After the emergency meeting of the leaders of European Nations, EU Member States have scrambled their Scouting Planes of large sizes to cover much of the distance, France and Poland led the first expeditions to confirm the disapperance of America and Russia while the rest of the Governments are enacting rationing and price control policies to prevent a panic in the economy especially the UK and Greece since one is heavily reliant on exports and the other being in debt heavily. Series of talks have been done to forgive Greece's debt and Tariffs have been imposed so as to save their economies and resources to prevent further shortages for the time being.

Another seperate talk is held about who would reorganize and manage NATO since America is out of the picture and their bases somehow poofed out of existence as viable candidates would be the UK, France, Germany, and Italy as the current Secretary General of NATO is somehow gone and emergency elections will have to made by respective nations immediately to who will be the next Secretary General of NATO.

Rationing and Price Control policies enacted however by the EU were met with mixed reactions as that included oil hence the EU Member Nations have to deal with protests in their own countries as it saw the rise of Yellow Vest Protest demanding to reverse the EU's policies while also dealing with the Internet outage that has struck much of the country.

Unknown Sea, East of Poland, ???

Polish Air Force C-130s are currently searching for landmass as their escorts have broke off from their escorting mission while they are now alone trying to look for Russian landmass with the pilots conversing.

"Why are we in this endless waters? I thought this would be Belarus after this."

The Polish Air Force pilot Anders Nowak said as he is conversing with the co-pilot for this trip.

"We just don't know, this is unexpected of all things. Russia disappeared and now America? How has it come to this?"

The co-pilot named Janus Wisniewski said in disbelief as he heard the news recently about the disappearance of America and Russia even in local Polish news reporting Ukraine and Belarus' disappearance and they ventured out so far that they have to return now.

"Anyways, We'll have to report back an- What the hell is that?!"

Before he could finish his speech, He saw in front of the cockpit window landmass that never saw before and thought to himself that Russia is not even an island and it can't be this small or something.

"What is it?"

The co pilot questions what the Pilot found and the Pilot in turn replied with a simple finger pointing at what's the view in the cockpit window.

"Holy Jesus, I think we have seen land after countless hours of flying."

The co pilot said after he also saw the landmass that shocked him too as the one thing he needs to suggest is return to base and report their findings.

"Its a whole new continent out there, We have to report back to base for the findings."

The pilot said to his co-pilot as he also nodded in agreement to this and even contacting another C-130 that was also assigned in the scouting operation to agree on what they found even so far as to photographing it for proof. With that said, Both C-130s returns to base all the while unbeknownst to them, A fleet of fishing boats belonging to one certain kingdom have spotted the craft which they described it as a large and grey flying creature.

Meanwhile, The French Air Force comprising of 2 A400Ms would cruise and try to spot America as their Rafale Escorts have to break off due to fuel issues too

"Man, I think we have reached our limit here, America is too far away and using these planes is just insufficient because of its operational range."

French Air Force Pilot Jean Bardelli complained as the A400Ms can't even cross a far and wide ocean like this.

"I know right? Why not just use Airbus A350s or A340s? They have more range than this Transport Plane."

The co pilot named Ferdinand Badeaux said agreeing to what the Pilot said and as he looked at the Cockpit Fuel indicator that they are now at least 35% of their fuel.

"We have to return to base or we are gonna crash from fuel exhaustion."

The co-pilot suggested knowing that this won't be likely enough fuel for them to return back to base.

"I agree, We can't let this expensive ass plane crash due to fuel exhaustion and further worry Air Force command of this development."

The pilot said as he contacted the 2nd A400M's pilots signalling to return back to base and report their findings which they have not seen any landmass but it was mainly due to the lack of fuel as their operating range can't even try to arrive where the United States is now.

Warsaw, Poland, Presidential Office, August 12th 2014, 9AM

The Presidential Office is bustling with activity mostly being busy as Government employees scramble to alleviate the major issues present on most of the EU Nations particularly in economy, food, and oil crisis that every nation is in right now and the President Syzmon Kowalski has been crowded with officials piling his office with paperwork until the Polish Air Force General named Jan Franciszek carrying a briefcase containing report files of the scouting operation has entered the office brushing some government officials aside.

"Ah Jan, I jope you got the scouting report from the Planes I dispatched."

Szymon Kowalski said as he is eager to hear the report to confirm Russia's disappearance.

"Yes, Mr. President but instead of finding Russia, They have found a landmass 300km east of us here and here are the photos photographed by the Co Pilot of the leading C-130."

He presented a photo which looks like a huge landmass landscape brimming with what looks like a cliff and then the sight of green trees which it's completely different from Russia at all.Syzmon is amazed by these photographs and thought to himself that this must be a fantasy world or some sorts since he reads fantasy novels about a country transported to another world all the time.

"I see, Schedule a meeting with NATO members in September 1st, This is one a revelation to us."

The President has ordered his General to schedule a meeting with every NATO members since the EU is just purely a political and economic union instead of a Military Union.

"I will get onto that sir."

The General has saluted the President and then leaves the office to prepare a meeting with NATO members for the possibility of first contact as a landmass was spotted 300km east of Poland and also health protocols as if there is someone from the new landmass, Health Protocols will be enforced as they don't know what disease lies in that landmass.

Élysée Palace, Paris, France, August 12th 2014, 2PM

It was also a busy day for the French Government as Yellow Vest protests have increased about the rationing and price control policies that made motorists and even average folk to demand what was going on with the Government so that they could withdraw those EU-wide policies to return back to normalcy. There in the office sits the President of France named Arthur Foch reviewing and approving/denying paperwork with piles coming in and out until....

"Mr President, The General wants to speak to you."

The secretary for the President said and then the President replied.

"Let him in..."

The secretary nodded and then opened the door to which it is the famed General in the Niger conflict Louis Tassigny who appeared in the President's office with a briefcase detailing a report on the French Recon unit.

"Mr. President, A400Ms have returned to base without ever reaching the American Continent, They said that they have run out of fuel..."

The General said as he submitted an After action report of their scouting operation regarding the confirmation of the disappearance of the United States.

"We also tried contacting the Americans through radio but with no response"

The General added.

"I see, So the Americans are gone then... Anyway, I have received message from Warsaw that a NATO meeting is scheduled. Please prepare documents and the AAR (After-action Report) to be used for proof that the United States is really gone."

The President said in disbelief that a major Ally of every EU Nation of all things have disappeared without a trace and all hope will be in the NATO meeting scheduled on what to do next.

And thus, the EU and what's left of NATO reorganized themselves and has managed to alleviate the oil, food, and economic issues especially Greece which talks regarding to their debt are still ongoing.
