt again. He is Hyuga Takashi" : Minato

"Are you sure he is in ANBU and is not a male escort" : Raoul asked suspiciously

"He is an ANBU member and not a male escort..... I guess?" : Minato

"Holy fuck have you been completing missions with this man?" I thought this inside when I saw Takashi about to kiss a woman

"Hey stop now, we have a new team member" : Minato

"Don't interrupt me. I have found true love" : Takashi said while both he and the woman were blushing a little

"That is what you said for the last 7 " : Minato

"????????????????" : Woman

The woman slapped Takashi in the face and walked away while Takashi complained to Minato about ruining his setting

Minato looked towards me and asked " Did I do something wrong Raoul-kun??"

"What is the use of your 200+ IQ if you don't even understand this" Raoul thought as he sighed and said " I don't know"
