《SEVENTH STREET SUCKERS》Chapter 2: with Rubble and stone

Within the cracks and crevices of the city of Neocrelus, lies the many distinct sectors of the general system control, but that was only limited within the primary Districts going up to the 6th ever since the change in the compartments of the system.

Each of the primary districts had a stronghold of security, but the only ones that didn't were those passing the 7th until the dead-zone of the city which is past the 16th District, the "Badlands", And they were the only places only chaos exists.

Plainly said no one knows what happens beyond the walls of the city, but every single person that has gone into the walls, has never made it back. The only different zone across the city are those "blank zones" rather "transparent" would be more the name then blank.

The empty transparent zones which were called "Wired Zones" were those like the 12th District, the 10th and the 11th.

In these Districts, everything and anything can happen, if you're lucky though, you might even stumble upon the Main streets that are watched by the many people around, but the only place that isnt secured is everything outside of those streets.

As time passed by, soon enough, Conner would then wake up to find himself in a different place then from where he originally was. Although the boy had forgotten about what had happened he seemed confused, dazed, he struggled to get up in which he felt seemed as if he had been drugged and placed there.

Although he couldn't explain it, he felt something had changed within him but he couldnt explain what exactly.

This area though gave him a creeping feeling going up his spine.

He glanced around dazed like a coma patient had just woken up after years of slumber, and noticed that his surroundings were actually like that of a sewer-system. The muck-filled water smelled pungent and terrible, but the air that loomed seemed to push of that smell only slightly so it wouldn't smell as bad as it sounded.

The cold stone ground in where Conner was slowly getting up from was rough and humid, yet it slightly satisfied in an odd way.

While getting up from the ground Conner started feeling more normal from how stunned he felt when he came to. He could be able to hear more clear the sounds of air that tresspassing through this tunnel system, and knowing that wherever air traveled would mean the outside area which could've also meant people would obviously be near.

He wasn't sure just where he was, thus he took caution and walked on towards the noise.

The sound of the steps bounced off the walls and into the deeper parts of the sewers, in the oposing direction of where the boy was headed.

Soon enough within 30 steps he found himself at an exit towards a broken crumbled alleyway that lead a straight path.

This alleyway although seemed destroyed with lots of rubble around there hadn't been any light passing through the cracks above of the destroyed concrete walls that had collapsed above it. Either it was dark by now, or the light of day was probably not close yet, it was most probable that 'it would be night by then' thought Conner.

He slowly walked as to not take much attentive actions, for there could be people nearby, but he started to move with a bit more haste.

He started to see post-lights in-between openning cracks of concrete and stone, by then an open exit was into view and a street was able to be seen in the light of the post.

As he approached the street, he could almost read the broken street plate as it read "7th St."

Without paying much attention to the name, the whole street looked empty, not a single person around. He could even hear the air pushing the metal plate forcing it to slowly bend unanimously.

With all of the walking he had, this was a chance to rest under the post-light.

Resting, he glanced down onto what he was wearing and noticed he looked like he had escaped from an asylum. The clothes that he had on was a white broken straight-jacket with normal white messed up slacks. heeding this to mind, he began to question what had taken place with his life.

But with all questions there needs an answer, and he had yet to figure out what kind of answer to that question would be.

Feeling more able to move his body around now he decided to start moving around the area. He had to figure out what to do while he was there, and location is something he needed to cover in this place.

He didn't remember much, but it was enough to start off with what he had. Conner was feeling off, but something that is decided must be finished before the end of the day, or night rather in this case.

He got up quickly, looking up at the black starless void above him and back down towards the streets, he took steps forward as his head slowly turned towards the other end of the messed up street.

Oddly, he had seen a person on the concrete ground.

Walking towards that person. The dim light from the area made it hard to see what exactly had taken place but he could see the bright red liquid that flowed out from under the person. Yet opon completely scanning the person, his eyes caught with the person.

This person had eyes like that of a hawk, a piercing glare towards Conner made his body turn to stone, untill a voice had snapped him out of it.

"Who are you and what are you doing?!"

Without words of reaction, Conner had remained stagnant, but took the time to turn around, and what he saw held him speechless.

A girl that he figured he knew, had appeared before him, immediately his head started to bang with an inexcrutiating pain that he could not fathom, it had him falling to his knees and groaning out of the sheer pain he had felt.

"Whats wrong with you?"

The strain had him closing his eyes focusing on himself instead of towards what was exactly ahead of him, it was not the girl at all, in fact it was a boy around his exact age.

Oddly the pain only felt sharp and piercing for a short moment.

With the pain slowly going away he had opened his eyes, instinctively he had turned around, and the body had seemed to be nothing but a bag filled with random tools.

He slowly stood up again holding his head with his left hand as his head was pulsing.

"are you alright?" again the boy had said.

With one look at the boy, something was mysterious about him. Conner had never seen anyone with such oddly white hair colour and a different complexion with a darker tone of skin. Although it was abnormal to see that it did not make him falter from the difference in what he saw.

"yeah... I guess" A weak yet valid response towards the boy, what followed however was complete silence.

Somehow this random boy seemed to have broken the silent ambience in the snap of a finger.

"Are you lost?"

Conner looked around after he asked that, it didn't look like he knew the place anyways, Conner gave a simple yet shy nod.

"Then how about coming with me?" Smiling wildly the boy held out his hand as if he was giving an opportunity of a lifetime.

However, Conner had many things to ask yet there wasn't much that he wanted to say.

"But where are you headed?" Conner looked at him indifferently, not a single smile or reaction, unlike the boy which was a bit spontaneous.

"Luckily for you, I'm headed to a big mansion of my own!" The boy had a few things in his other hand they seemed like old rags and pieces of sticks bundled together.

"Alright, then I guess I'll tag along"

As the empty-sounding Conner responded, the boy handed over what was in his hand towards him.

He looked at the things curiously but didn't question what the boy was going to do.

"That reminds me, whats your name?"

Conner had thought about what exactly was his name but couldn't figure out for what he was really called, whenever he had tried to remind himsef his mind simply blanked out.

Yet after a minute or so, the boy in front looked around towards what had happened to be a crow across from them.

As Conner was stuck there thinking the boy had looked back and fourth from the crow and Conner simultaneously wanting to speak.

"How about I call you crow?" Said the boy with a simple smile.

Snaping Conner out from his trying to remember what exactly he was called, He gazed over to the boy and started to think about that. Without any disagreement Conner had nodded with a small "okay".
